Enrique “Rico” Fuerte or commonly called Rico was a Cruzador of Kingpin Legacy de’ Cartel, he joined the organization a long time ago, and was quite trusted by the elders there. He also control one of the front legal bussines in Willowfield. Rico works under Orejuela “Hector” Engelbert. One day, Rico was told to deliver some goods to Las Venturas. The goods contains of 200 grams of cocaine smuggled with raw meat. In the middle of the road, Rico changed his mind. Instead of delivering the cocaine, he plans to ran away along the cocaine he was delivering. But what he don't know is, Hector's crew was following him. Hector’s men who realizes that the route that Rico took wasn't the same as the route was given by Hector, immediately pulled out their cellphone and took a couple of pictures. They went to Hector and told him what happened. Hector was furious with Rico, then ordered all his men to find Rico’s location. Rico ran to a village Northeast of San Fierro, called the village of El Quebrados. There, Rico isolates himself from the people around him.
Rico then contacted his friend who are a drug addict. His intention was to sell all the stolen cocaine to his friend, and use all the money from the sale to leave the country. Rico’s friend wanted to buy it cheap, and Rico agreed. Without further, Rico immediately decided the date to transact. A few days later, Rico determined the place of the transaction with his friend. Rico goes to the deal with the stolen car he got in the village El Quebrados, after a long journey, Rico arrived at the transaction place, it was seen that there were only his friend. When transaction was about to start, Hector’s men surrounded the place. It turned out that his friend was working for Hector. Rico was shocked, his body was shaking. No words heard coming from Rico’s mouth, he got shot in the head by Hector’s men. Hector's men left the body and only brought the cocaine with them.
