Oggy Matt, is a 19 year old teenager who has family problems and financial problems. Oggy has been abandoned by his parents since he was a child, Oggy is used to living on the streets because he doesn't have a house to live in. Oggy, at the age of 19, was forced to mature by circumstances, teenagers generally the same age as Oggy must be sent to school, because Oggy does not have money for school fees. One day Oggy went to borrow money from the collector's office to buy a car so he could work with the car, he worked as an online taxi. On a sunny morning, Oggy wakes up from his sleep because he wants to go to find passengers, but Oggy forgets that he has an outstanding debt, that morning after Oggy woke up, the decollector called Oggy to pay the debt, because he was several months late without paying the debt. In this case, Oggy at the age of 19, he has a lot of debt, the money from the debt he uses for his daily needs and to survive because he lives alone under the bridge with his favorite car.

While Oggy was staying at his friend's house, he was called by the Depcollector to meet under the bridge where Oggy used to live, Oggy rushed to the Depcollector's location to meet him. Oggy and the Depcollector meet, as usual, the Depcollector collects the debt he owes to Oggy, Oggy also asks to delay the payment of his debt, the decollector is annoyed and points a gun at Oggy. Oggy also tries to run, to save himself.

But unfortunately Oggy was caught by the Depcollector, and Oggy was stabbed by the Depcollector to death. Oggy's body is torn apart by the Depcollector's knife, Oggy is blinded by him. After the decollector was satisfied with blinding Oggy, the decollector dragged Oggy to the nearby bushes. Oggy is also stored in the bushes and covered by twigs and leaves so that Oggy's corpse is not known by anyone.
