Louis Woodman is a 36 years old man from Angel Pine. He has a lot of problems since he sign a contract under his boss businesses. His problem is not only from his business and his debt, but from his marriage dissolution with his wife. He is starting to find some money in any kind of way to pay his debt and his life. In his desperation, he still running his business in Angel Pine, that is an illegal business. He is selling a lot of drugs in Angel Pine. Louis take an advantage because of Angel Pine native are so very stupid and always trust what Louis says. His business starts doing fine and well, Louis got a lot of profit from there. But, Louis is a greedy-man, he's not thinking what he been through, not so long, he keep all of the profit money to his savings instead deposit to his main-man or his boss. Louis are so very close with his boss wife, it is not because what Louis do, but the boss wife is always teasing Louis whenever they get along. Not from the corruption of the business money, Louis is letting his boss wife to be cheated with him to pleasure boss wife sex life. Her name is Sarah.

March 8th, 06:00 PM, Louis is strolling around with Sarah in Los Santos. Louis travel to Los Santos it is because of Sarah, she live in Los Santos. While they are dating, it goes well. Around 11:30 PM, Louis is taking some order in Pizza Stack in case of emergency. Not a long time when he order for some food, his phone ringing and had a phone call by an unknown number. He pickup the phone then talk. It is like a mysterious kind of things, but find out that his boss called him. He talk and ask what his boss wants. His boss wanted him so bad to come over to Las Colinas. Las Colinas is a place where his boss run a bar business there. Louis freaked out, he's not going away, he visit his boss bar. His boss named Adelio Javiero. Louis arrived at the bar, he came inside and talk to his boss about the business.

Right at 12:00 PM, Louis and Adelio had a conversation about their business. Adelio is asking about the business that Louis managed in Angel Pine, Adelio is getting mad because of his business down to 70 percent, he is kind of confused, why is it though. The anger rise, both of them, Adelio keep finding out what is Louis do and wanted know the reason why his business low down to 70 percent. Not a long time gone, Adelio fired up Louis because of his corruption of Adelio's business profit. Louis is mad about that, Louis is revealing everything about Sarah and himself. 45 year old Adelio is getting temper, after Louis yell that he cheated to Adelio's wife, he is going outside. Adelio walk outside and without saying anything, he jumps Louis without getting any resistance from Louis. Louis is unconscious. Adelio walk back inside to his bar and grab a shotgun, he pull the trigger toward Louis head then he left his bar and grab Louis's car key. Louis Woodman is dead on the spot.
