Rudolf Constantine was born 29 years ago at Fort Carson. He was born into a simple family, his father was a fisherman anda his mother was a housewife. While undergoing education in college, Rudolf was forced to drop out of college because of financial problems. Rudolf decides to return home and help his father. When Rudolf was 25 years old, his mother died from an illness. Rudolf's father was devastated by the incident and shut himself up afterward, he did not return to being a fisherman after the incident. Rudolf succeeded his father as a fisherman for the lives of him and his father. When Rudolf was 28 years old, his father died of a heart attack while in a bar not far from his home. After his father's death, Rudolf decided to sell all of his parents inheritance property and move to Blueberry. There, he lived in a small apartment to continue his life.

 

After Rudolf moved to his small apartment, he started life looking for a difficult job, namely selling illegal goods, and he found someone named Mathias. He's a pretty well-known drug dealer, so people are reluctant of him. After nearly a year Rudolf worked as a drug dealer, things went smoothly without a hitch. Then Mathias trusts Rudolf as the stake holder of Las Colinas to sell more drugs.
 

Finally Rudolf has mastered the Las Colinas area for the first time, and it is a pride for Rudolf. After Rudolf took control of the drug trade, Mathias also gave Rudolf the task of taking control of the arms trade in Jefferson's area and Rudolf finally agreed. After so long Rudolf held control of the drug trade and arms trade, many of the problems he faced were fighting against other drug dealers, but he managed to overcome all of them. Year after year Rudolf was known by many other dealers so that he was respected in the Las Colinas and Jefferson area.
