Jayson Blauman, who’s born as a Canadian on April 5th, 1997, is not quite suited to living there. First of all, Jayson is an orphan and being taken care of by his uncle. After Jayson turned 18, his uncle saw a potential inside Jayson. His uncle had been secretly saving up to buy Jayson a flight ticket to the United States. Therefore, after Jayson graduated, his uncle asked Jayson to move to the United States and improve his basketball skill. Jayson asked his uncle to accompany him, but he refused since he still had Jayson’s aunt who needs to be taken care of. After three months of living in the United States, Jayson received a call from his aunt saying that his uncle had passed away. Five years after his uncle passed away, Jayson gets some sense and decided to play basketball again. However, his addiction didn’t go easily, but he’s been coping with that.

One day, when he is out for his basketball routine at night, a strange black SUV parks near the basketball field. Jayson only minds his business, until one man gets behind him and kidnaps him out of the blue. Jayson whose unconscious is dragged forcedly and thrown into the SUV’s trunk. Jayson has no idea who these men are.

After Jayson wakes up, he freaks out because he doesn’t know anything. Finally, one of the men fills him in. The man says that Jayson’s aunt is in debt with their boss and she hasn’t paid back for two years. Apparently, after Jayson’s uncle passed away, his aunt has a gambling problem and she’s addicted to online poker. Even though Jayson is surprised that her aunt has a gambling addiction, he is a little relieved because he knows that his aunt will choose him over money.

Turns out, after the kidnapper calls Jayson’s aunt, she says that she doesn’t care about Jayson anymore and says they can have him instead. The men think that his aunt is bluffing, so they torture Jayson. Turns out Jayson’s aunt means it. Even after the men show Jayson’s fingers, she says to stop disturbing her. Since the blackmail is not much of a success, their boss tells them to finish Jayson’s life and clean their mess.
