He was born on December 25, 1999, in Phnom Penh from the couple John Kosal and Vang Davi. Now his age step 19 years old, his parents told him to work abroad because according to the humor his parents heard, with Jay's work abroad, especially at United States, will make easier for his family to become wealthy, because the salary offered in the United States is very large. A: Tentu saja tujuan saya membuat character stories ini sebagai development karakter saya, bagaimana cerita awalnya Jay ada di Los Santos, darimana asal Jay, asal usul atau batang hidung Jay agar kedepannya roleplay yang dilalui jelas dan enak untuk dijalani.
