They have a characteristics that is neat clothes and round black hat, as well as can be found in Vinewood, Los Santos. They do activities such as selling weapons, drugs, and open service in a hit man who reliable. Outlaws open recruitment with a wide variety of races to remember, reminder the head seven come from different countries.

Outlaws members run this business because of economy and introduce Outlaws as a hitman who can be relied on if they want to accomplish matter in clean and did not detected by the department. Outlaws will be offer their services to some place and will try to offer agreement between Outlaws and consumers like kidnapp the target or direct execute the target in time. Outlaws members also gradually sell illegal drugs and weapons to certain people who are trusted and have a fairly good relationship with Outlaws.

 •    Kami disini menggunakan group whatsapp dan discord untuk media komunikasi OOC (sangat tidak diperbolehkan melakukan Metagaming di media komunikasi           OOC), untuk mengenal lebih dekat antara member satu dan lainnya.

 •    Bersikap baik dan bisa menghargai satu sama lain (Good atitude).

 •    Kami berhak menentukan PK dan CK.
