Hotchner is raised by the both of his family with love and care, after his graduation from college. He travelled to Los Santos, The City of Saints in hope for a good work chance. While he is living his life, working in Los Santos, Hotchner met a woman. He and the woman then married with two daughters. Hotchner lived his life as a staff of the San Andreas Police Department. Starting as the newly inducted Police Officer, Hotchner climbed the rank to become a Police Lieutenant, holding the post of Director of Public Relations Unit. Hotchner had arrested many and various kinds of criminals in his line of work. But one in particular, a man with the name of Jackob Theodor. Jackob had only done minor offenses until the lost of his father when his father were robbing a bank in New Orleans. Jackob’s father died to a police officer in a gunfight while the bank robbery ensued. After the lost of his father’s life, Jackob then turned, he’s going to a more risky criminal act. On one night, Jackob perform a high risk burglary on a big house in Idlewood. The alarm on the house went off, alerting the owner whom then dial the 911 emergency call. Hotchner whom are the nearest to the location responded to the emergency call, and caught Jackob red-handed. Jackob then arrested by Hotchner and then sentenced to some years into the San Andreas Correctional Facility (SACF). Jackob in prison faced to a multiple and many intimidations and violence due to his rather small and little body posture. Jackob had always wanted vengeance towards the police force, especially Hotchner as he is the one to put him into the prison cell. When he is released from the prison, Jackob then enacted his plan after knowing of Hotchner’s retirement from the San Andreas Police Department. CK Screenshots: Bukti

Apakah jumlah SS sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan? Apakah /mp anda sudah dalam kondisi bersih? Jenis kasus apa yang anda buat untuk melakukan CK? Apakah karakter anda sudah di dalam penjara? PENTING: Harap diperhatikan ketentuan dibawah ini! Pastikan karakter kamu sudah tidak memiliki property ( isi command /mp harus kosong ) Pastikan karakter kamu tidak memiliki warrant ( bukan buronan SAPD ) dengan status aktif. Anda harus memiliki cerita yang kreatif dan valid untuk melakukan CK. Tidak boleh melakukan RP buat CK seperti bunuh diri, kecelakaan, sakit, ataupun hutang piutang. Story CK harus terdiri dari 300 kata yang terdiri dari 2-3 paragraf. Jumlah Screenshoot CK minimal 10. Anda tidak perlu /charity, karena /autocn akan terpotong secara automatis uang anda. Pastikan karakter anda sudah di dalam penjara OOC.
