In-Game Name: Akagi_Seiichi

Type of request: Auction by player and ICly

Description: Player can register their property or another item (except Illegal things). When player register the item, player should pay taxes and full desc for what they items.

Tax system example, some player register their items and when the auction already done and player get 45k but the 45k is dirty money, so the money they got is just 90% from the money they get from auction.

Reason: Economy stability, IC auction for more roleplay, and people can sell any items except illegal items so the roleplay will goes far.
