Born into an educated family from chilhood his parents has bring Filipo about a good education and then he went to a pretty elite school at United States of American, his father as director at news agency and his mother owner of the famous restaurant at United States of American. Filipo had no brothers or sisters, his parents very well guiding Filipo when his childhood. 15 years ago, Justin Filipo has growing up and controling his own bussines about industrial film at United States of American, his parents proud of him because of his achievements, one week later Justin Filipio decide to get merried with Rose Emilia, after he get merried Justin Filipo moving and bring his little family to San Fierro and bought a big house arround there. After Justin Filipo living his life at San Fierro, he should make an other bussines at Los Santos, he have an idea about build Restaurant at San Fierro, Hashburry. Two years later, Filipo wife has bearing daughters and Filipo so happy. The longer he lives in San Fierro, Filipo's family has famous because bussines that he build at San Fierro, once he had kids, he set up some more business its about Music, Industrial Film like his father and food production. With the achievements he had been able to achieve, he was getting bored because there was nothing left to do, Filipo had an idea about making experiments at San Fierro, he bought a taxi and posing as a cab driver.
