They both were caught for murder and have no rights of taking any parole, life-sentenced. Which is filled by newborn generation of members or the younger. They are taking all control from the olders one for running down the street. After the hood swap most of oldest generation members are incarcerated in prison. The remaining hoodstas on the outside were doing anything conceivable to assemble their community back to its previous position, or actually more suitable than before if they could.
