She was born to James Oliver and Olivia Claire, born on December 14, 2000 in Texas, United States. From the age of 10, Claire has shown an interest in automatives, which can be seen from her love of watching F1 races and Dirt Bikes races. Claire often follows her father to work in the garage repairing a client's vehicles. At the age of 16 Claire got her first car from her father who is a mechanic, although what she was given was a used car, Claire could make her car look newer because of the knowledge her father gave her. Claire also often participates in Dirt Bikes competitions and has won the first place in number one. After graduating from high school, Claire enrolled at the University of Texas majoring in Mechanical Engineering. After Claire got her wish to continue her education in mechanical engineering, she also worked in her father friend's garage. Having a very fantastic academic achievement, Claire got a 3.7 GPA after graduation. Not only getting achievements in the academic field, Claire also participated in several non-academic competitions such as the 4x4 Offroad Competition and also the Dirt Bike Competition. A month after graduation Claire decided to fly to Los Santos, San Andreas to find work there. While Claire is on a plane en route to Los Santos, Sandreas. She met someone who happened to have a garage in the Blueberry area. This person offered Claire to work with him after she told him about her academic and non-academic achievements. After arriving there, Claire was invited by the person who gave the job to her garage to see the situation there. The person who met with Claire also allowed Claire to live in the apartment he owned in the Blueberry area.
