Winston Brooks was born in 1995 in Scotland, UK. Little Brooks was born into a poor family who were not well off. Because his father is a newspaper seller in Scotland and his mother is a housewife. Sometimes he even had to help his father to sell newspapers just to get pocket money. Because of his childhood life that is not good, he grew into a teenager who has a high struggle to compete. Even at the age that is still fairly young when he was 17 years he had worked as a dishwasher in one restaurant in Scotland. Not only that he is a hard worker who has a lot of side jobs as well as being a barista and also a deliveryman.

 

Several years have passed, when he was 19 years old his father and mother died in a bus accident. Since that time he has lived with his uncle in Southampton, he helped his uncle to run a restaurant that his uncle had. Because he used to work as a dishwasher in Scotland, he often saw John as a cook who cooks at the restaurant. Sometimes he is also taught cooking by John because John sees that Brooks is a teenager who has a high enthusiasm for something new. From this incident Brooks finally had a strong desire to pursue the world of cooking.

 

2 years have passed, on his 21st birthday where he was still working as a cook in his uncle's restaurant. His uncle gave a gift to Brooks that he would send Brooks to Los Santos Cooking Academy and he would cover all of Brooks living expenses in Los Santos. After living his life in Los Santos he finally graduated from Los Santos Cooking Academy. After he graduated he was apparently given capital by his uncle, his uncle asked him to open a restaurant branch in Los Santos, but finally Brooks also asked his uncle to allow him to set up a restaurant of his will, finally his uncle allowed it and Brooks also founded a restaurant called Brooks Kitchen which located in the Temple area.
