The storyline follows the development of Northside Piru Avenue in-game, which includes all events regarding this faction. Any outsider wishing to participate in this faction must show dedication to what they portray and the same is expected of them. Recruitment is strictly done in-character. You automatically grant the leadership of the faction permission to CK you for any reason deemed necessary.
