          Elioenai Etienne was born in Mexico 18 March 1991. He was lived in Chicago, United States of Amerika. He is on 30 years old and he had 2 daughter. His daughter name is Carlina Etienne and Maria Etienne. Elioenai known as Uncle Lio around the block. His daily life is being a gang banger. Elioenai had a lot of tattoos around his body. His appearance is look like a gang banger because of his tattoos around the body. Elioenai was tattooed his face too, his faces look liked a skull. Elio's job is selling a drugs and disc of porn films in Chicago. He like to wears pants. Elioenai's family was known as gang banger family. Elio grewed up in Chicago as gang banger. His gangster called Southside Chiraq Disciple is Gangster Disciples. Elio's ruitines with their gangster is selling a drugs and market robbery. Elio being a gang banger since he was a child.

 

          Elioenai had 2 cousins lived in Los Santos. His cousins name is Jaydee Graves and Jakhel Graves. Lio got invited by them to live in Los Santos. Both of them was lived in Creenshaw Boulevard. Elio goes to the Los Santos next week. 14 April 2021, Elio goes to the Los Santos.  15 April 2021, he arrived in Los Santos International Airport. His cousin Jaydee Graves goes to the Los Santos International Airport to pick up Elioenai. When Elioenai arrived at Creenshaw, he got a warm smiles from Jaydee’s parent. He decides to live at Creenshaw Block. When Elioenai lived at Creenshaw, he feels like Creenshaw look like a new home for him. Creenshaw seems like Elioenai's hometown, that's the reason why Elio decided to live at Creenshaw Block. Elioenai meets a new friends and find a new families at Creenshaw Block. 

 

          Elioenai was introduced to Jaydee’s friends. When he finised to introduce himself, Elio decided to starts hangout with Jaydee’s friends. Jaydee’s friends is a gangster, known as 974 Creenshaw Neighbourhood. One of Jaydee's friends called Keach, he's the leader of them. Keach asks Elio to hangout with them, and decide to make a new families. Elio decides to be a gang banger in Los Santos. He is being a gang banger with his cousins in Los Santos. Since he moved to Creenshaw Block, now he known as Uncle Lio by the locals around there. Elioenai ruitines is selling a drugs and selling a disc of porn films quietly. He selling the drugs to the locals around the Creenshaw Block. He got much of money from selling drugs and disc of porn films. Now Elioenai live quietly at Los Santos as gang banger. He grewed up with a new families and a new stories in Los Santos, San Andreas.
