Simon Yanez adalah orang yang dipercaya oleh Sebastian Raul untuk memegang salah satu bisnis legal yang didirikan oleh Lacra Del Puentes,  di daerah Jefferson, Motel. Beberapa hari Simon sangat sibuk dengan Huertas de Galeria (Barbershop), dan mendapatkan banyak pelanggan sehingga Simon tidak sempat untuk menyetorkan uang yang seharusnya disetorkan ke Sebastian Raul dalam 1 minggu sekali, diketahui pada hari Kamis, 5 November, 2020, Simon tidak menyetorkan uang tersebut kepada Sebastian Raul, dan Montana Maquinna mengajak Simon ke salah satu bukit di Las Colinas, San Pedro Avenue untuk membunuh Simon atas suruhan Sebastian Raul, karena Simon tidak lagi dapat dipercaya oleh mereka.
