          Noung Namh is a boy who has a simple life. Namh is a boy who has a lot of money from his friends, often wastes his money by buying liquor and going to nightclubs with his friends, Noung has an older brother named Phint Namh who they have two different origins where Noung is of Cambodian origin because he lives with his father and Phint is a Vietnamese child descended from his mother, Phint and Noung are 18 years old who went to Los Santos with their parents and their parents started to accept the situation and try to accept everything that has been done by her son.

 

          Noung and Phint took the initiative to go to the outskirts of Los Santos, where Asians led by Lloyd Meek and Hans Chuong and other children often gathered and met there. Noung and Phint try to follow the right path and join other Asian kids, Noung and Phint spend a lot of money to have fun with other kids and Phint strongly disagrees with this because he uses the money to spend money and not make everyone else was happy, they both felt guilty about it and made them meet Hans and Lloyd at that time.

 

          Hans and Lloyd advised their two children not to waste a lot of money and not to own possessions. Phint and Noung agreed to this and they both made a plan to buy AR-15 and Glock 18 type weapons to keep away from the evil around and give some money to the homeless, then they both lived in that place for years without feeling burdened . . and they were very lucky to live in that location until one day they got an attack from some black people who shot some of their friends to death and seriously injured and Hans and Lloyd made Phint and Noung into Insane Boostie Gang to get their revenge.
