He is the man who was taking over the command of the Criminal Intelligence’s subdivision known as Gangs and Narcotics Division. Several jobs that related to the illicit transaction; weapon violent; gang-based criminal, have been passed through by Dandi in his whole career. His main duty is to provide a safety towards community, educate people who are lost in their lives especially for those people who are affiliated as a street-level gangs, oversee and control the use of illegal drugs in San Andreas. One day, he was about to start his daily normal patrol. He was thinking to get himself to Blueberry first for his patrol due to get in touch to the community in the area. At a glance on his patrol, he saw an African-American man that known to be Trory, a suspect that being caught by him on the other day with the reason of illegal drugs manufacturing and trafficking. With the instinct as a detective he approached him and he was conducted enforcement procedure that called “frisk and go”, that procedure conducted with the meaning as a warning toward Trory. At the moment when Dandi was frisking Trory, he gets aimed with a gun on his head by Trory’s friend that was hiding around the building, because Trory was shouting to get some assistance. Dandi has tried to make a negotiation with the man who had a gun peacefully, but unfortunately the man refused, and he shot Dandi right on his head. The bullets were way to deep inside of Dandi’s head, Dandi can’t be helped, and he killed in action. CK Screenshots: Bukti
