Gianluca Miggliaccio is an Italian-American, born in Alderney, Liberty City which holding the common stigma of a city with a tendency, and a history of violent. Miggy his street name is a son of Union Activist Bruno Miggliaccio. His late beloved father has a strong influenced over the union, which later grew Gianluca’s interest in joining the same exact track with his father working beyond and for the union and the brother hood. Gianluca Miggliacio has his own perspective in viewing the world, especially the social class, and working environment due to the frequency in working with his fellow work, he’s always a radical leftist favoured Marx dogma.           

           

Like the old saying said that the world stay the same but people change, Gianluca Miggliacio falls for Peelian Principle which summarize the ideas of ethical police force, delved through the notion of policing by consent which for him are the leading factor in creating a safe society. He prefer to be a Police Officer and applied to Los Santos Police Department on the 2017, worked a month and promoted to Police Officer II, and applied to Criminal Intelligence Division after he fit all of the requirement, he received the result and officially rolling as a plain clothes officer investigating the homicide and robbery case all over the city.

           

Miggy work in a couple of case related to a murder with pattern and robbery with specific pattern, gathering the intelligence source from confidential informant, civilian report, field investigation and stake-out to prevent and repress any felony regarding to murder, robbery with gun, weapon narcotics distribution flow by any other infamous organized crime. Gianluca Miggliacio then decided to resign as Police Officer due to his internal problem, most of it are family. Beside, Gianluca enjoyed a lot his philanthropy action in helping the sub-urban and marginal class. Lately he rumored as being highly active again on Union Campaign, advocating a better life condition and wealth of the working class.
