Cebastian Mendoza or "Ceb" as he likes to call himself, is of Mexican-American descendant. He was born in the United States of America and thus was given an American Nationality. His parents were immigrants from Mexico and moved to New Mexico State, a state in the US for better economical chances than in the motherland of Mexico, where Ceb was conceived there. His parents were tequila farmers in New Mexico, the factory that produced the tequila was owned by a racist white Caucasian American that treated his workers harshly, Ceb's parents included. As a little boy he saw first hand of the unfair treatment of minorities in the land that called itself the land of the free, United States. Ceb and his family is treated as a second class citizen, common in the country. Ceb realized that people like him which is Hispanic people, is often used and exploited by rich white Americans for their cheap labor and illegal immigrant status.

Ceb and his family would then finally earn and make enough money to go to Los Santos, which they earn enough money to rent a four by four diameters of rented room from one of the inhabitants of Los Santos, which is not nearly enough for a family of three person. Ceb knows of the fact that his family is indeed an illegal immigrants on the United States of America and it is hard for illegal immigrants with no legal papers to find job in the new home town of Los Santos, and thus Ceb's story of working started at a young age in which he worked part time at a local supermarket as a trolley boy.

Ceb is an old school person, he does not believe in the growth of technology and sometimes even despise using them at all, especially technology involving electronics such as phones and social medias. Also common in any American of Mexican descendant, Ceb longed for coming back or at least visiting the land of his grandfathers, Mexico. Will Ceb make enough fortune in Los Santos so that he could visit his motherland Mexico? Only time will tell.

I hereby giving admins that checked this Character Story the facts below before they were asked;

1. I've decided not to give an exact date on where this character is born, because i have yet decided on what age i am playing this character, and thus could free me from the confinements of age of my character development from the character story.
2. I've played on the server for 2 or more years on and off starting from 2013-2015 ish. And i am currently playing again starting at 2020 due to free time resulted from the COVID pandemic, i am not able to access my old characters and my old JGRP forum as explained in this thread:
