        Arata Deguchi is a child born on March 6, 1998 in Tokyo, Japan. He is the only child of Akimura Deguchi and Aiko Deguchi, he and his family live in a small apartment located in Shinjuku Residence. Since childhood, Arata really likes the automotive world. He really likes watching the Initial D series and playing video games. He was often scolded by his mother because he often played video games all day long and didn't do his schoolwork. At the age of 18 he was given a car by his father, he is very happy because his father bought him the car he has been dreaming of. Every day he always spends time with his car, he then meets his friend named Takashi Hanoko and asks his friend to teach him drifting, without thinking he is immediately taught by his friend to do drifting.

 

        Every day he tries the techniques taught by his friends, but he always fails. Months passed, He then mastered the drifting technique and had his first race with a friend. He also won the race and he was invited by his friend to join his car club. He was brought by his friend to the Tachikawa Distric to a car club called the Mayonaka Club. He then tested one of the Mayonaka Club members to race with him, he immediately accepted the Mayonaka Club member exam and became the winner in that race. He was then accepted by the chairman of the Mayonaka Club to join them. Since he joined the Mayonaka Club, he often comes home late at night and spends his money buying car spare parts.

 

        He was often scolded by his parents for always spending his pocket money and coming home too late. Since then, his parents have not given Arata any more money because he only spent the money on racing bets. He was confused because he didn't have money to buy new car tires, so he finally borrowed money from a member of his club who is a member of the Yakuza, in hopes of winning the race bet. But he was always cheated by other members when doing races so that he had no more money to pay his debts. Every day he was always in debt and threatened with death by Yakuza members. He also told everything to his parents, his parents then took their child to Los Santos, America for the safety of their child and start a new life.
