giilang Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 The 38th Street Gang also known as Varrio 38st is a predominantly Mexican-American street gang located in El Corona Housing Project, South Central of Los Santos. the 38th Street Gang is one of the street gangs in the South Central of Los Santos and has been occupying its territory since the 1950s. They engage in many criminal activities. Like most Hispanic gangs, The 38th gang can trace their history back to the 1950s after the first wave of Mexican immigrants, many of whom came to work on the El-Corona railroad, the 38th Street Gang was formed at El-Corona, Housing Project. At first, the gang itself only had one sub cliques on itself, but with the birth of a new generation the gang itself has two sub clique until now, originally formed under the 38th Street Gang, in the City of Los Santos, where is 38th Street Gang operated, this clique has recently and entirely separated around the main set of 38th Street Gang, 38th Street Gang is divided into two sub cliques that actively operate in the set: Gatos Lokos (GLS), Pee Wees Lokos (PWLS). Gatos Lokos and Pee Wees Lokos are a sub-clique under the 38th Street Gang umbrella, and each of these sub-cliques has the character that distinguishes or makes each clique unique and can be easily distinguished. GATOS LOKOS Gatos Lokos is a sub-cliques under the 38th Street Gang not much is known about them even newborns who live around the gang itself, this clique is very and very small and arguably inactive because most of them are the oldest generation of gang members, they have their problems and that's why this clique is unlike any other clique like Pee Wees Lokos (PWLS). this clique compared to 180 degrees from the other clique, Majority of them were incarcerated, they're politicking with other 38th Street Gang members and La eMe. this clique was made a very long time ago and was made in the 1990s. This clique is not in its prime again and almost all activities are controlled by Pee Wees Lokos (PWLS) of course their activity was controlled by big homies, Gatos Lokos majority kicking it at El-Corona Dead-End. PEE WEES LOKOS Pee Wees Lokos is a sub-cliques that fall under 38th Street Gang and this is the original sub-clique from 38th Street Gang, clique's size is unknown, mostly all of them are newborns, this clique was formed in 2015 by Israel "Big Shaggy" Rodarte and became the active clique of the other clique and the original one under 38th Street Gang, the majority are insane because they will do anything insane just to get some fast bucks including robbing, theft, home invasion, assault and drug trafficking, most of them have a inks related to their own gang, sometimes it's on the chest, face, and arm, they are mostly kicking it in El-Corona, Housing Project. "VARRIO PWLS 38ST " hit-ups seen bombed on the walls, fences, someone else's property, bus stop, sidewalks, and other places that can be used for tagging. It started with a few fresh jumped-in members and then later it's becoming the active clique around 38th Street Gang. INSIGNIA The 38th Street Gang members are known are known to sport LA Dodgers and sport Texas Rangers, like the other gang they have a characteristic or have a favorite sports logo to represent themselves. They are known for sports apparel of the LA Dodgers, a major league baseball team with white and blue as dominant colors. Which inspired 38th Street Gang to choose white and blue as their identifying color because they were one of Sureño's gangs. They also sport LA dodgers, baseball caps for the large "LA", and also the 38th Street Gang has another favorite logo of sports club namely the Texas Rangers, Texas Rangers is a baseball team from Arlington, Texas. Sport Texas Rangers baseball caps for the large "T" for Thirty Eight to represent the gang itself. T.I.P (Thirty Eight In Peace) and FREEDROOPY In 2018, Carmelo "Droopy" Soto, an active member of the Pee Wees Lokos, and Louis "Flambo" Zapatta, were involved in a shootout with a police officer after a routine traffic stop. An officer of the San Andreas Police Department pulled over a black Huntley, for driving recklessly and with an expired license. Carmelo (driver) and Louis (passenger), who was asked by an officer to exit the car and were instructed to fall over the road. After learning from a dispatch call, Carmelo gets caught by an officer by driving recklessly and expired license, and when an officer was approached Louis, witness Louis retrieved a gun and yelled out to the officer "Strap". Louis got out of the car and open fire, shooting an officer, in his abdomen as he took cover behind the police car. The officer immediately traded gunfire with Louis. However, an officer was also shot by Louis, and Louis got gunned down and also was passed away after got brutally wounded, after the incident, Israel "Big Shaggy" Rodarte watches the news and saw that both were on his gang involved with criminal, he was acting as an original Pee Wees Lokos pay a visit to Carmelo because just only him who was safe, in prison of course because Carmelo charged by driving recklessly and expired license. After Carmelo explains what was happening with Louis, Israel "Big Shaggy" Rodarte brings the sad news to his barrio. Condolences to his deceased brother, Israel "Big Shaggy" Rodarte make a candle memorial along the barrio in memory of his deceased brother, Louis "Flambo" Zapatta, and every tenth of every month commemorating the day of their deceased brother, young homies bring flowers and pour flowers while praying to their deceased brother. Those young homies create stories on their social media with photos of their deceased brother and put "T.I.P FLAMBO", "Thirty Eight In Peace" and also "FREEDROOPY", "FREETHEHOMIES" hashtag in the stories of their social media. Israel "Big Shaggy" Rodarte becomes a front line soldier without Veterano's (Big Homies) existence by his side, with experience that is arguably enough, earns money or being hustlers to get his brother out of prison and course with the help of the youngsters who are on set, his name became famous around the housing project, and many newborns came to the set, Israel "Big Shaggy" was in charge of getting them all into the set. While the neighborhood Pee Wees Lokos lives in is largely Hispanic, the African-American community remains well-known and so the 38th Street Gang began to allow African Americans into their sets more easily.
