He grew up in a dysfunctional family, his father left him when he was ten years old. Not much can be done, Neil Briggs tried to avoid the gang that banged his life through music and helped his mother sell food in the corner of the laundry shop, but he was not satisfied with just doing the same routine for days. He started hanging out with his high school friends and being introduced to narcotics, he knew that wasn't a good thing, rather than doing the drug business, Neil Briggs started rushing into the robbery. With the minimum violation he would get if he was caught, he might sneak into the parole program, at least that's what he thought. His first attempt was a house burglary, managed to slip away with a stereo box and some jewelry, he got his palms full of stacks of one hundred dollars, but of course, he was not satisfied once again. He gave some of his money to his mother secretly, but again, he spent his money on drugs, alcohol, and prostitutes. His cash is now almost gone, he needs to think about how to do with his money right, then he calls his schoolmates for a pound of cocaine, he sweats a lot when the deal happens, he has never done this before. He managed to get cocaine, then he immediately went to his neighborhood to meet fellow gang bangers, but that was his unlucky day. When he entered the terrace of his friend, the DEA was about to raid the house for drug possession, DEA did not know that Neil Briggs was holding a pound of cocaine, but until one agent harassed him, he was handcuffed at the end of the operation, but because he was not a target and suspected of not being a drug dealer, he entry with drug possession fees..
