Is the youngest of three siblings, his oldest brother named Andre Fennolosa or known as Berlin. His second sister who is a tough woman named, Ursula Lolita. His father was named Denver Carillo who was a combat commander who fought in Iraq against the Taliban soldiers. And his mother, Nairobi, is a chef who works in a small restaurant in the Turin area. Both of his parents are hard workers. Little Palermo life is very uncomfortable. From childhood, he had learned about the rigors of life out there. Upon graduating from school, Palermo decided to continue his education at a military school. He got a scholarship to enter a military school where his father once went to school there. Palermo is very active in training, but a disaster approached him. He got the news that his father had died in the war in Iraq against the Taliban, making Palermo have to drop out of military school for the sake of his family. Both of his siblings were busy with the work he was holding causing Palermo to lead his family. After 3 years after the death of his father. Palermo is starting to find a bright spot. He was introduced to a woman who is a Los Santos police staff, Jeannie Winehouse. After the two formed a relationship, Jeannie introduced Palermo to his superiors on the grounds that he wanted to help Palermo in continuing his school career which had broken up due to sudden reasons. Finally Palermo was appointed as the chief of police's aide.
