INTRODUCING Event is an activity that will be carried out every day, month or even year by an organization that involves many people to gather in one place so that they get important information and experiences as the purpose of the event organizer (KP 2019). Event organizers are a professional activities to gather a group of people for the purposes of celebration, education, marketing and reunion, and also responsible for conducting research, designing activities, planning and carrying out coordination and supervision to realize the presence of an activity (Goldblatt, 2013). In addition, the event is an activity organized to commemorate important things throughout human life, either individually or in groups that are bound by customs, cultures, traditions, and religions organized for a specific purpose and involve the community environment that is organized at a certain time (Any Noor 2013).   Welcome to San Andreas Fire Department Event Medical Cover section. In an event, we will definitely required the assistance of paramedics, firefighters or doctors and here we are, the San Andreas Fire Department has present it with the name Event Medical Cover. Event Medical Cover is a program that organized by San Andreas Fire Department to served the citizens of San Andreas, especially for company/organization that required medical assistance at their activities. San Andreas Fire Department provides many kind of medical assistance, such as paramedics, firefighters and doctors. We also served a Operational Vehicle with special equipments to assist our member. REGISTRATION OR SUBMISSION PROCEDURE Applicant must read our terms and condition. Applicant must fill out a form that we are provide. Applicant can send their form within 5x24 hours before the event begins, with create a new thread and send it to Event Medical Cover section. Applicant must pay a registration fee after the form changes to [PAYMENT] for 2x24 hours before the Event start. If there has been no payment during this time, we reserve the right to reject your form and you must create a new form. If your Event Medical Cover's form is marked with [REVIEWING], it means our staff is currently reviewing yours Event Medical Cover's form. If your Event Medical Cover's form is marked with [PENDING], it means there is a something that you have to fix it and our staff will guide you to fix your Event Medical Cover's form. If your Event Medical Cover's form is marked with [DENIED], it means your Event Medical Cover's form is not fit with our terms and condition. If your Event Medical Cover's form is marked with [PAYMENT], it means you have to fulfill the registration fee with condition above. If your Event Medical Cover's form is marked with [ACCEPTED], it means you already paid your registration fee. You can pay your Event Medical Cover's registration fee to Public Affairs Division staff through our non-emergency hotline (7-7-7). Payment list or payment details will appear as UNPAID status. If you already paid your registration fee, Public Affairs staff will change your form status to PAID. If there are any questions or discussions between the two parties, the applicant may contact the Public Affairs Division. The event will be declared as complete when the Crowd Control has reported the results of the Event Medical Cover and will be marked as COMPLETED. Each Rescue Ambulance contains 2 Medical Staff. TERMS AND CONDITIONS You cannot cancel your cooperation with us if you have paid for administration. If you insist, your community or company will be blacklisted from our Event Medical Coverage program. Your event must have a permissions from the San Andreas Police Department legally. If your event is illegal or without permission, we will immediately reject it. You must include a fixed rundown of the events. San Andreas Fire Department will come to the event location according to the schedule that set out on the proposal. You have to finish the payment 2x24 hours before the Event start. Events that do not request Event Medical Cover will not be assisted by San Andreas Fire Department at all even if they call 9-1-1 or 7-7-7. Event Medical Cover is only cover the event for 5 hours, no more.
