At a fine afternoon, Joe took a quick drive around Fort Carson, his brother was not with him at the time, as he is busy working. Approaching The Big Ear, his loved Cheetah broke down, with a disappointed face, he sighs and gets out from his car, checking his engine. Turns out, it was indeed broken, some of the spare parts were obsolete. He tried calling for help over the Mechanic Hotline, but no one was answering. It seems that Fort Carson's Mechanic Desert has no mechanic available for him. So, he approached his Cheetah's engine, trying his best to examine and fix it in the scorching heat sweating, while also waiting for a car that passes by, the one that can help him and his car.

While trying to fix his car, a Black Sultan passes by, Joe was surprised and decided to talk to him. The driver of the Black Sultan talks to Joe, asking what happened to his car. Of course, Joe decided to talk to him, that his beloved Cheetah's engine broke down. The mysterious man, asked if he had already called the Mechanic's Hotline, Joe then nods, also adding that nobody was responding his call. The mysterious man stopped talking for a while, looking around, then offers Joe that he can offer him help, as he has a mechanic friend, but not near here.
Joe, who's already tired and wanted to finish the situation quickly, accepts the mysterious' man offer, he gets to his Cheetah, and removes the key, upon removing the key, he hastily gets into the mysterious' man Sultan. Then they leave. Upon chit-chatting for awhile, the mysterious man suddenly takes an unpaved road, approaching an abandoned house. Joe, who's clearly surprised and shook decided to just follow. The mysterious' man reassures him that the house is indeed his friend's house. The man asks Joe to get out, and the man knocks on the door. No answer were given. He then asks Joe to go to the back of the house, and asks him to knock the door, as he speculates that his friend is not answering the door because of him. Joe reluctantly agrees, and knocks three times. The mysterious man yanks out his shotgun immediately, asking Joe to put his hands up. Joe, stupidly ran away after seeing the gun. The mysterious man crouches, shooting Joe while he runs. Joe immediately gets shot and falls into the ground. The man approaches Joe, cursing him for not following his order, and shoots him in the head. The mysterious man ran as fast as possible into his car, speeding away, leaving Joe there to bleed and die. He succumbs to his injuries, as he was not treated by the medics.
