Hans Chuong is a teenager who is 20 years old. He once got into a street gang called Louis Park Neighborhood's East Side Bloods which is where the gang is located in Playa, Los Santos. Hans often commits murder, theft, and other criminal activities that are not exemplary by the residents around Playa, Hans is a stubborn child and has no rules in acting whether it is a heroic action or a criminal act that he committed on the ground of ignorance. intentionally or on purpose, Hans is a child who does not like to be controlled and has many friends in the Playa area.

Hans had some friends, one of which was Darrion and Louvell Meek who had known Hans for a long time when they had just moved to the area. Hans used to cause chaos everywhere when he was still friends with the other Playa kids, the group had quite a few members but he still wanted to make the group a place for the evilest criminals and was feared by some of the other street gangs in town. In that case, Louvell and Darrion were caught when they became friends with Hans which was caused by Hans for killing several teenagers who were known to be members of Crips street.

When Hans was in prison for a few years, he was finally free and enjoying the air outside the prison. Hans returned to his old place in Playa which seemed to have no life because his friends and gang members had disappeared and left the place because it had become a headquarters for robbers around the area when during the day Hans found that no one was there. stood or appeared in the area which made Hans unclear and tried to go to the center of the field where the place was very quiet. When Hans was talking to himself, a robber came with a gun which Hans didn't want to be robbed and tried to escape and finally the robber reflexively shot Hans in the head many times until Hans died.
