THE FOUNDATION Marvin "Sandman" Rivera and Dale "J-Bo" Covin were slinging drugs at school and outside as their career kick-off, they formed mini dope-moving clique that consisted of the duo and a few other members. People who knew in the neighborhood always talked highly about Marvin and Dale, they didn't care about what they were selling back then, didn't care about what they got themselves into, the only thing mattered for them was their audacity to step up and cut poverty right in the throat. WELL-CONNECTED According to one of the SAPD gang enforcers holding an operation in East and South Central LS, a witness once testified about how Dale and Marvin were related to the local gang and drug dealers, and how they could earn way more money than their parents and every nine to five worker usually did altogether in a month. They made sales mostly on Monte Vista Avenue and Ganton stores, the saying was they could profit up to seven thousand dollars a week out of school and neighborhood corners. Kourtney Moss, a put on, who was also a high-ranking member of Tree Top Piru, happened to be Dale and Marvin's main plug, eventually got arrested by the SAPD, and was in fact also under the gang enforcers and the whole department's watch for over a year. END OF THE ROAD The case went much further as the SAPD targeted anyone who was proven to have contacts with Moss. Raids were everywhere around Ganton and Idlewood, names on the warrant list kept popping up, both Dale's and Marvin's lives were at stake. But on the following day, Marvin surprisingly began to depart from Dale, eschewing Los Santos along with his mother to pursue New York. No one had ever heard about the name of Sandman Rivera again ever since. On the other hand, Dale Covin was reported to have ended the operation after the departure of his partner (and of course, the never-ending waves of raids). The members were also nowhere to be seen and found after the raid. Both names and their crew's were never mentioned or found during the case of Tree Top Piru. MONEY GANG & MOB TIES Marvin's return had made a significant impact on everyone, especially his long-time dealing partner, Dale. They started pushing again like the old times and brought tons of bags on to the table of their so-called street captain, Cody Oates, who was at the time a major player in the East Los Santos narcotic game. The business got expanded to Downtown and West Los Santos, starting off the operation from scratch, as both men decided to use the drug money to fund two businesses, a gentlemen's club & music publishing company, under one umbrella: Rich Money Incorporated. Both men did realize by the time they knew Oates deeper, they weren't just the associates of ELS' biggest brick movers, but a bigger organization, something they never stumbled upon in their early steps, the reason why cities like Detroit, Atlanta, Tennesse, and even New York had their demands of narcotics, a tie to the mob-like figures, the Black Mafia Family. But forensic data and intelligence from an interagency investigation in the state of San Andreas have now officially confirmed the existence of an active expansion on the West Coast under the supervision of entities outside the state. THE BLUEBERRY HOMICIDE OF OMARION MCCRAY LOS SANTOS, SA. The Los Santos branch of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has released details regarding the murder of Omarion McCray. A factory worker discovered McCray’s body on a concrete slab at an industrial site in Blueberry County in December. The forensic team confirmed that he had sustained five gunshot wounds. Local authorities and SAFD secure the Blueberry County crime scene following the discovery of Omarion McCray's body. After months of searching through surveillance reports, Omarion McCray was found dead in the town of Blueberry. The body was found by a factory worker, and the case is still under investigation. He is believed to have been the killer of a senator in the state of Georgia, Clay Davis, in 2021. The senator held so much evidence and so many documents that could stand against the Black Mafia Family in Georgia, including Atlanta, and Omarion McCray was allegedly sent by the notorious Black Mafia Family to assassinate the senator to cover their tracks. The local law enforcement agency initially treated the incident as a fatal dispute linked to drugs and car theft. The FBI took over the investigation after identifying Omarion McCray as a high-priority federal fugitive linked to the Black Mafia Family. MAPPING THE LOS SANTOS NETWORK Previous intelligence files maintained by the Detroit and Atlanta field offices indicated the two targets had no record of being in the same location or working together in joint operations in the eastern sectors. Rich Money Magazine, or Rich Money Magz, is a worlwide youth entertainment media, highlighting mostly on music updates and pop cultures. As a part of Rich Money Incorporated, Rich Money Magz forming reports on music, fashion, culinary, sports, and pop culture, serving contents through videos and articles, having a website, social media, and conservative style of magazines as its platform. The main purpose is to bring back the old-fashion style of news reading in the middle of digital era.

On the main street of Playa del Seville, there is a group of young adults who grew up together from childhood in a group called Ballin' Money Family, or BMF for short, from adolescence to when they were imprisoned when they were only 18 years old. They are often caught selling drugs in their neighborhood, and it is not uncommon for them to be seen by the LSPD. However, they often ran away from the LSPD's pursuit. Jayvon Hughes and DaVion Carver lead the gang, some friends assist them they made while in prison, those people are Cody Oates, Franklin Finch, and DaVinch Howell. Long before that Jayvon and DaVion promised that together with their friends they would climb the top of the BMF rank. By the time they got out of prison, they had realized their dream. Currently, they live together around Playa del Seville, selling drugs and illegal weapons to survive, but they cover it up by opening several legal businesses so as not to be easily detected by the police. STR8 Hustla Records was founded by J-Money as his legal business and as one of some Ballin' Money Family money laundering platforms. The records has raised some couple of famous rappers and as the time went by J-Money started to get busy with his illicit works such as distributing cocaines into the streets, so he told one of his friend to find someone that is reliable and could manage the records. So, Dice asked Osama "Ozzie" Malachi to fly out into Los Santos. Ozzie wasn't alone, he landed to Los Santos with his brother to aid him. Not for so long, J-Money see Ozzie as one of the good person, he trusts Ozzie to manages the records as he please, this all is because Ozzie has made much money from all the albums he sold and made J-Money easier to launder all of his money. Jahmiah “Bat” Bates, started his business in the underworld individually, he was on his own. But one day he felt that he had to work with smarter, so as not to get caught by the DEA. "Bat" thought of opening a distro shop in the neighborhood where he lived, to make up for it. He also wanted to help local people who didn't have jobs to work with him at the distro. Cody "Doc" Oates, who had been in jail at the time, was always thinking of ways to get his hands on the huge sums of money that he was getting from smuggling guns and drugs without getting caught. However, he was apprehended by the authorities after they discovered the large-scale money transfer, which caused him to instantly lose everything. They questioned how a minor could have such a large amount of money, and as a result, he is currently sentenced to prison. Doc had the idea that he could use his business to hide everything. He got to know DaVion "Dice" Carver and Jayvon "J" Hughes while he was locked up. When Doc revealed how reliant on money, J and Dice invited him to participate in a money-laundering scheme, piqueing Doc's interest. Doc began his small business right away to rent out a Hotdog car after being freed from prison under his father's name, and J gave him property in Playa Del Seville shortly after. Seville Connection is an association located in Playa del Seville. The young people who belong to this association are mainly released prisoners and locals. The connection became one of the biggest after it was created. In a courtyard around Playa del Seville, there is a neighborhood organized by Jayvon Hughes an DaVion Carver. This place is filled with wild individuals. The story begins with the reliable drug dealers who settle around the Playa del Seville area. The traffickers around here are generally part of the jail population who have been released and moved on to live their lives as locals. The arrival of the ex-prisoners is welcomed by the higher-ups who have already settled in, and they are given the opportunity to work in two fronts, in a way to launch a money laundering business. In their plan to run the business, they have found several trusted “Hustla” who are experts and very reliable in carrying out their wishes. The hustla are trusted for their abilities, given the chance to be one step ahead in running the existing business, they are given the trust to distribute drugs and illegal weapons have been produced. Over time, this circle has grown far beyond its humble and chaotic beginnings. What started as a group of ex-convicts seeking a second chance on the streets of Playa del Seville has now transformed into a tightly organized criminal network. Loyalty and strategy have been the keystones of their success, with the once-small-time drug dealers now operating as respected figures, managing distribution routes that extend far beyond the boundaries of their original neighborhoods.
