Pellegrini earned the nickname because of his never-ending passion since he was in elementary school. He was born in Cinque Terre at the end of '70. Ethan was a simpatico, honest, generous male in the past. He had a foster father that has a disorder called ASD or commonly known as Autism Spectrum Disorder, which is a disorder in the neurodevelopment of the brain that affects a person's ability in terms of behavior and the ability to communicate, interact with his surroundings. This deficiency is not a reason for Pellegrini to continue to collect small changes from a venture that he does to achieve his desire, by purpose to rehabilitate his father by doing therapy. His father had worked as a blacksmith. Even though he was underprivileged due to his circumstances, he was still a well-known wrought iron expert at that moment. Ethan was taught by his father how to do the thing. Once Ethan was interested in doing the same thing as his father did. However, it was just a dream because Ethan had to receive a large amount of money to provide for his family. Ethan begins his adult life with his friends at the harbor. He joined the work of lifting goods from the ship to the dock. Of course, with wages below the standard, he was still forced to keep working there. With that said, Pellegrini is looking for more connections with his surroundings to find a few extras that make him connected with some workaround Los Santos. He still doubts the enticement, because he has to leave his father alone in his hometown. Ethan is still looking for many ways and ideas on how he should do this.
