    Pedro Lobo was born November 20, 1988, in Hermosillo, Mexico. His mother left him as a young baby in the care of his father, one of the biggest gangsters in town. In his childhood, Lobo was constantly abused by his father and all his actions had been controlled so that his relationship with his father became strained. He endured the abuse and went through a criminal life phase following his father’s footsteps.

 

    Like so many other gangs in where he grew up, his father used young children and teenagers for everything from running errands to fighting rivals. Lobo was included and sent to work in his teen years as a hitman to help his father dominate the gang territories. Lobo had grown to be a notorious gangster himself, with compelling fierce loyalty to his father.

 

    Around the age of sixteen, a great number of gangs had been unified under the command of Oso, his father’s rival. As the leader, to become more dominant, Oso decided to send his gang members to capture and kill Lobo's father. That gang successfully murdered his father, stabbing him in the street and then coming back to finish him off when they learned that the initial attack had failed to kill him. After being explained what happened regarding his father’s death, Lobo harbored a deep resentment against Oso for killing his father and had decided to kill him.

 

    Filled with rage and equipped with firearms, Lobo reacted quickly and effectively captured Oso at a large, run-down building in the center of Hermosillo city. In there, Lobo tortured Oso and finally killed the man who had murdered his dad. In the aftermath of the killing of Oso, he was hunted to death by the gangsters. Having no place where he could ensure his safety in Mexico anymore, he decided to flee to Los Santos after Ismael Gayoso, one of his childhood friends, insisted him to work under him to build a drug empire in Los Santos.
