These Gang is under Rollin Crip card and NHC / Neighbourhood Crip card or also known as Deuce (2x) card. Rebuild their operational area in Crenshaw Plaza which had long been closed and sealed by the government. They rebuild the Plaza and re-run it, making Crenshaw Plaza has more activities like it used to be. The gang takes almost full control of the area, they owns some shops on the Plaza with different types, they got DVD Shop, Liquor shop, even they got stores that sells porns, and more. A man who known as Jahmire or people calls him as Winkies runs the place with the help of his friends, he finally re-run the area. As the place runs normally, Winkies and his friends starts running some Illegal business to increase their income. In 2019, after a long time Winkies has been acquitted of the lawsuit that once caused the worst incidents in his jurisdiction, such as brutal shootings between gangs and deadly murders all he has done just to protect his kingdom.
