Plutarco Echeverra is just ended his last shift-, Plutarco Echeverra is just hit his 60 years old and on that moment San-Andreas Police department must to put Plutarco "Reavean" Echeverra to Retired Police Program he can be moved to Sheriff if he want, Plutarco Echeverra refuse to take that opportunity and choose to leave all of the Police works and put his gun and badge badge back to the department

On ten of October Tweny Tweny one Plutarco just go-back to his house and for the first time he’s not having any sidearm or protector for himself he-think the retirement would be the safe place to him just rest and chill on his house, when he’s arrived he drink a-lot of alcohol to make he sleep faster when he’s sleeping he heard a glasses dropped to the floor and suddenly he’s woke up and walks outside to his main-room as soon he’s arrive he seen a thief coming up to his mac-book and tries to stole it from the desk as a first day from permanently off from the department he didn’t recognize that he not having a gun on him-he walks to the thief tries to punch him but the thief move faster to swing and tries to stab Echeverra and put a giant hole and slice on Echeverra neck.

Because of that Echeverra having a heavy blood lose and unable to breath normaly because the blood already blocking his lungs- 30 minutes after that Medic come to Echeverra house because someone seeing the door has been broken and checks inside the house and seen Echeverra already died by lose so many of blood due the stab.
