Oaklley Westbrook was born in the United States in 1996, Oaklley is often called Mike by friends, Mike is the second of two children. Mike is a smart kid at school who has won 2nd place in his class several times after passing his school.Mike is also at a trusted university in the United States, in his lecture Mike becomes a lazy boy who interacts with friends who like to get drunk and like to drink alcohol. After graduating at the University of America, Mike began looking for a job but no one wanted to accept him with an excuse already. With a loud drink, Mike began to think that he would work in Los Santos. He also asked for parental consent with doubts that the parents agreed to the agreement.

                   
Arriving at Los Santos, Mike was looking for a residence, namely a boarding house after renting the boarding house, Mike immediately looked for a job and Mike was accepted as a taxi driver and after working for a long time Mike had collected money to buy a house, after buying a house Mike met with someone who is recognized as a Gangster in Los Santos calls Mike to join a Gangster named H32C, Mike also agrees and he will join an H32C organization.

After becoming an H32C Mike began to carry out his duties starting from ngerob and to spying on a Mafia organization Mike began to enjoy his duties as an H32C and until one day the H32C would start a fight with a Mafia who had made the H32C feel anxious now they will take revenge on them with 6 members they feel enough to take revenge on them, when they arrive at the enemy headquarters they immediately slaughter the enemies in the base and in the end they win and Mike is happy with the faction.
