Origin: Havana, Cuba

Story:

Alphonso Guerrero, one of the many Los Santos illegal immigrant is trying to establish his new life at the city. He was born in Havana, Cuba 35 years ago. Being born to a lowborn family, a farmer family, Mr. Guerrero escaped to the Los Estados Unidos (This is what the Cuban people addressed USA) seeking a new bigger opportunity. Among the other 12 immigrants, Alphonso, togetherly, crossed the Florida Strait via boats. He was afraid of being caught by the patrol of US Coast Guard armada. Going back isn’t a good option, either. “It is what it is, and it needs to be done”, he thought. After 13 hours floating around the sea, desperately, somebody was yelling. It was midnight. And Alphonso was relieved. The boats landed safe and sound. A new life for Alphonso Guerrero has begun.

 

As an illegal immigrant in Miami, life isn’t easy for Alphonso. He had plan to move from Miami to Los Santos. Los Santos is the city that never slept. He thought himself about the much opportunity that awaits him on the Los Santos City. After stepping on the concrete floor of Unity Station, Alphonso had only a few money he got from pickpocketing inside the train. Alphonso was never done the evil things before. Even He is dead broke,  actually he is good. . But he would do anything dirty  to survive here. Alphonso had no home. The lovely nice and comfy home was still inside his minds. A little more hardworking would pay at the end, He thought. He was sorry for not being a nice man, pickpocketing an innocent person inside the train. He is willing to do more and that pickpoketting thingy was the last dirty job he ever did. He promised to himself. Sleeping on the ground. What a rough night to be passed. He lay down on the concrete floor right next to the stairs on Unity Station. He was homeless, for now. Little did he know that  life is uneasy for him after arriving to the US. The next morning, Alphonso was woken up roughly by the street cleaner. What an unpleasant way to start a new day, he thought. He wanted to protest but he was nothing. And no one. He was a poor bloke that had no power and charisma at all. He went to the market, roaming the streets looking for jobs and vacancy. He was hungry and the dirty money he stole was running low. Alphonso is definitely broke and poor, but he is clever as fuck. Dozen of vacancy he entered, he had zero success. Who wants to hire a fucking poor and dirty bloke roaming on the streets, he thought. He was very logical. He knew that the slogan “Doesn’t judge a book by its cover” was only a big dumbest bullshit made by a sore loser. If he wanted to succeeded on the interview, people should have thought that he was clean and charismatic.

 

He went to the Binco. Bought a set of affordable nice black suit. The money was spent all. He had nothing in his wallet. He was gambling for his life. The amount of money he spent on the suit could be used to buy some Big Macs at the Burger Shot for like 3 times. He was passing the Unity Station, where he found a phamflet on the walls. It was a job vacant for a bus driver in Unity Station. And the interview was that day around four in the afternoon. He was late for 5 minutes. It was a close call interview. He was waiting in the bench, together with a few men attending the same job interview. Out of 10 job seekers, Alphonso outsmarted them. Of course He was poor, but he was a clever man. Alphonso got his job as a bus driver. He works every day on the night shift. A few weeks working as a bus driver, he was delighted. He afforded an old Sadler ranch car just for 400 Dollar. Thanks to his good bargaining skill. He rent a penthouse weekly that cost him for 200 Dollar.  Life is pretty decent for Alphonso. Nevertheless, the journey of Alphonso Guerrero isn’t over yet. Alphonso still has dreams and goals to be achieved. Would Alphonso dream as an illegal immigrant seeking for fame and glory come true?
