Jurgen Eldiablo (a.k.a.: "J-Lo") is a former mexicans smuggler includes drugs dealer and members of the Monton de Hispanics alongside Jurgen ‘J-Lo’El Diablo After the brutal murder of his young family ordered by rival Hispanics members, J-Lo engaged in a string of vicious criminals to avenge his lost ones. J-Lo was arrested on December 13, 1991, and extradited to the United States where he served a jail sentence until June 2019. He was then deported back to Mexico his country and charged with a double homicide after murdering two sheriff in 1991. J-Lo is currently incarcerated at the Oaxaca near Mexico City.

 

Jurgen Eldiablo  was born in Aztec, Mexico in the mid 1950s. He began his life of crime as a robbery and eventually worked as a smuggler for Alexsey Felix Guerdo, under the umbrella of the Mamala Carte.  J-Lo rose up the ranks and, along with Pedro Rodriguez, eventually became a co-leader of the cartel. He was associated with ‘El-Diablo’. Following the loss of a large cocaines shipment which was blamed on El Diablo and J-Lo, El Ranger was killed but J-Lo spared. Following El Louise's death. 

 

J-Lo created an alliance with El-Diablo  of the rival Mamala Cartel.

J-Lo splintered from the group, which was handed down to Pedro Rodriguez nephews in Los Santos, who later formed the Kings Cartel J-Lo  along with a Brazillian trafficker named Mattemo Clavel, the one-time boyfriend of J-Lo’s brother El-Zi, began operating their own cartel on Los Santos, and build some new business at Los Santos. J-Lo helps his brother to running his business to be a drug dealers at Los Santos, and builds some a drug dealer at willowfield dealer, there’s many people needs a cocaine cause homeless. J-Lo have a dream to be a rich man at Los Santos, and sometimes his dream will come true.
