It is an Italian restaurant that's running by SAINT CORPORATION. Finn have to work on the restaurant thing yet he doesn't have any skills on that business. But in terms, Finn has to show his vow to Hank Fibonacci. Finn is being took by one of Hank's men called Eddie Gallo to meet the General Manager of SAINT LASAGNA. The name is Joseph Beinvinedo.
