Kenneth Scofield was the main person when the Company could happen. In the past, the Company Name was preceded by the name Kenarch Company. A company that characterized Kenneth Scofield's identity as a Professional Builder at that time. However, Kenneth Scofield, as CEO at the time, was required to go on an overseas business call and had to temporarily hand over the company's leadership to his then-partner Steven Gordon. With a temporary change of leadership, he made many changes to innovate further, one of which was the change of the Company's name to WhiteArch Company which was also approved by the shareholders at that time. The reason why it changed its name is that to uphold a deeper philosophy and also to renew all aspects for the better. Early 2021, the time when Kenneth Scofield returns and take the previous leadership represented by Steven Gordon. At that time, innovations and encouragement for the Company began again after he did business abroad. One of the innovations is the formation of the official Company Logo with White Wings which has the philosophy of Strength and Ability. 6 wings that spread out with the philosophy of 6 Company Principles which are the strongest factors that make up the company, namely, Good Attitude, Friendly Serve, Honest Act, Creative, Quality, and Teamwork. All aspects of the logo are protected by a circle which means Infinity or no end to keep working. Some goals are the main reasons for the formation of this company, among others, namely, to accommodate all Builders in Los Santos to work together and learn more, Welfare of Builders to the market in the Community, Prioritizing Builder quality when dealing with clients, and creating more trust in the community. This company is currently formed and led by CEO Kenneth Scofield and COO Steven Gordon for 1 year. With that, there is also Management who leads each division formed in the Company. There are 2 Divisions formed, namely the Builder Division and the Marketing & Advertising Division. In each division, some levels are responsible and assigned according to their respective job desk. Division Aims After raising the new 4 division and the business successfully expands, CEO and Management WhiteArch doing some meeting and change the new name of WhiteArch, to be a united name as White Company.
