Otherside Posted July 13, 2022 Posted July 13, 2022 Westside 18 Hoover Locos commonly known as 18HCLS (EIGHTEEN HOOVER) is a street gang that stands with an American-African-Mexico race but is more dominant towards Mexican teenagers, where this gang is part of the clique 18st Street gang. 18st Hoover Locos was first formed since early 1999, El Corona, Los Santos. By following it from time to time, 18st Hoover Locos is a large street gang that consists on Los Santos. Known by some cliques as PeeWee Hoover Locos, 18st Tiny Wynos in the section. The West Side (W/S18HCLS) 18 Hoover Criminals Gang, are a long standing and active African American street gang located in the western district of West El Corona, Los Santos. Founded around 1999, this gang is a sub-set of 18st Street Gang. In some cases the averages member of the 18st Hoover Locos always have tattoos pointing at their affiliated, some members have tattooed their necks, and also some other body parts such as their backs and hands, showing a sense that they are a member who down and also put their lives for the gang, no matter what will happen to them in the coming times. All members of the 18st Hoover Locos are strictly adhered to following all the strict rules of the gang. Failure to obey the words of a gang leader, or to show respect to several members. There are someone who work as store cashiers, and work in tattoo shops. 18st Hoover Locos are often active around the corner from the street, as are the local parks in the area they used to posted up. 18st Hoover Locos supports fellow members, by somehow sharing the money they make from selling drugs. And as well some teenagers are still in school who often pay a bills they bought from store with the extra money they get from their parents. All members of the 18st Hoover Locos often identify themselves with sportswear, 18st Hoover Locos also often support several sports, identify themselves with number 18. Some of the sports teams they support for their insigna such as, the Las Vegas Raiders., Los Angeles Chargers, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Lakers and Duke Blue Devils. The 18st Hoover Locos make the Las Vegas Raiders as their main logo they often use, as well as sports teams such as the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Los Angeles Angels and Duke Blue Devils. Monday, 10 August, 2014, at 4.30 PM the police found three bodies lying on Maccer Street with fully of blood, suspected to be victims of the shooting accident. Froody was one of the perpetrators of the shooting who was caught. Froody was caught in his hood with the firearm he was carrying when he was shooting. Allegedly he was a member of the 18st Hoover gang which was concluded from the interrogation session that was questioned by the police at the police station, and also from several body tattoos indicating he was a member of the street gang. The problem was discovered because of the public cctv around the shooting area, Froody was highlighted when he was doing a drive-by, Joseph Noel had rushed away when he had shot his rival gang, but Froody had the misfortune of which his face was highlighted by the surrounding cctv cameras, and that's when Froody was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Joseph Noel and the others did something to appreciate what Froody had done at that time, they made Free My Bro Froody around the street walls and also a mural of him at the hood. With the passage of time as befits a street gang. 18st Hoover Locos has several enemies, which they both find on the streets and on the internet media. 18st Hoover Locos declares war a lot with a few cliques from enemy gangs, whether it's street fights, the shooting that caused the deaths of members of the enemy gang as well as its own members of the gang. The 18st Hoover Locos are had a main rival enemies such as Mara Salvatrucha 13 gang or commonly known as MS13, Florencia 13, White Fence Gang, Nortenos, Playboys 13, as they stand under the 18st Street gang card. 18st Hoover Locos also has enemies who stand as African-American, such as a Crip gang : Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips. Other Crip rivals include the 6 Pacc East Coast Crips, 76 East Coast Crips, the 67 NeighborHood Crips and all Menlo Crips Subset. Some of the Bloods rivals are : Vann Ness Gangster Brims, 79 Mad Swan Bloods,Three Top Piru, Harvard Park Brims, Fruit Town Brims, the LA Denver Lane Bloods and the Crenshaw Mafia Gang.
