Liam is a young Vietnamese man who has immigrated to Los Santos to reach his goal. Liam lives a Playa housing estate with his brother. Due to his bad financial status, Liam had a difficult life in Los Santos. He has a lot of needs and expectations but he can't fulfill because he doesn't have enough money. Liam works only as a truck driver, transporting cargo from one city to another. His salary isn't as high as it used to be, and his boss sometimes refuses to pay him on time.

Liam gave up on his financial situation in Los Santos one day. He became resigned to his condition and had given up on his efforts to live in Los Santos. Liam needs to commit to Vietnam, where he would have been born. Liam prepared his arrival by collecting all of the equipment needed, and also his financial. Liam realizes that he still lacks the cash to purchase aircraft tickets. Liam continued to think and look for ways to earn money in order to get tickets.

After a few thought, Liam had criminal plans to make money. He plans to steal a vehicle and then sell it. Liam did his actions at night and it was on the lookout for a vehicle with a low level of security. He found a vehicle that was easy to steal in one place and quickly stole it. Unfortunately, he was unconscious that the car he had stolen was known to the owner. The car owner chases Liam, he panics and flees to a hill. Unfortunately, Liam's track was traced, and he was killed by the car owner, who was angry that Liam had stolen his car. Many bullets in Liam's body begun to lose blood, and he died as a result.
