He is energetic and inspiring, but can also be very sneaky and a bit violent. His first victim was his friend, Virginia Kelis Quinn, who he killed because she was humming too loudly. He hopes to kill again very soon. He is an American Christian. He is currently at school. He is allergic to eggs. He has phobias of fingers and worms, and is obsessed with Star Wars. Physically, Charles is in pretty good shape. He is average-height with dark chocolate skin, black hair and brown eyes. He has a mole on his right cheek. He lives in an upper class neighbourhood. His mother walked out 12 years ago, leaving his father,a scientist called Matthew, to look after him. Charles goes to Shelbyville School, where his favourite subjects are business studies and maths. He loves his teacher Ms Young but hates Mr Gonzalez whose interests include looking like a tomato. Charles's best friend is a teenager called Anthony Chapman. They have a very firey friendship. He also hangs around with a teenager called Lucia Jenkins. They enjoy badminton together. On Thursday the 23rd of January, they took another nefarious action like he did with Kelis Quinn before. They slaughtered three young men who were hanging out somewhere with a background of problems, namely old grudges. They killed the victims one by one without any face of regret radiating from their faces. That night was the saddest night they had ever done. The bodies of the three young men they brought to the middle of the forest not far from the city. They dumped their victims in the river and made sure that no CCTV cameras caught their faces so they would not have to deal with the police. The way they do is relatively neat for underage killers because they often see movies or TV series about murders. After throwing away their victims they returned to the city and acted as if they had never committed a murder at all. And they have never been detected by the police until now.
