His father Dallen Matt worked as a taxi driver, his mother died giving birth to Oggy. Oggy doesn't go to school at all because his father doesn't have the money to finance Oggy's school. Oggy has been interested in the criminal world since he was 13 years old, at that time since Oggy was in the market, he stole the wallet belonging to a grandmother who was nearby with her friends at the time. Since Oggy was 15 years old, he was invited by a friend who was 21 years old, his friend Oggy, invited Oggy to rob one of the minimarkets in Los Santos City, he was armed with a .44 type weapon to guard himself outside the minimarket while monitoring the situation. Oggy and his friend managed to rob the minimarket, and the money from the robbery was divided equally by the friend, Oggy got 40 dollars from the robbery. 3 years have passed, Oggy has turned 18, he already has many friends. One day when Oggy was out fishing, he met Jackob Kennedy and Jeff Banner at SMB while Oggy was fishing. Jackob and Jeff got to know each other and in the end the three of them became friends. One day, Oggy invited his friends, Jeff and Jackob, to rob a clothes shop in Ganton, a few moments later when the 3 of them robbed, the police came, Oggy, Jeff and Jackob shot the policeman, the policeman died on the spot because he was shot by the police. the 3 of them with guns, the 3 of them stayed in the place and hid in Jackob's house in Glen Park. 1 month passed, they couldn't be found by the police because of their 3 skills. Jeff, Jackob and Oggy were known in their area as the Trio Maut.
