As of September 30, 2021, Nathan was earning a decent amount for what he had done last year as a hotdog seller. Nathan moved from Portland to Los Santos, in search of a more decent job. Nathan got a job as a cashier at a famous restaurant in the city of Los Santos. On October 2, 2021, Nathan developed a heart condition that required him to stay temporarily in a Los Santos hospital alone without anyone to see him. And at that time, Nathan was visited by a nurse who took care of him. Nathan fell in love with the nun, and it turned out that the nun was named Emillie Reyes. Emillie also fell in love with Nathan, and Emillie accompanied Nathan in the hospital room every day. On November 6, 2021, Nathan finally recovered from his illness and decided to marry Emillie. Emillie and Nathan finally, became a romantic couple. Nathan and Emillie lived together in Los Santos, and Nathan continued his work as a famous cashier in Los Santos.
