Tara Fiallan is an Irish immigrant who is a taxi driver in Los Santos. Behind his face that looks like an ordinary citizen, it turns out he has a tragic life story. Tara Fiallan has a background being the son of an Irish mobster but his birth was unwanted because his biological father only had sex with commercial sex workers. After he killed his biological father, Tara Fiallan headed to Los Santos and started a new life there. In Los Santos, Tara Fiallan hides his identity as much as possible and uses the pseudonym Arthur. He becomes a taxi driver to make ends meet and everything goes normally until he meets new friends named Yami Olsen and Kenzy Moza. Yami and Kenzy are reliable robbers who are recorded to have robbed many residents so that the residents of Los Santos are very worried about their existence. Now Yami and Kenzy are on the list of most wanted people in the local police's wanted list. After meeting Kenzy and Yami, Tara now stops being a taxi driver and gets money from the loot which is an invitation from Kenzy and Yami. Gradually Tara began to think that if robbing could make a lot of money, he would make robbing his regular job.

For months, Tara has been involved in many robberies with Yami and Kenzy, so Arthur's name is also on the police department's wanted list. Unexpectedly that Tara became the leader of their group because Tara is a person who is good at strategizing and proficient in using firearms. In the end Kenzy and Yami appointed Tara as their leader because of Tara's skills. Tara got acquainted with Clara, who is the daughter of a rich businessman and must have a lot of money. At first he did not intend to commit a robbery to Clara because Clara is the girlfriend of his friend, Nate Kyle. But all that changes when Tara hears that Clara has found out his identity. But Tara didn't have the slightest intention of killing Clara. He only plans to rob Clara so that Tara can have a lot of money and go abroad again because of his identity leak. Tara also asks Yami and Kenzy's approval to carry out a robbery against Clara. With a heavy heart, Yami and Kenzy accept it because this is their chairman's last request before going abroad to move. Finally Tara, Kenzy and Yami get together to carry out the plan.

In a flat, the three of them devise a plan to make things run smoothly. Tara makes a rule that in a hostage, they can't hurt anyone and don't take the property of anyone other than Clara. Tara, Kenzy and Yami headed for the car and with their weapons ready to start their action. The three of them went to a showroom at the conference center to kidnap Clara, who used to hang out there. Clara was seen, without thinking long, Tara kidnapped Clara and put Clara into the car. Don't forget Tara tied Clara's hands and took her to a burger joint in vinewood. Tara, Kenzy and Yami manage to bring Clara into the restaurant. As more and more people entered the restaurant, they thought of taking everyone who entered hostage so that the police would think twice about entering. After an hour passed, ten hostages were collected who were ready to be used as material for negotiations with the police. A few minutes after the hostages were collected, there was a sound of police screaming telling them to hand over the hostages. Tara also agreed on the condition that there must be 1,000,000 dollars to redeem it. At first this sounded crazy and annoyed the police so they broke down the restaurant door. All cops shoot Tara, Kenzy and Yami. In the end all three of them died. This is the end of Tara Fiallan's life.
