Low Tide Combat Brotherhood, also known as ONLY THE FAKKERS STAND, is an underground fight syndicate and street gang based around the industrial docks of Los Santos. The gang is mostly made up of native-born blue-collar Americans alongside working-class immigrants from Eastern Europe and Latin America. The group is dominated by local young men and ex-cons aged 18 to 26. Their primary activities revolve around conducting bare-knuckle fights and operating underground betting and book making services at the harbor. This syndicate also maintains its street activity via extortion and heavy debt collection along with the sale of drugs. Despite their illegal activities, the members all share a mutual hobby of customizing pickup trucks. PROLOGUE Before the blood money and the clandestine networks, the creators of the Low Tide Combat Brotherhood were merely desperate men who were trying to survive under the crushing influence of Los Santos deindustrialization. Starting from the late 90s, big corporations and bribed officials began eliminating any union agreements, replacing manual labor with automated freight terminals. This left thousands of native blue collar workers and recent immigrants unemployed and abandoned, like scrap iron in the docks. Having the threat of eviction hanging above them and having no other legal means to provide themselves with food, anger and hatred emerged among them. In order to vent and earn some money for rent, these men began meeting behind the shipping containers after midnight and making bets on fistfights. What was an attempt to release the tension and a source of income among miserable mechanics and dock workers developed into something bigger. THE IRONSHORE SIEGE As the underground fighting scene exploded in size and became a huge money-making venture for gambling, it could not go unnoticed by the predators. A syndicate that was active in the area decided to take advantage of the illegal betting that was taking place at the docks and imposed a fifty percent tribute fee on the money made. The dock boys, who were not used to bowing down to any corporation-style gang extortion, refused to comply. In response, the syndicate began to hijack their pickup trucks, threaten their loved ones, and paid off port security guards to keep the fighters out of their makeshift fighting grounds. The situation finally came to a boiling point during an incident called "The Ironshore Siege." It all started during the night of their underground championship when the syndicate enforcers stormed the main warehouse expecting them to easily give in. Tucker and his brawlers defended themselves to the best of their abilities using pipe wrenches, welding torches, and bare hands, while the opponents used guns. That night resulted in complete chaos and violence; however, what happened inside brought the biggest trouble. A bookie they used to work with locked the back shutters and stole all the money for the night leaving the brotherhood without a way out since the LS County Sheriff's Department had conducted a raid around the area due to an anonymous information. As a result of the battle, many people were caught and the places where the fights took place were confiscated by the police. Being left without their territory and betrayed by their own kind, the survivors went to the deepest and most deserted corners of the Los Santos industrial district. THE FOUNDRY INFERNO Consequences of the Ironshore Siege left the brotherhood wounded. With their main pit closed and a majority of the members behind bars at Twin Tower Correctional Facility cells, the gang was angry. However, their anger towards the police could not compete with the fury they felt towards the person that put them behind bars and robbed them of their money. The streets remained silent for two months, until one careless local gave up a name. One of the chief mechanics of the brotherhood, Tucker Jones, who was not shy of showing his opinion using his fists decided to take matters into his own hands. He did not organize a team and make any plans for taking revenge. He simply walked out of his mechanic shift and got himself an empty bottle of alcohol to fill it with gasoline. He heard that the traitor was using alcohol in order to cure his paranoia by consuming it in some dilapidated pub on the outskirts of the city since he felt safe that he was far enough from the dockyards. Tucker stopped a block away and just entered the pub through its front entrance. He flung the Molotov straight into the booth. The glass shattered all over the table, and before long, all of its contents, as well as what he had stolen from the rat, was consumed by a raging fire. Soon after that, there was screaming, and the bartender and a couple other patrons ran out of the bar through the main entrance in fright. Tucker wasn’t fazed one bit by this. He just stayed put at the exit. With their old fighting rings destroyed, they switched to a far more scattered and dangerous approach. They began conducting "travelling bouts" in different places each and every night, ranging from old train yards to cargo containers to back alleys at the docks which were not even visited by the harbor police force. The brutality escalated, the amounts wagered went up, and with it, the violence levels rose. NO SNITCHING POLICY / PAY IN BLOOD The gang has an extremely stringent "No Snitching" policy which is popularly known as "Pay in Blood". In this, complete loyalty and absolute silence are the two primary components demanded of each individual gang member. Characters always start off their life in the gang from the bottom level where they are considered to be completely inexperienced and have no pull whatsoever. It is up to them to prove themselves and earn their respect by indulging themselves in dangerous tasks such as distributing drugs on the streets, collecting debts in a rough manner and engaging in bare-knuckle fighting arenas. The higher-ups in the gang keep a close watch on these individuals to ensure whether or not they are capable enough to withstand the pressure and hold their tongues even during emergencies. Though characters manage to make progress and rise through the ranks in the gang, raw physical prowess takes a back seat while leadership skills and good reputation gain more importance. At first, the new members may ask themselves how necessary it is to enforce such a harsh policy as the "Pay in Blood" one, whether the use of force when punishing those who have betrayed the gang is really worth it. But after spending some time on the street and realizing how vulnerable the gang actually is, they come to appreciate its necessity as an organization at all. In a society where everyone can get caught up by the police and rivals alike, this principle is the only thing that saves them from jail.

12 O'Clock Trail Road Blazers is a trail bike riding group based in Glen Park Plaza, Glen Park. They are known as “T12B,” following their previous name, W12B. This group still adheres to the old system. Its members consist of Artesia High School alumni and local residents from Crenshaw and Glen Park. T12B is a community that unites Artesia High School athletes and skateboarders with local residents as a form of defense against street violence in Los Santos. Examples of violence that occurred in W12B include racial violence by white supremacists and other gang activities. On the other hand, they also express their love for trail bikes and the streets. LOS SANTOS — CITY OF SAINTS Los Santos is touted as the “City of Saints,” which should have been filled with saints. However, in reality, Los Santos is filled with bloodshed, drug abuse, human and illegal goods trafficking, corruption, collusion, nepotism, torture, and street violence, which generally takes the form of individuals, groups, or gangsters. The motto of the San Andreas Police Department is “To Protect and To Serve.” For some people, this motto does not exist. They prefer to form their own communities consisting of people who are ready to defend themselves and their community members, whom they consider family; they prefer to fight back rather than report it to the authorities. In this world full of crime, even the authorities can deliberately accept bribes from gangsters to release them. Worse still, they can protect and facilitate them while they commit crimes. WILDING 12 BOYZ — FIRST GENERATION When they first appeared, the Wilding 12 Boyz (W12B) only smoked up the streets of Los Santos with their dirt bikes. Over time, the small W12B community became involved in the distribution of illegal drugs supplied by the BMF through Anya “Lucky” Kirilenko. In addition, Montrell “Wild” Wylde and Richard “Tricks” Mooreau were officially appointed as leaders of the Crenshaw dirt bike gang, replacing Anya Kirilenko and Lylia "Homelander" Roberts, who had decided to separate themselves from the gang's affairs. However, one day, a tragedy occurred when Richard “Tricks” Mooreau, one of the leaders of the gang who was respected by W12B, was killed by Anya “Lucky” Kirilenko. This incident also caused W12B to fade into obscurity. Shortly after, Anya “Lucky” Kirilenko was reported missing. Rumors suggested she had been killed, but no traces were left behind. When Montrell “Wild” Wylde returned and found nothing, he decided to return to Playa del Seville and work for Cody "Doc" Oates. TRAILBLAZERS 12 — PRESENT GENERATION A year has passed, and Montrell "Wild" Wylde visits Crenshaw, but there is still no sign of the dirt bike. His purpose for visiting is not to reminisce, but to fulfill Cody "Doc" Oates' order to occupy the plaza he has purchased. The plaza will become one of BMF's money laundering fronts; it is also planned to be guarded by his trusted men, including Montrell "Wild" Wylde. During that time, Montrell "Wild" Wylde reunited with Orlando "Hazard" Strickler. In the end, they would become the pioneers of the new era of Glen Park dirt bikes. Not the Wilding 12 Boyz, not the W12B; but 12 O'Clock Trail Road Blazers, Trailblazers 12, Insane Blazing Crew 12, TRB, or T12B. Under the leadership of Montrell "Wild" Wylde and Orlando "Hazard" Strickler, who were tired of being intimidated by other criminal groups, T12B would not be the same as W12B. If they wanted to go crazy, they went crazy. If they wanted respect, they would make others submit, either by force or by wisdom. Orlando "Hazard" Strickler wouldn't make themselves pathetically alone by two. Other Artesia High School alumnis and some local residents were as well invited to be the starters of the dough. DOG-EAT-DOG — GANGBANGING DECISION Glen Park Plaza was suddenly taken over by the local government, leaving the Trailblazers 12 disoriented and confused. Orlando "Hazard" Strickler, in fact, lost almost the same trust Cody "Doc" Oates had before. Montrell "Wild" Wylde racked his brains and found a small complex in Monte Vista Avenue, East Los Santos. The rent was quite high, prompting the Trailblazers 12 to engage in racketeering. The Trailblazers 12 paid the ultimate price for trusting their neighbors after accepting a lowrider event invitation from White Fence 13 and Florencia 13—an ambush that would spark an all-out turf war. With top leaders scattered, Camron "Thunder" Wehinahpay stepped up to represent her crew in El Corona, but the eerie, lifeless streets immediately triggered her instincts, prompting her to text Montrell "Wild" Wylde: If anything happens, it's Florencia 13's doing. Moments after stepping inside, Thunder was stared down by White Fence 13 and executed with a 12-gauge shotgun for a personal matter, while her crew outside narrowly escaped a hail of Florencia gunfire to sound the alarm. The next morning, utility workers discovered her body dumped in a nearby sewer, her skull shattered and the Sureños' signature "XIII" carved into her stomach. Devastated by the historic betrayal of a crew they once considered family, Orlando "Hazard" Strickler and Montrell "Wild" Wylde officially declared war, locking and loading the Trailblazers 12 for a bloody, no-turning-back gangbang, which is greenlighted by Wren "Trippy" Shima. NOT A BLOODS — PRIDE COLOR In the 21st century, color isn't the primary focus of hostility and rivalry like it was in previous centuries. It's all about the hood now. Rivalries happen set to set rather than umbrella to umbrella. The same type of gang can be in fuss one and another without realizing the similar type they are in. Trailblazers 12 expressed their hatred for the Surenos and Crips through the use of red on their drips. Essentially, Trailblazers 12 weren't Bloods—but simply an independent group of bike enthusiasts forced to resort to violence as a means of survival, adapting Bloods culture to challenge the Crips and Sureños. They, especially Orlando "Hazard" Strickler, knew the risks of gangbanging. However, they had already lost someone and weren't prepared to lose more. This even overcame the naivety of Montrell "Wild" Wylde, who at the time had a principle: No drugs, no weapons, no harm. Everything had changed so quickly and without warning. From a dirt bike clique to something intended to become a large and feared gang. Trailblazers 12 is active in criminal activity, unlike Wilding 12 Boyz. Murder, armed and unarmed assaults, extortion, and hate speech against other gangs considered enemies are unavoidable. This time, the bikelife clique will not return to its weak and naive state. WITH OTHER SETS — GOOD, TRUCE, AND BAD I. BŌSŌZOKU As fellow bikelifers, Trailblazers 12 has a special affinity for the eccentric Japanese bike enthusiasts known as bōsōzoku. In Los Santos, there are two bōsōzoku clubs namely Yozakura Bōsōzoku and Kagehana Bōsōzoku. From the beginning, Yozakura Bōsōzoku had a good relationship with Trailblazers 12, but not with Kagehana Bōsōzoku. Miscommunication is always one of the mistakes that can have fatal consequences, causing injury or even death. But miraculously, Yozakura Bōsōzoku managed to resolve its feud with Kagehana Bōsōzoku through the mediation of Trailblazers 12. All three of them hate The Frontier Wolves. They believe the natives should be banished from America and buried with their ancestors. Each club has been through dark times with them. Now, they are working together to eliminate The Frontier Wolves. In addition, bosozoku have been caught several times taking over city streets with Trailblazers 12. It is common knowledge that fellow motorcycle gangs will get along well. II. SUREÑOS The violence between Trailblazers 12 and the nearby gangsters, White Fence 13, eventually touched on the truce status. Raul "Souljah" Aguila and Keegan "Prodigy" Casillas, Laurence "Shorty" Kang's love partner set foot in Trailblazers 12 territory with only one or two people in a car—a small number to stay right in the middle of enemy territory. Orlando "Hazard" Strickler considered this unreasonable, as did Montrell "Wild" Wylde. Out of nowhere, Souljah forwarded Hazard's proposal that had previously not reached the high council—a proposal for a truce. Although it was all too late, Orlando "Hazard" Strickler was asked by Wren "Trippy" Shima, the decision-maker of Trailblazers 12, to approve the truce long ago. Even so, Trailblazers 12 still harbored their own hatred for the Sureños for taking Camron "Thunder" Wehinahpay; especially towards Raul "Souljah" Aguila who stated that the reason for killing Camron "Thunder" Wehinahpay was a personal matter. Personal problems were taken too far, until they became gang and Sureño problems. Thus, the issues with Florencia 13 are also frozen. Additionally, Temple Locos 18 is connected to Trailblazers 12 through Cults OMG. Due to business reasons, they are working together. Their initial vision is to eliminate the other Sureños. However, the problem with Playboys 13 has not ended. III. CRIPS No compromise, no good intentions, Trailblazers 12 didn't care if in a day, they could kill more than five to ten or more Crips members. The first hatred towards the Crips began when Monte Vista Avenue was declared the property of the Playboys Gang Crips. In addition, the territory of Trailblazers 12 was marked by strike-ups of disrespect. Trailblazers 12 was fed up with being trampled on, so they fought back. Not finished with the Playboys Gang Crips, Rollin' 40s Neighborhood Crips participated in suppressing Trailblazers 12. Rollin' 40s Neighborhood Crips and Playboys Gang Crips are known to have problems with each other, evidenced by strike-ups. However, it's all about the hood. An enemy is an enemy. Crips, are the enemy of Trailblazers 12. It's an undeniable fact that Trailblazers 12 is better equipped to fight the Crips than they are to fight the Sureños. Their hatred is so deep-seated that they refuse to let anything slip through their fingers. TON-UP REAPERS is a café racer motorcycle club originally from London, carrying on the legacy of the 59 Club. They're all about ton-up runs, rock 'n' roll, and the café racer way of life. Iron Tone Café served as their first clubhouse, where coffee, loud rock music, and street races became part of their daily routine., but later deviated from its values by becoming involved in race gambling, money laundering also guns and drugs trafficking The Reapers - 1999 During that period, significant societal shifts were occurring in London. The economic upturn following the war did not automatically lead to wealth for young people from working-class backgrounds. A considerable number of them led dull existences with few chances for advancement. For certain young males, their sole possession of true value was their motorcycle. This change turned them into a new generation of rebels. Every night Rock music was played and they made a scene on the streets by doing wild racing actions to achieve what they called "The Ton" riding their motorbikes to reach speeds of 100 mph. Not only motorbike fans, they were also part of a subculture known as rockers because of their love of rock n roll music genre which was very rarely liked by people at that time. The 59 Club As the café racer movement in London continued to grow, many riders found a sense of belonging within communities that shared their passion. One of the most prominent groups within this culture was the 59 Club, established by a priest named John Oates in 1959. The club was created with the purpose of bringing together young motorcyclists who embraced speed, music, and the camaraderie found on the road. Through organised events, night rides, and gatherings at cafés, they forged meaningful bonds with fellow riders. Their reputation steadily grew within the community, as they were seen as individuals who embodied the true essence of the café racer lifestyle resilient, sharp, and skilful on their machines. Dominic, Finn, Jax, and several of their mates chose to join. Years later, the influence of the 59 Club began to extend beyond the boundaries of London. In 1999, Dominic, Finn, Jax, and Fenwick officially became members. However, their presence was soon regarded as tarnishing the club’s image. Dominic held a deep loyalty towards the club. If anyone insulted or challenged it, he would take to the streets without hesitation and deal with them himself. In 2010, he led several members in an attack against a Vespa motor club known as the Mods. The incident escalated into a riot, leaving several individuals injured, with some even arrested by the London police. Upon hearing of the situation, the leadership of the 59 Club decided to remove them from London. Dominic was instructed to take charge as the leader of a new chapter based in Los Santos. At first, he found it difficult to accept, yet refusing was never an option, as they held immense respect for John Oates. In the end, he agreed bringing along his old friends and several new associates he had met through the club, ready to rebuild their identity in a new city. Journey to Los Santos Rather than leaving London behind, their expedition was seen as an extension of the culture they deeply valued. They agreed that helping to establish the Los Santos chapter of the 59 Club would provide an opportunity to share the essence of café racer culture in a new region. With enthusiasm rather than haste, they prepared for the journey. Their motorcycles, leather jackets, and spirit were all they needed to carry a piece of London’s café racer heritage overseas. Upon arriving in Los Santos, they were welcomed by Charles Rockabenny, an old friend who had already settled there. He showed them his café, known as the Iron Tone Café. Jax, Dom, and the others began new lives in the city under fresh identities, free from society’s scorn, and they celebrated this at the café. Day by day, their sense of freedom began to return. They started organising small rides, limited to their close-knit circle, shaping both their community and their way of life. As the years passed, more café racer riders with a shared love for rock music joined them. Dominic came to believe they needed a new identity, and they agreed to call themselves The Ton-up Reapers. However, they did not abandon the 59 Club. Instead, they wore the 59 Club patch on their jackets, marking themselves as official members of the club. At that time, Los Santos felt vastly different from London freer, yet far more brutal. Street gangs across the city appeared hostile and aggressive. Even so, it did little to dampen their spirit, so long as they could live freely and remain unbound by anything. As the café grew in popularity, many visitors became interested in their motorcycles. Quite a few asked to have their bikes rebuilt in The Reapers’ signature style. Seeing a golden opportunity, Dom invited his friends to open a workshop. Everyone agreed. Jax had a contact who owned a parts store in the Las Colinas area, a Japanese man named Mura. He became the official parts supplier for The Reapers. Once the workshop opened, they began working on customer orders. Their name started circulating among local motorcycle clubs. One night, Brickatecha MC, a club from Red County, paid them a visit. However, things didn’t go smoothly. Their enemies, Original Ganton Park (OGP), launched a sudden attack near the café. In the chaos, Nate Hollis, one of The Reapers, was shot by mistake. Unwilling to let it go, The Reapers went to confront Brickatecha MC and demanded an explanation. After learning the true perpetrators were OGP, The Reapers headed to Ganton. At first, the conversation was tense but controlled until things got heated. A brutal fistfight broke out at OGP’s clubhouse. Several Reapers were stabbed, forcing them to retreat. Day by day, OGP kept coming to the café, causing trouble and provoking fights. Then, one night, two well-dressed men visited the café for a cup of coffee. Dom, who happened to be there, ended up having a long conversation with them. They offered him a far more profitable business: drug dealing. Dom, eyeing their expensive clothes and luxury vehicle, was tempted. He asked them to come back in two days after he discussed the offer with his crew. That night they argued bitterly because this decision would ruin the 59 club's culture, but Dom tried to convince them that the money they could make from this business was far superior to the income from the cafe and workshop. The rest of the crew finally agreed and were willing to take the risk, and they also agreed to keep this a secret from the mother chapter. Two days later, the men returned, asking for a decision. The Reapers agreed to enter the business. Two pounds of cocaine were handed over. The Reapers began running the operation. They sold the drugs discreetly using their motorcycles. This time, it was different. The bikes were modified, secret compartments were built under the seats to hide the cocaine. The product was broken into small packages and distributed individually. They didn’t operate as a group; instead, each member sold on their own. The strategy was simple: keep operations fragmented to avoid detection. If someone got caught, the police would only find a small portion, not the source. But another problem was growing: their enemies were multiplying. Dom called for a full meeting. He told everyone that The Reapers needed something more to survive. After a serious discussion with the crew, Dom made a clear suggestion: everyone had to arm themselves. He wasn’t willing to let rival gangs disrupt their rising empire. This was the only way to survive. Hunt, or be hunted. When the Reapers were under pressure due to the conflict with the OGP, a Japanese man came alone to the Iron Tone Café as a regular customer. He was later revealed to be a member of a gang named Fujigawa. After several visits, he began to observe the Reapers' situation, including the pressure they were under. One night, the man asked to speak directly with Dom. He offered a limited initial cooperation. Fujigawa had enemies in East Los Santos and needed them to beat the gang. In return, Fujigawa would sell weapons to the Reapers at a much lower price than the market price. Dom brought the offer to an internal meeting. Under pressure and limited weaponry, the offer was accepted. The Reapers executed the task swiftly. Afterward, Fujigawa's men fulfilled their promise. Weapons began flowing into the Reapers' hands at low prices and with secure supply lines. From there, the relationship didn't stop at just one job. Dom began meeting frequently with one of Fujigawa's leaders. Their relationship deepened as they both saw long-term benefits. From that small collaboration, a full-fledged alliance was born. Within the alliance, Fujigawa became the arms and drug supplier. The Reapers became the driving force on the ground. The Reapers helped expand Fujigawa's influence in Los Santos. In return, Fujigawa provided indirect protection and cheap supplies. Since then, the Reapers' activities have increased dramatically. Their weapons are much more complete, and their operations have become more organized. Their name has become known not only as a motorcycle gang but also as part of a larger network. Both gangs led the east into their hands, forced enemies to bow before them but it's not last longer. Fujigawa made a mistaken and FBI caught them off guard. That night is a nightmare for Fujigawa, FBI came from nowhere and ambush their set. Fujigawa made the decision to fight them so the war happened and end up really bad for Fujigawa. All of them didn't survive the war and that's the end of their story and the deal they seal with the Reapers. When Dominic and his brothers found this out, they cut the Iron Tone and all business their held for a while. Hide from the surface because they afraid the Reapers gonna be the next target. They dissappeared from everything like a ghost and as the time goes, everything returned normal and Dominic thought that was the time for them to comeback again. They reopened the Iron Tone and did their things as usual like nothing happen. The Reapers thankfull that the FBI didn't catch them after Fujigawa. A new member brought Dominic and his crew to meet one of his Irish contacts who worked for an organisation called Shamrock. During the meeting, they came to an agreement regarding the supply of weapons and narcotics. The partnership didn’t stop at just one deal though. Over time, they became long-term business partners. As the club’s business started bringing in massive amounts of money, Ace slowly became consumed by ambition and greed. Bit by bit, he began taking money from the safe, making sure not to take too much at once so Crow and Dominic wouldn’t notice. Crow, who handled the club’s finances, eventually realised there were irregularities in the cash flow. He privately spoke about it with Ace and Dominic. However, Ace tried to throw them off by claiming the safe had probably been robbed by someone else. At first, they believed his explanation. But by accident, Crow came across several pieces of evidence that pointed directly at Ace. Around the same time, Ace was hardly ever seen around the club anymore, yet Crow noticed he had suddenly started buying expensive luxury items despite the club going through a difficult period financially. Those discoveries pushed Crow to report everything to Dominic, who admitted he had already begun suspecting Ace as well. Eventually, Dominic and Crow ordered every member to attend a major meeting. In front of the entire club, they presented all the evidence and clues linking Ace to the missing money from the safe. Ace tried several times to defend himself, but the evidence against him was too strong to deny. According to the club’s original code that any traitor must be executed, Ace was forced to follow them to the execution site. Every member raised their weapon and ended Ace’s life together. Ace’s betrayal left a deep scar on the club. Nobody expected that the man who had once led the club to success and helped build it into what it had become would eventually be corrupted by greed and money. After Ace's death, Finn strengthened the club’s relationship with the Irish. They reached an agreement where The Reapers would protect their business from competitors and anyone interfering with their operations on the streets. In return, the Irish would continue supplying weapons and narcotics at an agreed price. The huge profits coming from the illegal business had the potential to attract the attention of detectives and law enforcement. Realising the risks involved, the club decided to expand beyond just the café and workshop businesses. They eventually established a Fight Club, using it as a front to cover their illegal activities as well as a way to launder money. Beomnyeon (범년) or widely known with "Tiger Year Crew" is a Jopok (조폭) or Organized Crime Group made up by Korean members. Operates around the district of Little Seoul in East Beach, Los Santos, a small community which is formed after the historical large wave of Korean Immigrants in United States. The crew runs by the Alumni of St. John Bosco Highschool, one of the U.S Department program after the incident of 1992 L.S riot when many Korean families were affected. The Pain of Little Seoul (1900 - 1995) In the early 1900s, a large wave of Korean immigrants fled to America and the first groups settled around the East Beach, Los Santos, which was then known as Old K-Town because of the growing Korean presence. Due to their social status back at the time, most of them worked as laborers or took on other jobs that were considered as low-paying. By the 1940s, the Korean population started to grow even more and the area eventually became Little Seoul, where they built a proper community for themselves. Little Seoul is a neighborhood on the east side of Los Santos, based on “K-Town” and formed as an ethnic enclave in the early 1970s. Records show that Korean immigration to the United States began as early as 1903 but Korean-American communities did not grow significantly until after the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965. After that, the Korean immigrant population increased quickly which helped the district grow. Little Seoul started as more than just a neighborhood on the east side of Los Santos. It became a place where Korean families could settle, work, and even try to build something steady in a city that was not always easy on them. Small shops, family businesses, and tight streets gave the area its own feel and over time it slowly turned into a real community. People knew each other, looked out for each other, and also tried to make the best of what they had. That sense of closeness is what gave Little Seoul its identity in the first place. However in the same year, race relations in Los Santos worsened after a trial that cleared four Los Santos Police Department officers for using excessive force during the arrest of Rodney King. The violence soon spread across the city and lasted for several days. Tensions between the Korean and African-American communities also grew after the killing of Latasha Harlins by Korean shop owner Soon Ja Du over a $1.79 bottle of orange juice. As the riots spread across the city, some Korean locals stepped forward to defend their store and building from looting. With three months of mandatory military training, they were familiar with firearms and knew how to protect themselves in a crisis. From the rooftop, they stood guard with rifles, handguns, and shotguns, determined not to let everything they had built be destroyed. That moment later became known as the stand of the “Rooftop Koreans.” By the end of the riots, Korean groups in the Little Seoul had become more united and the tensions in Little Seoul stayed strong for a long time, although community leaders later worked to calm them down. Even after that, the Little Seoul did not disappear from the surface. People stayed and kept going. All families reopened businesses and the streets filled back up again and little by little the neighborhood. It indeed did not heal overnight and the scars were still there, but the community kept pushing forward anyway. After the bitter-swollen tragedy, Little Seoul was left with more than just damaged buildings and burned storefronts after the riots. It also had to deal with the way the community was split apart and forced to rebuild from the ground up. In the years that followed, the U.S. Department of Education introduced a small recovery program for communities that had been hit hard by the violence. For many Korean families in Little Seoul, it became a real turning point. It gave their children another chance to continue school, with more support and a better path forward in a city that had once made them feel unwanted. Because of that program, several Korean students were able to attend St. John Bosco High School. For these locals, it was more than just a school placement, it was a chance to move forward after everything the neighborhood had gone through. The Rise of Dark Circle (1970 - The Present) Even the warm and friendly looking Little Seoul still hiding a dark truth which most people don't know, as well as the illegal crews that lingering around the place. The first Korean crime group is Kkangpae (깡패) or can say the Korean street thugs, and this group did not just appear out of nowhere. Its roots go back to the late Joseon era in the 19th century, when early street gangs began gaining more influence and the modern version really started to take shape in the early 1970s, when Korean gangs became more organized and more structured. By the 1980s, they had become stronger and more connected, but the pressure from the government also kept growing too. Then in the early 1990s, South Korea’s crackdown on organized crime made it much harder for gangs to stay open and visible, so a lot of them started going quieter and moving in the shadows instead of acting like street crews in the open, and they even started to breakdown into some divided sides called Geondal (건달) or Jopok (조폭) which works under the legal blanket. That same kind of mindset is what the locals like Tan Chunsoo or known as Tanny and his collegue, Gyeon Kyu and Hae Minseok carried into Little Seoul. They saw the district growing, changing, and even opening up in ways that older parts of the city were not able to before and to them that looked like opportunity. Little Seoul was becoming a place with more people and more movement, which meant more room for a crew to build influence if they moved early enough. So instead of waiting around, they started putting together their own Korean Kkangpae (깡패) under the name of Hanseong-pa (한성파) using trust, neighborhood ties, and the fact that the area still felt like it was finding its own shape. What began as a small local group slowly turned into something with more presence because in a district like Little Seoul, being early often matters more than being loud. But once the U.S Government decide to follow up with “war against crime” crackdown, it started making open gang work harder to survive, the crew had to change with the times. That is when a lot of groups stopped looking like obvious street criminals and began hiding behind legal-looking businesses so they could keep moving without drawing as much attention. Even for Hanseong-pa (한성파), that meant they needed to use fronts like fish production or other everyday businesses, something that looked normal from the outside but still helped the crew stay alive underneath it all. That shift is what pushed them from being a rough local Kkangpae into something more like Jopok which is way more organized. And when the 1992 L.S. riots broke out, Hanseong-pa (한성파) was also there in the middle of it, beside of being cruel and taking the money from the locals, that time they also decided to protect the neighborhood and standing with the Korean community during one of its hardest moments. It was the kind of event that showed how fast everything could fall apart, and why staying close and protecting their own people mattered so much. That moment left a deep mark on the crew’s history, and it helped shape the way they saw themselves inside Little Seoul for years after. The New Page (The Present) By the time the story reached the modern days, Hanseong-pa (한성파) was already fading out. The people who once held it together were getting older, and the era that once made their way of life possible was slowly disappearing. What used to be a strong inner circle built on loyalty and street presence was now starting to feel like a leftover from another time. The world around Little Seoul had moved on, and Hanseong-pa (한성파) is no longer fit the way the neighborhood worked now. Even so, the name still carried weight in quiet corners of the district, mostly because people remembered how cruel the crew was and what it used to be rather than what it had become. In his old days, Tanny eventually decided to trust one of his old lieutenant's son, Hae Jaesang, with the old legacy. He had known Hae’s father, Hae Min-seok, back from the old crew days, and because of that he already saw Jaesang as someone connected to the same roots. So instead of letting everything fade away, he chose to tell him to take it forward and build something new from the legacy his father had left behind. But it actually difficult for the first time, because Jaesang did not jump into it right away like an easy slide out. At first, he hesitated because he was not the type to naturally lean into that kind of life. He did not fully want to be part of something built on the old street code, and for a while he tried to stay away from what his father did in the past. But as time passed the whole condition around him pressed him down and under, he started seeing how tight money had become and how much Little Seoul had changed around him. The district was growing but the pressure was getting heavier and the old ways of surviving were starting to make more sense to him. In the end, he decided to accept that if the legacy was going to continue at all, it would have to be rebuilt in a new form, but Jaesang demanded for one guidance from Tanny as well. The crew's name chosen carefully and that's when Beomnyeon (범년) or Tiger Year Crew created, it has "Tiger Year" because the tiger (or in Korean is 호랑이 and pronounced ho-rang-i) represent as a central figure in the Korean culture which is symbolizing as strength, courage, and stubborn spirit even in such a tough time. Jaesang didn't make the crew with randomly chosen people. He brought in Gyeon Kyu, one of Tanny’s old friends to act as the Hyeong-nim (형님) or the big brother figure of the crew, acts as the wise guy of the crew and giving advice for the rest of younger crews. Jaesang also started bringing in people he trusted back when he's still in St. John Bosco, Kwon Yuseong and Hwang Hyuk. As it got bigger need from the current situation, more residents from the district got pulled in too, like Park Chansoo, Seo Daeshim, Baek Jinhyeok, and Pyo Sejin. And Tiger Year Crew turned into a proper crew with its own shape, its own people, and its own place in Little Seoul. Learn to make a friend or foe (The Present) By the time Hae Jaesang finally gave the crew a real name, Tiger Year Crew was no longer just an idea floating around in Little Seoul. The name meant something now, and so did the people standing beside him. But even then, it was still only the beginning. The crew was young, small, and still trying to find its shape. It indeed had spirit but spirit alone was not enough to keep a crew alive for long. Jaesang could feel that right away. The moment he stepped into that role, he also stepped into all the pressure that came with it. His old wise guy Tanny saw that too. He did not treat the crew like a finished thing, because it was not finished yet. To him, Tiger Year still needed more people, more reach, and more weight if it was ever going to survive outside the comfort of Little Seoul. He told Jaesang that staying too close to home would only make the crew weak for the outsider. If they wanted their name to matter, they had to move beyond their own block and start making noise in the city. That meant finding people they could trust, building connections where they could, and learning when to treat someone like a friend and when to treat them like a problem waiting to happen. For Jaesang, that was where things started to get harder. Leading a crew sounded one way when it was just talk, but the real thing came with headaches he had never expected. Every day brought new problems, and every new person he brought in changed the balance a little more. He had to think about who could be trusted, who could be useful and even who might crack under pressure. The crew needed money, but it also needed direction. So Jaesang kept pushing, not because he had all the answers, but because he knew stopping was not an option anymore. And with every step forward, the name Tiger Year started to carry more weight. It was not just about Little Seoul anymore. It was about proving the crew could be forged into something harder, colder, and stronger than what it started as. (The Present) Hot Stuff Around The Little Seoul Jay had started to realize that the life he was building was no longer small enough to keep quiet. With Chang and Jinh at his side, and the rest of the crews slowly falling into line, their operation began to stretch across Los Santos in ways that could not be ignored anymore. What started as a few careful moves turned into a wider drug business, with different people handling different parts of the trade so it would all look less obvious from the outside. At the same time, Jay also pushed to bring back the illegal gambling scene in Little Seoul, trying to rebuild the kind of control the Haseong-Pa once had in the area. It was not just about money anymore. It was about taking back a name, a territory, and a kind of power that had been left behind. As their influence grew, so did the attention around them. Beomnyeon’s arrival brought both respect and resistance. Some cliques welcomed them warmly, seeing them as useful, organized, and worth doing business with. Others treated them like they were intruding on ground that did not belong to them. Then the police started showing up around Little Seoul more often. It was not enough to make a scene, not enough to cause panic, but enough to make Jay uneasy. Patrol cars moved too slowly through the streets, and officers lingered too long near the gambling spots. Questions from the law even started sounding a little too precise. It was the kind of pressure that did not come all at once, but crept in quietly until it was impossible to ignore. Jay knew the cops were beginning to suspect something bigger was going on, and that meant the crew could not keep operating in the open much longer. That was when the legal front became necessary. What had once seemed like a smart disguise turned into a survival move, and they needed something clean enough to keep the police from looking too closely, and something believable enough to hide the real flow of money, people, even the business underneath it all. But the more they tried to make things look normal, the more complicated everything became. For now, the Tiger Crew was not just managing criminals and the contents, they also were balancing two worlds at once, one real and one fake. Lobster Head Co. — (Near the Little Seoul's Street Market) This fish store were looked like nothing more than an ordinary fish shop on a busy street in Little Seoul. From the outside, it may seemed quiet, practical, and harmless the kind of place people passed by without giving it a second thought. Fresh seafood was stacked neatly in coolers, workers moved in and out like any other small business, and the smell of salt and ice gave it the feel of a place that belonged in the neighborhood. But beneath that clean and shine surface, the shop served a far different purpose that it seems. It became the perfect front for Jay and his crew, a place where money could be moved, meetings could be held, and suspicious activity could disappear behind the image of an honest local business. To anyone watching casually, it was just a fish shop. To those who knew way more better, it was the quiet center of something much darker. The Location is around the Little Seoul's Street Market, much closer with the local residence. Tiger Paw's Den — (Little Seoul's Residence) This place were hidden behind the legal front and tucked away from public attention, only some of the locals know the gambling den was where the real risk began. It was not flashy or loud from the outside, but inside it carried a different kind of energy. Tense, secretive, and always alive with the sound of bets, cards, and money changing hands. It was the kind of place built on trust, fear, and discipline, where every player knew the room was controlled long before they sat down at the table. The den brought back the old spirit of the Haseong-Pa’s influence in Little Seoul, but now it was being rebuilt under Jay’s crew, with a more careful hand and a sharper eye on the streets. For some, it was a place to make quick money. For others, it was a symbol that the old power was creeping back into the city. And for the police, it was exactly the kind of place that would not stay hidden forever. The place were in one of the Little Seoul's Residence, hidden from the public, and only known by some of the locals. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Credits: Thanks to @iris2154 and @SHNN as the big contributor on the story making, and also all the current members of Tiger Year which supporting the process of this crew.

Choppy Classic Rousers Motorcycle Club It is a 1% motorcycle club consisting of people from California America, who pour their creativity into a custom motorcycle commonly known as Chopper, where this club has a motorcycle garage called Choppy Classic Motorwork in the los Flores area as well as a place where they hang out together. Beginning in 1950, especially in California, a motorcycle model with a sleek and lightweight appearance was created. Called Chopper, this motorcycle model is a modification of the Harley Davidson motorcycle where all parts that are considered unimportant will be trimmed. The name Chopper began to soar high in 1960, the typical style used was an extended frame, high handlebars, low seat and larger front tires, not just about motorcycle modification, chopper also became a symbol of rebellion, lifestyle and became a popular cultural icon. In 1955, it was focused on a person named Wyatt Hopper who had his hobby and fashion in the world of motorization. Wyatt Hopper began to like and own a Harley Davidson Hydra Glide suspension motorcycle 1953, after 2 years he took care of his Hydra Glide motorcycle Wyat Hopper began to recognize the Harley Davidson Chopper modification, Wyatt Hopper was very interested in the modifan, He also has a plan to modify it with a minimalist budget, Wyatt Hopper began modifying his motorbike in 1955 he did it alone, little by little he modified his Hydra Glide into the chopper he wanted even though he failed very often, but that was the obstacle Wyatt Hopper had to face. Until 1957 Wyat Hopper managed to complete his Hydra Glide modification project into a Frisco Chopper type. He proudly showed off his modifications to others until the motorcycle became one of his favorite motorcycles. Until 1961 chopper type motorbikes began to be recognized among the people of the United States because of their unique shape, in that year Wyat Hopper also found a small toddler who was stranded on the edge of a barren field, Wyat Hopper lived alone, did not have a wife, even his father and mother died when he was born because of an accident that happened to him, Wyat Hopper took the toddler to adopt him to make him an adopted son. After a few years the child began to grow up and was given a name by Wyat Hopper named Wayne Titterington. In 1975 the boy had touched the age of 14 years where he grew up healthy and received good care from a Wyat Hopper, unfortunately in that year Wyat Hopper became the victim of a misfire from a mobster who was shooting with the Motor Club, unfortunately Wyat Hopper who was taking Wayne Titterington for a leisurely walk in the afternoon had to become the target of the mobster. Fortunately, Wayne Titterington survived the shot because he was given a chance to live by the mafia who still had the heart not to shoot minors, Wayne Titterington was transfixed and could not do anything when Wyat Hopper breathed his breath beside himself and beside his favorite Chopper motorbike, until late at night a teenager who walked 18 years old named Clifford Choppy came to Wayne Titterington who was contemplating the death of Wyat Hopper. At that time Clifford Choppy said to Wayne Titterington there is no point in contemplating and crying over a dead person, if you love that person then put revenge on yourself blood must be repaid with blood. Until Clifford Choppy brought Wayne Titterington home using Wyat Hopper's chopper which is located in San Francisco, After arriving at his house, Wayne Titterington was surprised to see Clifford Choppy's motorbike which had a type of Frisco Chopper which was the same type of motorbike as that owned by Wyat Hopper, the background of the incident Clifford Choppy found an old Harley Davidson motorbike that was abandoned by its owner in 1972, so Clifford Choppy took care of it and modified the motorbike into a Frisco Chopper. Back at the beginning of the incident Clifford Choppy was kidnapped and forced by a group of mafia who wanted to sell their drugs by making Clifford Choppy as bait and sacrifice after the location he managed to survive because at that time the war appeared unexpectedly until Clifford Choppy ran as fast as possible and hid at that time Clifford Choppy found Wayne Titterington and Wyat Hopper who were already lifeless with his Frisco Chopper motorbike, there Clifford Choppy saw Wayne Titterington's potential to raise the name Chopper. In 1976 Clifford Choppy and Wayne Titterington developed a good brotherly relationship until they founded a Chopper-style motorcycle club and the British motorcycle club was called Choppy Classic Rousers. Until finally Clifford Choppy got news from the newspaper that the mafia who had kidnapped and killed Wyat Hopper was in the city of Losantos, without long Clifford Choppy and Wayne Titterington planned to migrate from San Francisco to Losantos using the chopper they had, Once in Losantos they pioneered making their own work with the aim of revenge, they stabilized their economy with Wayne Titterington who became an iron collector who would supply secretly to Clifford Choppy and Clifford Choppy who would make chopper frames for later sale, that was their way of life until. Until 2001 they both opened their own workshop business, which was prioritized to sell various kinds of spare parts and services, along with looking for relationships and looking for volunteers to join the kingdom of Clifford Choppy and Wayne Titterington, various ways and efforts were made until Choppy Classic Rousers became big and recognized. In a short time, Clifford Choppy and Wayne Titterington uncovered the murder of Wyat Hopper. The perpetrator was none other than Raven Asher, who served as the Enforcer. Raven was the most loyal and dedicated member among the others, but everything changed when the Rousers clashed with the Palomino-based MC. At that time, a ceasefire was announced in the afternoon between the Palomino MC and the Rousers. During the incident, Raven was shot in the chest, prompting Clifford to help bandage his wound. However, everything changed when Clifford saw the eagle eye tattoo on Raven's chest. The eagle eye tattoo belonged to the mafia who shot Wyat Hopper. Clifford remembered the tattoo, and eventually, Clifford immediately contacted Wayne to interrogate Raven together. It was proven that Raven was a mafia traitor; he betrayed his own mafia group due to internal corruption. Without hesitation, Clifford shot Raven directly to end the dispute. Raven confessed that the mafia had moved far away from Los Santos, and Raven's position was now taken over by Daniel Barret. Clifford trusted Daniel's wise performance in managing the business and his wise words. As the Rousers business empire grew and their ventures became increasingly prosperous, Clifford Choppy and Wayne Titterington focused their group on continuing their business journey and accepting Wyatt Hopper's departure. The Rousers' business is now booming thanks to a workshop called Choppy Classic Motorwok, led by Wayne Titterington, and a bar owned by Jax Rowen, now bustling with visitors, called Heaven of Chopper, led by Clifford Choppy and Daniel Barret. Both businesses contribute to the Rousers' economy, in addition to their illegal activities in selling drugs and illegal weapons. They obtain these goods through their network of connections. Previously, Clifford Choppy built connections with a trail bike group. Now, they are not only business partners but also act as a shield for The Rousers when there are disruptions to their business. In return, The Rousers always support the trail bike group. If the trail bike group faces external problems with other groups, The Rousers will be at the forefront. After maintaining a friendly relationship with the Trail Bike Group for some time, a conflict arose when the Trail Bike Group accused Wayne Titterington of exposing all of their secrets. This happened because, at that time, the Rousers had become a threat to the “Eagle Eyes” a spy operation run by Jessica Zabrina, the girlfriend of Daniel Barret, a journalist. Jessica Zabrina was being hunted by all Rousers members who had ties to the Trail Bike Group. At that time, Jessica was captured at the Trail Bike Group’s workshop, kidnapped by the Rousers, and taken to Ocean Dock to be executedJessica Zabrina. The detective immediately picked up the Rousers’ trail, leading to a raid on the Rousers that also affected the Trail Bike Group. However, the Trail Bike Group blamed everything on the Rousers, sparking a conflict between the two groups. The strong foundation of the relationship built by Clifford Choppy between the Rousers and the Trail Bike Group quickly crumbled due to these accusations, and gunfights and casualties began to mount between the Rousers and the Trail Bike Group. Given that Wayne Titterington and Clifford Choppy were no longer of an age suitable for managing the club, they eventually stepped down from their positions. Wayne and Clifford agreed to appoint Daniel Barret as the new Governor of the Rousers for this era, with the condition that the foundersWayne Titterington and Clifford Choppy would continue to oversee operations. Daniel Barret, who had officially been appointed as the Rousers’ Governor, chose Jordan Wade to stand by his side in the position of Commander. With this, the Rousers entered a new era with new rules and ideas that differed from the past. However, not long after the inauguration of Daniel Barret and Jordan Wade, this became a dark chapter in Rousers’ history. Jordan Wade leaked all of Rousers’ secrets to the police without any apparent motive. This led to the downfall of Rousers; all of Rousers’ assets were eventually seized by the government, and the police began monitoring all of Rousers’ movements. Wayne Titterington and Clifford Choppy did not stand idly by; they ordered the entire Rousers force to track down Jordan Wade for execution. Jordan Wade was hiding at the Rock Hotel; after a Rousers member found him, he was immediately executed in front of all Rousers members. A week after Jordan Wade death, Daniel Barret also vanished, his whereabouts unknown. Clifford Choppy concluded that Daniel Barret felt guilty for having chosen Jordan Wade, who was essentially a traitor. Now, the Rousers are leaderless due to this incident. Clifford Choppy called a man named Crosby Kane. Crosby Kane background is that he is a friend of Clifford and Wayne essentially, Crosby was one of the founders of the Choppy Classic Rousers who had not been actively involved in running the club. Clifford asked Crosby to return and lead the struggling Rousers crew. Crosby Kane was reluctant and initially refused the request, but he remembered that he owed his life to Clifford Choppy. When he was a child, Crosby Kane was raised by Clifford Choppy and Wayne Titterington; all his food and housing were provided by Clifford and Wayne solely for Crosby, who was essentially an orphan and had been abandoned. Crosby Kane eventually agreed to Clifford request after a month of deliberation. Now, the Rousers are under Crosby Kane’s leadership. A few months later, Crosby Kane recognized Jackson Hargaves’ potential to assist him in rebuilding the Rousers. Crosby Kane sought the blessing of Clifford Choppy and Wayne Titterington to appoint Jackson Hargraves as the Rousers’ Commander. Both founders agreed and trusted Crosby Kane’s choice. Finally, at the commander’s inauguration, Rousers officially rose to prominence once again under the leadership of Crosby Kane and Jackson Hargraves. Wayne Titterington and Clifford Choppy ordered Crosby Kane to uphold the dignity of the “one percent,” so Crosby Kane gathered several “one percent” motorcycle clubs to unite with the goal of preserving the dignity and strength of the “one percent.” The Legion’s objective was to protect one another within the “one percent” sphere, which comprised three motorcycle clubs, including the Rousers, who served as the leaders and driving force behind The Legion. The Legion ultimately succeeded in maintaining its “one percent” status, bound by close, harmonious ties among the clubs. However, at that time, one motorcycle club—the Niners MC—faced internal problems, including the murder of a member, betrayal, theft, and a collapsed economy that left them homeless. At that time, the President and Vice President of the Niners agreed to dissolve the motorcycle club and unite with the Rousers under the leadership of Crosby Kane and Jackson Hargaves. Due to their close and strong friendship, Crosby accepted all Niners members—including the President and Vice Presidentto join the Rousers and become permanent members of the Rousers. Quiet Empire Returns: A Balkan Syndicate’s Silent Comeback By Jerry Capeci, Los Santos – December 2010 For most residents of Los Santos, the name Podzemlje 27 was little more than a whisper a ghost of the city’s criminal past. Yet in recent months, law enforcement agencies across San Andreas have begun to notice a familiar pattern: quiet disappearances, reactivated shell corporations, and Balkan accented voices surfacing in surveillance tapes once again. “Something’s moving under the surface,” said a senior official with the Organized Crime Task Force, speaking on condition of anonymity. “They operate like soldiers disciplined, precise, and absolutely silent until the moment they strike.” The task force's latest report points to a group of Serbian nationals and former soldiers who are suspected of having restructured their wartime network into a black market logistics system. The name Podzemlje meaning “underground” comes from their post-war operations in Eastern Europe, where they reportedly smuggled weapons and fuel via convoy route 27 during the Balkan conflict. Now, more than a decade later, the syndicate appears to be reestablishing itself in Los Santos. Their presence was first revealed through small clues: large property purchases through a fraudulent import business, unusually high cash flow through a construction company, and a nightclub in Mulholland known within the group as "The Abyss." A senior LSPD investigator described the location as “a social club for ghosts veterans, brokers, and men who don’t exist on paper.” While much about their leadership remains a mystery intelligence files point to two central figures Rokossovsky Kovacevic, a former military tactician turned businessman, and Cvijetin “Danny” Brdanin a war veteran known for his discipline and ruthlessness. Their names have appeared in several federal surveillance reports since 2009. LSPD investigator described the location as “a social club or ghosts veterans, brokers, and men who don’t exist on paper. "These guys aren't street thugs," said retired detective Victor Cardenas, who once led a task force against Balkan. They treat crime like an operation supply lines, communication codes, and contingency plans. If they truly return, Los Santos will see a new order in its underworld. As federal agencies continue their silent pursuit, the city watches unaware that beneath its neon lights, an empire once thought extinct may be rising again. In the following weeks, quiet movements began to be heard in the city's underground world. Movements too subtle to make headlines, but loud enough for those who knew where to look. In early 2025. Investigators in the Organized Crime Task Force began drawing disturbing conclusions about a network they believed had been dismantled years ago. Same methods. Same discipline. Same efficiency. A confidential memo obtained by the Los Santos Herald refers to an operation called "Driana Route" a federal investigation into alleged Balkan money laundering through logistics companies and nightclubs. The report confirms one thing: Podzemlje 27 is no longer a rumor. At the center of this resurgence are two names that once dominated secret briefings. Rokossovsky "Mr. Rot" Kovacevic the master tactician and financier, who operated behind a corporate smokescreen. And Cvijetin "Danny" Brdanin the war veteran turned spook, long suspected of serving a life sentence in federal prison. When Brdanin reappeared in Los Santos late last year, it wasn't through headlines or photos. It started with a signature a quiet transfer of ownership of a half-burned nightclub being built on Mulholland. Within weeks, construction crews arrived with new permits, filed by a company called Driana Holdingsone of many companies linked to Kovacevic's logistics empire. For months, the site was bustling with quiet activity. Former soldiers, contractors, and foreign workers came and went under the guise of renovations. There were no permits for soundproofing walls or reinforced foundations yet both were in place when the lights came on. As spring approached, The Abyss reopened. It was a perfect fake of nightclubs and luxury expensive champagne neon lights, and quiet. To most of the visitors, it was just a place where cash was spent and the world outside remembered no more. But to the men clustered behind its darkened glass offices, it was a citadel. Rokossovsky "Mr. Rot" Kovacevic operated undercover, his name never appearing in the pages of any newspaper. He was a tactician, not an showman the kind of man who could destroy a business empire with as much difficulty as it had taken to create it. To him, The Abyss was more than a club. It was a front, a meeting place and a communications hub where every transaction could disappear beneath a layer of noise. Witnesses describe a secret meeting in the posh lounge of The Abyss in early 2025. Kovacevic was the first to show up. Minutes later, Petar Dukic, a longtime associate from Belgrade known for his calm efficiency in dealing with "debts," arrived. Then came Goran Divac, a smooth talking operator responsible for keeping the nightclub's public image intact. He was the man who smiled for the cameras while his associates stayed out of sight. Then there were the two brothers Borivoje and Emilijan Stefanovic. Born on the battlefield, raised on the streets and loyal only to Brdanin. They handled the jobs no one wanted to talk about: delivering messages, forced disappearances, cleanups. Locals learned to recognize the voice of their black Sultan entering the alley and stay away. When the Stefanovic brothers packed up and moved away, a page in someone's book was turned. By the close of 2025, The Abyss was not a nightclub anymore. It was a control room. Every transaction in Los Santos from port shipments to construction contracts somehow passed through their network. Corrupt officials were added to the payroll. Rival crews were absorbed or eliminated. And throughout it all, the streets remained quiet. Too quiet. Investigators later dubbed this period "Silent Reclamation." There was no open warfare no territorial struggles just a city submitting, silently, to forces it could no longer see. Cults OMG - Chapter III : Ode To The Brothers
Nara Sativa Abigail posted a topic in Families & Gangs
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Cults Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, is an authentic depiction of an outlaw biker that embraces a tradition of one percenter cultures. The Local Police Department of Justice defines the Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs often known as OMGs is to be considered amongst the most prolific and unpredictable criminal organization in the west coast district. The majority of the member ranks were involved in illegal activity, including violent crime to very large-scale weapons and drugs trafficking. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The scene opens in 2006, when a group of young American Harley Davidson enthusiasts started to congregate at a workshop in Nevada region. Cults Outlaw Motorcycle Gang was established by them over time. Cults is an outlaw MC that has had it's routes stucked in Humboldt County, Nevada since their formation in 2006. Expansion has been seen from the club since their forming. Two charters are known to be settled along the west coast of the USA. Known by their controversy name and club colors, Cults MC has kept a quite tight fist in their recruitment, allowing only the most dedicated, loyal, and worthy individuals to their member ranks. Operated under the radar for the most of their lifespan, their movements are well-organized when engaging in criminal activities with their motorcycles, yet this hasn't shielded them from occasional clashes and violent confrontations with other groups such a Faggots MC, Bandits MC, and frequent run-ins with local gangsters have left them uneasy facing local law enforcement. In mid-2012, John Napalm (Original President), Hobart Plant (Original Member) and Jerry Kessler (Member) were suspetced in the planned kidnap and murder of a Bandits MC Tail Gunner who was escort and deliver a massive shipment of arms through the Cults territory. After long, hard and expensive legal battles, only Kessler was released without charges. Tom Jarus took up the reigns of President after the imprisonment of Napalm. Jarus proved to be a reliable leader and derived the club into more avenues of profit paths and expansion, boasting of massive incomes and recruitment. Expeditionary forces were sent along the west coast to form new chapters and organise patchovers among smaller clubs. Evidenced by their growing numbers, the clubs been exerted pressure on the Faggots and Bandits in the dark trade around Nevada, escalating tensions and conflicts in the city. With the increasing population and their numbers, Cults MC began to lay the groundwork to claim Nevada for their own. They are known by the most sought person on the city police's list because they frequently participate in theft, illegal racing, street robberies, and other criminal activities. They are renowned for their daring criminal deeds as well as their exceptional motorcycle riding skills. They frequently take part in violent street battles, illegals street racing, and bank robbery. But despite all the savagery, this motorcycle gang upholds high moral standards. They may commit in crimes, but they won't betray one another. The most prohibited of these are betrayal. In October 2023, Tom Jarus was arrested and charged with the brutal murder, featuring scorching wounds of Jim Hetfield, the Bandits' President, during a clash at their clubs. Otto Gunner, the Vice President, stepped into the club's leadership role after the incident accompanied by Rusty Hurst in safeguarding the club's sustainability and economic stability. Jarus' actions served as a war sign, prompting other Bandits members to launch a retaliatory attack by blown up the Cults clubhouse. The motorcycle gang war that raged in Nevada had begun, and all charters of the club were called to gather in support of their respective clubs. Although Cults MC was the aggressor in this gang war, they took heavy hits and lost crucial club members. Jeff Weller, the sergeant at arms, got kidnapped and murdered by the Bandits members. The secretary of the club got nabbed too, facing charges for whacking a Faggots firearms dealer. Several other members got arrested and charged for crimes tied to the Nevada motorcycle gang war. After the raids on all involved motorcycle clubs, the leaders of each sat down, hashed it out, and agreed to call off the club-to-club feud. Gunner representing the club at that meet as Cults VP. But that deal only happened on paper, some remaining Cults members from the clubhouse bombardment incident still hold deep-seated grudges against the Bandits. Their wild instincts led the club into another dark scheme. Gunner led the club into a massive murder plan at a Bandits MC party in their clubhouse. Through the back door, strapped by automatic weapons, indiscriminately shot everyone on the premises. Unplanned, two Faggots members attend the party were also killed, putting Cults into significant trouble. By December 2023, The Cults lost their claim to the state of Nevada due to attacks and pressure from both the Bandits and the Faggots MC. By early January 2024, Tom Jarus got parole owing to his solid ties with the local chief sheriff. The Cults had been seriously damaged, these last years have seen the rest of the club faltering, with the loss of the war in Nevada. Jarus, Gunner and the rest members of the club high ranks started rebuilding it from the ground up with the rest of club funds. The Cults slowly find their way back, Jarus took a lead to manoeuvring the club to moved Nevada-based chapters to settle down the new mother chapter in San Andreas. The most older members agreed, with some older ones opting to keep the Nevada cuts and a few become Nomad. Cults MC still exerts influence in Nevada, but their wings and reach is much diminished from their days of West Coast domination. In mid February, the new mother chapter of Cults MC was officially established and occupied by this group in the West Rockshore of San Andreas. It seems likely that once again Cults MC is attempting to rebuild and reconnect to expand their reach to former areas of influence, keeping the right of their club to exist. IN THE NAME OF TRAGEDY May, 2014 The Cults MC was suspected of executing a large-scale gun and narcotics deal during the police raid that occurred late at night in the West Coast district. Because of the evidence, three members of the Cults MC were taken into custody. March, 2018 The day of the massacre that happened throughout the day at the bar in the Nevada area is one that we will never forget. Nine persons were killed in a firefight, two of them were locals. This incident marked the pinnacle of the West Coast motorcycle gang conflict. June, 2022 The dispute between Cults MC and Bandits MC is thought to have triggered a brawl between two men in a bar in the Nevada area. Evidence is strong that authorities have named the Cults MC as accomplices. October, 2023 The previous night's calm was shattered on Saturday morning when a powerful explosion rocked the Cults MC clubhouse. Jarus and Gunner cult members among others fled their destroyed fortress amidst chaos and panic. Even though they were seriously injured, they tried to live and sought shelter from constant danger. However, there was optimism when the police car sirens started sounding. The bomb squad and paramedics who were preparing to help the victims were brought in by local police not long after they arrived. The inspection process begins while the debris is still hot. The explosion was carried out by rival motorcycle gangs, Faggots MC & Bandits MC, with the explicit aim of annexing territory controlled by Cults MC, based on evidence found by the police. Ambition to expand power and the need for revenge were the drivers of this disaster. It's been a year since the new CULTS chapter set its roots down in the western part of Rockshore. Structures shifted, plans redefined, all to solidify the club's. Rockshore had always been a quiet place, peaceful in its insignificance. But peace is just another word for ignorance, and it didn’t take long for CULTS to break through that silence. They threw a party, of course. These types always do. It wasn’t just a celebration, it was a warning flare, a reminder to everyone who had forgotten what a club like this could mean. Word about CULTS spread fast, faster than the music that played that night. Other clubs got wind of it. Caspians MC, Mayahuel MC, they showed up too. They all wanted a piece of what was coming. Thing is, once you pull people into something like this, there’s no going back. You don’t welcome them into a party. You welcome them into the storm. In this new chapter, Jarus proved that the club’s expansion was more than just a fantasy; it became a cold reality. CULTS gathered a network of connections that reached into the shadows; drugs, arms, underground boxing security, even the transportation of illicit goods. These ties became the fuel that pushed them forward, leading them deeper into a world that blurred the lines between ambition and putrefaction. They as well unveiled their custom garage business. Jarus handed it over to Davey, Sergeant at Arms and a proficient mechanic. Knowing that in his hands, it could either flourish or crumble, just like everything else in this unforgiving world. While everything was fruitful and blossomed, Ostin, one of the members, sparked a fire that swallowed the club, a total chaos. Internal scandals that pushed Jarus to completely burn down one of the Cults' charter along with several figures who were in on the betrayal against the main branch. The road for CULTS was anything but straightforward; it twisted and turned, like Nietzsche once said, ‘One must still have chaos in oneself to be able to give birth to a dancing star.’ Jarus officially launched the club’s garage business to the public, calling it Angry Cocks Motorwork, or simply AC's. The high number of customers coming to the garage led Gunner, Davey, and Reeves to make a deal with the owner of an abandoned warehouse in Venturas. They used it to store illegal spare parts and bootleg items they obtained through suppliers or stolen goods. Davey, as the head mechanic, trusted Hughes to run the warehouse. The first three months after CULTS moved their new chapter didn’t free them from the shadow of old conflicts left to simmer in Nevada. It was all just a ticking time bomb, waiting to go off. That day, Faggots MC came knocking on CULTS' back door again, a brutal attack that left one member and one prospect dead. When the news of their deaths reached the club, everything changed. Whatever plans they had fell away, replaced by a gloomy tribute to the fallen. The air was thick with the weight of loss. Two brothers gone, yet the world kept spinning. The plans for retaliation against Faggots MC were all laid out on the table, ready to go. But Davey, the Sergeant at Arms, had a different, wilder idea in mind. With nothing but his instincts, he carried out a night of terror on his own, taking lives one by one in the dark. It wasn’t just revenge, it was personal. After that bloody night, the club decided to close the gates on the war between CULTS and Faggots, at least for now. But you know, blood has a way of seeping through locked doors. Sooner or later, it always comes back around. What was next step for CULTS after such a huge hit to their structure and reputation? Historically, this chapter has been the center of the violence that CULTS weaves for its members. The conflicts they faced didn’t cause them to lose control, nor did it strip away their identity. Their reputation as a relentless group still stands strong, continuing to grow so that their foundation doesn’t crack. The internal clashes are seen as sparks that keep the fire of CULTS MC burning, ensuring their presence in Rockshore and beyond. Rumor has it, they’re ready to expand further across San Andreas, driven by the thirst for money and power—the true driving force behind these outlaws. As they say, ‘The only loyalty you need is to the patch on your back.’ For CULTS, that patch represents survival at any cost. The genesis of the Nevada chapter drifted into the San Andreas Mother Chapter like desert dust through cracked windows. Tom Jarus came as envoy, and when the gavel fell, it struck with the weight of tectonic shift. The Mother Chapter returned to Nevada soil, its ancient home, while Oregon and San Andreas raised their own banners as sovereign charters. Power and brotherhood met in that moment, baptized in fires stoked by an old hunger: the hunger for territory, for coin, for the map bleeding with their colors. "In the desert, I saw a creature, naked, bestial, who, squatting upon the ground, held his heart in his hands, and ate of it." (Stephen Crane). Willowfield sprawled before them, a Los Santos labyrinth dense with possibility. The Cults moved quietly at first: a bar here, a garage there, small footholds in urban soil. But ambition has its own scent, and it drew the Gehanna MC from Montgomery's shadows. The Gehanna boys wanted their piece of the same earth. To the Cults, this was no sunrise to admire. It was meat on the bone, dripping and raw. They came to Gehanna wearing diplomacy like silk, speaking of shared prosperity and mutual gain. But the Cults saw bottom-feeders in a stagnant pond, not brothers. The deal was bait, swallowed whole by the foolish. They played the line with patience, not to reel it in quickly, but to let it rot in darkness of their own making. When the moment came, Norrie Hughes and Daniel Urena moved like smoke. Gehanna's strongholds burned, then the authorities were called to clean the bones. Broken and nameless, Gehanna disappeared. In their place: the Willowfield branch of the Cults. The West Coast was theirs. "I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly because you tread on my dreams." (W.B. Yeats). But they did not tread softly. Expansion draws eyes. The Caspian MC arrived without ale or warmth, only steel and arrogance. They claimed Los Santos as birthright and demanded tribute: a cut of all Cults earnings for the "privilege" of breathing their air. It was extortion dressed as destiny. Negotiation didn't fail. It detonated. Bullets found limbs. Blood painted the floor. Caspian didn't just wound them; they burned away the last thread of restraint. The open hand curled into a fist. In the grim arithmetic of the underworld, a pair of severed fingers from a Caspian boy became the newest merchandise, a reminder that hubris has a price. "Between the idea and the reality, between the motion and the act, falls the Shadow." (T.S. Eliot) Then they found Norrie Hughes dumped like trash before the Holycunts Bar. His body was a canvas of bruises, cuts, and lead. Retaliation, the streets whispered. But to the Cults, it was desecration. A violation of the patch. A debt that could only be paid in souls. At the funeral, the gavel struck again. Tom Jarus claimed the National Presidency, his steady hand guiding the brotherhood's design across state lines. But for the Mother Chapter itself, a darker choice was made: Stephen Gora rose to power. A man of jagged edges and hollow depths. A psychopath whose cruelty knows no boundary, whose chest harbors no heart. Under Gora, grief became a weapon: cold, clinical, precise. Caspian's blood is no longer just a debt. It is sacrifice to a man who finds beauty only in the silence of the dead. "We are the hollow men, we are the stuffed men, leaning together, headpiece filled with straw." (T.S. Eliot) The brakes have been cut. The Cults, led by a monster, ride for the throat of the sun. Introduction This thread marks the transition from what was previously known as The Bensonhurst Boys into a new identity: The Black Hand. This change is not a reset, but a continuation. The foundation, events, and overall storyline remain consistent with previous chapters, preserving the same direction and development that has already been established. What changes is not the story itself, but the way it is presented moving forward. The rebranding comes as a natural step in response to the evolving structure within the narrative, particularly with the arrival of a new division, The Pierce Boys. With multiple crews now operating under a broader and more interconnected system, the previous identity no longer fully represents the scope of what has been built. As a result, this thread adopts The Black Hand as a more fitting representation of that structure one that reflects both its visible operations and its unseen mechanisms. Despite the change in name, everything remains relatively aligned with the existing storyline. The same principles, history, and progression continue without alteration, ensuring continuity for those who have followed the development from the beginning. This rebranding serves solely as an adjustment in perspective, allowing the narrative to expand while maintaining its original core. Moving forward, The Black Hand represents not just a name, but the system behind it one that connects, controls, and sustains everything operating within its reach. ORIGINS Los Santos is a city driven by speed, conflict, and visible ambition. Marcello Fiorentino moved differently, favoring observation, patience, and control over reputation or territory. He did not arrive to become the loudest figure in the city, but to build something capable of surviving without constant attention. Rather than surrounding himself with friends, he carefully assembled a small crew where every individual served a specific purpose. Some gathered information, others built connections, while a select few handled field operations. Loyalty was never requested through words; it was earned through pressure, consistency, and results. From the very beginning, Marcello designed the structure to remain flexible, replaceable, and independent of any single person, including himself. What appeared to outsiders as an ordinary circle of associates was, in reality, the foundation of a system. Every role was deliberately limited, every responsibility compartmentalized, and every decision made with long-term survival in mind. The objective was never to build the strongest crew, but to create one that could continue operating even when individuals disappeared. Strength came not from numbers or reputation, but from discipline, adaptability, and the ability to function without exposing its true center. THE BOYS WHO CAME FROM BENSONHURST Engine On, Legacy Begins As Marcello's network expanded, a single crew was no longer enough to sustain its growing operations. New alliances, legitimate businesses, and increasing responsibilities created vulnerabilities that conventional methods could no longer contain. Rather than expanding publicly, Marcello established The Black Hand, a hidden structure operating beneath The Upper Up. While The Upper Up maintained diplomacy, leadership, and legitimate influence, The Black Hand quietly absorbed every risk that threatened the organization from within, allowing the leadership to remain distant from the consequences of its unseen operations. The Black Hand was never created to become another gang or criminal syndicate. It existed as a system one built upon the surviving principles of Bensonhurst, where discipline outweighed emotion and loyalty was proven through action instead of promises. Information was deliberately compartmentalized, responsibilities were distributed by function, and no individual was allowed to become indispensable. As the organization evolved, so did The Black Hand, transforming into the invisible mechanism responsible for security, correction, and operational continuity. To sustain this system, The Black Hand operated through two specialized crews under a single command. The Ground Boys handled street-level distribution, collections, enforcement, and other volatile operations requiring speed and direct presence. Alongside them stood The Bensonhurst Automotive Club, the organization's legitimate face. Publicly recognized as an automotive brotherhood devoted to restoration, performance, and craftsmanship, the club quietly provided recruitment, logistics, mobility, and organizational stability while shielding the structure behind a lawful identity. Under Carlitos' supervision, The Bensonhurst Automotive Club maintained an impeccable public reputation. Every business transaction, legal operation, and public appearance reinforced the image of a disciplined automotive community built on craftsmanship and brotherhood. To outsiders, it represented nothing more than restored engines, custom vehicles, and mechanical expertise. What they failed to recognize was that the club served as one of the strongest pillars supporting The Black Hand's hidden operations. The club's emblem became more than a patch stitched onto leather it became a doctrine. "Built Loyalty. Built Machines." represented a philosophy rather than a slogan, carrying the legacy of Bensonhurst far beyond New York. Victor Talatchee embodied that legacy without ever needing to explain it. He protected the meaning behind the emblem through discipline, observation, and uncompromising standards, believing that loyalty was never inherited, but earned repeatedly through actions. Within the club, nothing was left to chance. Prospects were tested before earning acceptance, members were constantly evaluated, and every responsibility served a larger purpose beyond automotive culture. Beneath its lawful image existed a disciplined system designed to preserve stability rather than attract attention. Over time, The Bensonhurst Automotive Club became far more than an automotive organization—it became the legitimate foundation of The Black Hand, proving that the strongest structures are often those hidden behind the most ordinary appearances. BLAME THE SYSTEM The Black Hand was never designed to be seen, and never intended to be understood as a conventional group. It exists as a hidden system operating beneath The Upper up - Marcello and His Partners, carrying out everything that cannot be acknowledged, traced, or exposed. While The Upper up maintains a composed and structured presence focused on order, calculated movement, and controlled expansion The Black Hand functions as its unseen counterpart, handling pressure, correction, and consequences with precision. It is not an organization built through formal declaration, but something that emerged naturally as the structure above it grew beyond what clean operations alone could sustain. Its foundation does not come from Los Santos, but from the remnants of Bensonhurst a past that no longer exists as a name, but survives as a principle. Discipline without emotion, loyalty proven under pressure, and a system designed to function even when parts of it are removed became the core mindset carried forward. Marcello Fiorentino did not attempt to rebuild what was lost; instead, he refined it into something more controlled and less visible. As The Upper up expanded, complications became inevitable failed operations, unstable alliances, and unresolved risks that could not be handled openly. From those gaps, The Black Hand took form, moving where direct presence would create vulnerability, and acting where silence was more effective than force. Within this broader system, two divisions operate under distinct roles while remaining fully integrated into the same structure. The Pierce Boys function as the aggressive outer layer, handling distribution, street-level movement, and volatile interactions where adaptability and speed are required. In contrast, The Bensonhurst Automotive Club operates as a disciplined and controlled front, maintaining legitimacy, internal structure, and mobility through its automotive identity, ensuring that the system retains a stable and credible surface. Though different in function, both divisions are not independent entities, but extensions of a single mechanism designed to support, execute, and absorb risk without exposing the core behind them. The Black Hand itself has no visible hierarchy, no formal recognition, and no need for acknowledgment. Individuals within it are not recruited in the traditional sense; they are observed, tested, and positioned based on function and reliability, often without ever seeing the full picture. Trust is never absolute it is conditional, continuously proven, and easily replaced when necessary. Over time, what began as a reactive necessity evolved into a system of balance, quietly redirecting conflict, neutralizing threats before escalation, and maintaining stability without drawing attention. Actions taken by The Black Hand rarely appear connected, often perceived as coincidence or isolated events, yet they consistently serve the same purpose protecting the integrity of The Upper up. In the end, The Black Hand is not something that can be confronted directly, because it does not exist in a form that allows it. It is the unseen mechanism behind a visible structure, the necessary shadow that ensures everything above it can operate without compromise. It does not seek recognition or dominance, because it already functions where control is determined, not displayed. And in a city defined by noise, ambition, and visibility, The Black Hand remains exactly what it was built to be silent, untraceable, and in complete control.

THE DAILY COURIER The Narcotics Deal Allegedly Marks Birth Of New Criminal Enterprise Marcello “Mark” Fiorentino, a made man of the Valenti Crime Family a small circle from Bensonhurst, stands at the center of a structured expansion into Los Santos. He represents control, discipline, and calculated movement within the organization. In 2017, Marcello nearly faced legal exposure after falsified logistics documents drew attention. The case never turned into an indictment, but it was enough to force change. Since then, he shifted away from direct involvement and focused on building systems that protect him from visibility. Operating behind layers, Marcello prioritizes structure over presence. He no longer needs to be seen to maintain control. Every move is calculated, every operation runs through controlled channels. Alongside him stands Averardo “Vettie” Vendetti, also a made man under the same banner. Unlike Marcello, his entry into the expansion was not intentional it started from overlapping work that slowly pulled him into the same operation. However, Vettie is not just another associate. He and Marcello go back to their early years in Bensonhurst, sharing the same environment and upbringing. That history created trust long before business ever did. Now under the same crew, they operate as one unit. Marcello builds and controls the system, while Vettie executes on the ground. Together, they form a stable partnership one runs the structure, the other enforces it. Los Santos Times - By 2018, he brought independent distributors in his neighborhood into one coordinated structure, the early version of what later became The Bensonhurst Boys. It did not grow fast, it slowly build between 2018 and 2021 from a loose street alignment into a more disciplined distribution arm. Their role was simple, handling street level narcotics movement, collecting revenue, and managing local enforcement. The name came from the neighborhood itself, not from branding ideas, because it represent where Marcello grow up. That identity reduce internal resistance and built loyalty based on familiarity. What outsiders seen as a small and compact street crew was actually a controlled distribution tier working under centralized oversight. The structure was layered, even if it didnt look like it from outside. Internal rules was clear, and coordination happen quietly without drawing attention. It wasnt loud or flashy, but it was organized. Stability was always more important than image. In 2022, Marcello relocated to Los Santos to oversee West Coast interests connected to the Valenti Crime Family. The move was strategic, not reactionary. Los Santos had cartel presence, independent gangs, and alliances that change quick, creating unstable environment. Instead of following chaos, he imported structure. Core members was repositioned and new recruits was filtered through strict discipline, making sure consistency stay intact. Upstream supply connects to Cartel del Mar Sangriento, a long standing syndicate that survive by adjusting routes and maintaining steady flow rather than open violence. Carlitos Conzaguita manage inbound product movement, while Cristovao "Vaski" Palczewski maintain internal control to prevent fragmentation or unauthorized distribution. Legal protection revolve around Stanley Pierce, whose corporate structuring create layered cover and financial buffers. There is no formal conviction tied to him, but his proximity to legal pressure moments remain consistent. From Bensonhurst to Los Santos, the system evolve quietly, controlled and compartmentalized, without public collapse. NYPD Dismantles Alleged Bensonhurst Narcotics Network, Key Figure Remains at Large New York Times - People in Bensonhurst saw an increased police presence Tuesday morning as officers executed a series of search warrants across several residential and commercial properties in southern Brooklyn. By mid-morning, multiple individuals had been escorted from buildings and placed into marked police vehicles while detectives searched the locations for evidence. Several storefronts were temporarily closed off as investigators moved in and out of the area. Authorities said the operation followed a months-long investigation involving financial records, intercepted communications, surveillance footage, and the movements of several suspected associates. Investigators identified the primary target as The Bensonhurst Boys, a group believed to be involved in the street-level distribution of narcotics throughout southern Brooklyn. Officials confirmed that multiple suspects were taken into custody but declined to release the total number of arrests or the identities of those detained. Investigators said one unidentified individual remains central to the case. The suspect, known only by the alias "Black Wolf," is believed to have coordinated the organization's day-to-day operations while deliberately avoiding direct contact with lower-level members. NYPD Media Relations said the nickname originated from the suspect's repeated appearance in black clothing during multiple surveillance operations, making him one of the investigation's most recognizable yet unidentified figures. Law enforcement sources familiar with the investigation said detectives later began referring to the case internally as the Black Wolf Connection, a reference to the unidentified suspect who repeatedly appeared throughout the investigation while remaining beyond the reach of law enforcement. Authorities believe Black Wolf left New York before the search warrants were executed and was not located during Tuesday's operation. Investigators are also examining whether Black Wolf has connections to individuals associated with the Valenti Crime Family, although officials emphasized that no direct relationship has been publicly established. Detectives continue reviewing seized financial records, electronic devices, encrypted communications, and other evidence recovered during the operation. The investigation remains active, and authorities said additional arrests and criminal charges are possible as detectives continue working to identify the individual behind the alias "Black Wolf" and determine the full scope of the organization's operations. Neighbors in the area said the scene felt sudden, even if police insist it wasn’t. One resident mentioned seeing unmarked cars in recent weeks but didn’t think much of it at the time. Others said the arrests didn’t completely surprise them, though no one wanted to speak on record. For now, court dates are expected for those detained, while investigators continue piecing together what they describe as a larger structure behind the street level activity. Whether more names will surface is still unclear, but officials indicate this may not be the final step in the case. Jang_Gunwoo Born and raised in the shadow of justice, Jang Gunwoo has never known want in his life. He is the only son of a couple of law enforcement officers with an impeccable reputation in South Korea. His father, Jang Kyungwoo, is a veteran detective with sharp instincts who is highly respected within the police force, whilst his mother, Chae Minji, is a public prosecutor with an undeniable track record of victories in court. Growing up in a family that was extremely well off both financially and in terms of social status, Gunwoo’s life was always surrounded by the finest amenities, a first-class education and very strict rules. From a young age, he was raised in a structured, safe environment, shielded from the harsh realities of the streets. To many, his life is one of absolute perfection, the very stuff of dreams. However, behind all that luxury and proactive protection, Gunwoo often feels as though his life is a script neatly written by his parents, leaving him constantly on the lookout for a glimmer of freedom to break free from his tedious routine. He finally found that glimmer of freedom when Gunwoo had just started secondary school. At such a young age, in the midst of the turbulent search for his identity, he unexpectedly fell in love and began a relationship with a girl five years his senior. This relationship, of course, was kept strictly secret from his highly perfectionist and conservative parents. For Gunwoo, this girl was not merely a puppy love or a form of teenage rebellion; she was a window onto the real outside world. Her maturity, her way of speaking, and her broad perspective brought a new dimension to his life that Gunwoo had never experienced before. However, the love story that coloured his teenage years came to an abrupt end when she suddenly vanished from his life without a proper farewell, leaving Gunwoo in a state of confusion and deep heartbreak. The years passed, and Gunwoo successfully completed his secondary education with excellent grades, living up to his family’s high expectations. Although he faced a guaranteed bright future in Korea, Gunwoo’s thoughts never truly strayed from his past. For years, he had quietly utilised the analytical instincts and deductive skills he’d inherited from his father to track down his first love. After a long, secret search, a crucial clue finally led Gunwoo to one definitive conclusion, the girl had moved and settled across the ocean, specifically in the city of Los Santos. This fact proved to be the turning point that put an end to his doubts, yet he knew his parents would never allow him to go abroad without a logical, prestigious reason that would benefit his future. Realising this, Gunwoo devised a perfect plan. He used his outstanding academic achievements to apply to a leading university in Los Santos and was successfully accepted. In the eyes of his parents, Gunwoo’s departure for the United States was purely to continue his education at university level in pursuit of a degree and a better future. They saw off their pride and joy with great pride and high hopes. However, behind the façade of an exemplary student abroad, Gunwoo harboured a great secret and another motive that was his primary driving force to pursue his first love. Now, armed with his intelligence, analytical instincts and academic status as a shield, Gunwoo begins a new chapter in Los Santos. By day, he is an ordinary student attending lectures, but beyond that, he is ready to explore every corner of this harsh and enigmatic metropolis in order to rediscover the one person who once made his life feel complete. "Warning: Model [angka] wouldn't load in time" Penyebab: PC/Hardisk kalian terlalu lambat buat memuat tekstur bangunan atau karakter, jadinya telat render (biasanya jalanan jadi hilang atau tembus pandang). Kalau mod kalian terlalu banyak dan memori GTA udah penuh menyentuh angka 2GB, game bakal langsung force close (Out of Memory). Solusinya gimana?

Southside Forming Kaos 13 is a Mexican-American street gang based in Davis, Brouge Avenue. This gang was founded in 2021 by several teenagers living in the Southgate Community Housing. The members of this gang are none other than teenagers from around the Southgate Community Housing area. S/S Forming Kaos 13 has established business taxation and drug dealing as their primary sources of income. It is known that this gang is affiliated under the Mexican Mafia, making it one of the most dangerous and feared gangs in the Southern Los Santos area. S/S Forming Kaos 13 is a Mexican-American street gang founded by several teenagers living in the Southgate Community Housing area around 2021. Some of the teenagers who became the founders of this gang include Rodrigo "Drogo" Vásquez, Marco "Cisco" Delgado, Danny "Flaco" Ortega, Javier "Puppet" Morales and Ismael "Smiley" Fraga. The gang holds full control from the north to the southernmost end of Davis, several streets in the surrounding area have been marked with the name "FK13". Several teenagers working under this gang became street-dealers, making money by selling drugs to local residents, both addicts and lower-middle class workers. Their business ran well until late 2023, when several houses in the Southgate Community Housing area were raided by the feds. Police discovered that the home of one of the leaders, Javier "Puppet" Morales, was being used as a storage place for illegal narcotics, including meth, coke and heroin. The result of this raid made three S/S Forming Kaos 13 leaders the prime suspects, 3 houses were sealed and one casualty — Danny "Flaco" Ortega — who resisted during the raid. Only Ismael "Smiley" Fraga was fortunate enough to escape, as he was in Mexico attending his grandfather's funeral when the raid took place, making him the sole remaining street leader at that time. In mid-2024, Ismael "Smiley" Fraga made a visit to Bolingbroke Penitentiary and met with Rodrigo "Drogo" Vásquez, this meeting resulted in Ismael "Smiley" Fraga being appointed as crew chief, replacing the role of all the leaders currently incarcerated. Furthermore, several leaders already inside had previously checked in with Ernesto "Neto" Fuentes, known as a Camarada operating inside Bolingbroke Penitentiary working under the Mexican Mafia structure. This has placed S/S Forming Kaos 13 under an obligation that requires gang members to provide money as tribute to La Eme in order to avoid receiving a greenlight from them. Aside from being the street leader, Ismael "Smiley" Fraga's definitive role is to serve as the bridge for delivering money to La Eme. The shifting political conditions forced S/S Forming Kaos 13 to think harder about generating more income, a need further driven by the gang now operating under La Eme. Ismael "Smiley" Fraga appointed Javier "Ghost" Ortega and Xavier "Loco" Honduras as his right-hand men in order to broaden his span of control. As a veterano, Ismael "Smiley" Fraga entrusted Javier "Ghost" Ortega and Xavier "Loco" Honduras to take hold of the southern part of the complex, specifically Covenant Avenue, to generate additional income through business taxation. Not long after the business taxation began, a southern gang occupying the Grove Street area, Ganton Stomper, grew dissatisfied with S/S Forming Kaos 13 expanding their reach closer to their territory. A gang war became unavoidable, resulting in Xavier "Loco" Honduras being killed in a drive-by while he was at a gas station supermarket. With this, S/S Forming Kaos 13 officially declared war against the gang occupying the Grove Street territory, turning Davis into a hot-point. With the death of Xavier "Loco" Honduras, Ismael "Smiley" Fraga appointed Noe "Bell" Belano as his new right-hand man to partner with Javier "Ghost" Ortega in holding the territory around Ganton. This conflict continued from late 2024 into 2025. It reached its peak when one of the OGs from Ganton Stomper, Daquan "Dog" Reese, was shot dead — point blank in the head at his own residence — by Javier "Ghost" Ortega. That night was a night of victory for S/S Forming Kaos 13, as with the fall of Ganton Stomper's OG, the Ganton Stomper itself ceased to exist. Gang escalation had subsided, with several members still patrolling the Grove Street area as a sign of continued vigilance, even though the rival gang had been eliminated. This opportunity was seized by Ismael "Smiley" Fraga, who saw Grove Street as a place to expand his business taxation and drug dealing operations. Several shops and liquor stores in the surrounding area began complying with S/S Forming Kaos 13, as it was now the most dominant gang in the southern territory. By early 2026, S/S Forming Kaos 13 reached its economic peak. Ismael "Smiley" Fraga reached out to Tuco "Blanco" Rodriguez as a plug affiliated with the Mexican Mafia. Every target given was consistently met, earning S/S Forming Kaos 13 significant respect in their eyes. INSIGNIA OOC INFORMATION S/S Forming Kaos 13 is a Hispanic-American street gang, roleplayed based on the real flicks of Forming Kaos 13, a Sureños clique. We portray low-to-middle class teenagers and young adults, 21 and above, living in the Davis area's Southgate Community Housing. We expect all approachers to roleplay their character as realistically as possible, with an understanding of this faction's background. 1. 2. Kegunaan /DO Command /do ini juga tidak jauh beda dari Command /me, Command /do ini adalah Command lanjutan dari /me, bisa juga untuk memperjelas situasi atau bisa juga mendeskripsikan apa yang akan terjadi dengan persetujuan dari kedua pihak saat ber-Roleplay. Contoh: * /Me Menarik sabuk pengan dan memasangnya dengan kedua tangan. * /Do Terlihat Dhevie sudah memakai sabuk pengaman * /Me Mencoba untuk mengangkat tubuh Dhevie dengan sekuat tenaganya. * /Do Bisa ? 4. Contoh: /me mendorong Dez sampai terjatuh /me memukuli Dhevie sampai mati.

Just enjoy dan having fun. /me feel is brutally dizzy and pin on his head after crash with Roadtrain. /do terlihat kepalanya sebelah kanan memerah akibat terbentur dengan setir. /do mencoba menenangkan diri dengan perlahan kembali diposisi duduknya. (roleplaykan dengan kreasimu sesuai dengan keadaannya, jangan menggunakan : /me shock after crash, /me crash, /me terkejut, /me terkejut setelah crash, /s woeeee, /s woe konto*riano, /s an*ing, apalagi sampai ke OOC /b nyetir pake mata, /b bla bla bla, ) Nah, terus gimana kalau ada yang non RP-Drive? nah ini nih, selama dia tidak rusuh, hanya sekali didepan mata kita, coba usahakan untuk roleplay saja, tidak semua tabrakan harus di /report harus di /b, daripada /report /b mending kita perbaiki rp crash kita terlebih dahulu. 2. /me pulls out a 9mm Glock-17 from his back pocket, aiming it straight at ex: Korban_Rampok's head with a cold stare. /do apakah ada reaksi ex: Korban_Rampok, setelah ditodongkan senjata dikepalanya? Contoh roleplay : /me mengangkat kedua tangannya setelah ex: Tukang_Rampok mengarahkan senjata dikepalanya. /me quickly raises both hands, after ex: Tukang_Rampok points the gun straight at him. /me collapses instantly onto the ground, having failed to land on his feet properly, fter falling from a height. /do terlihat kakinya terkilir sebelah kanan. /me reaches into his right pocket, pulls out his knife, and slices the berries off its stem. /do terlihat buah berry yang dipetik telah berada ditangan. Roleplaykan dengan sekreatif mungkin, walau sepi disekitar tidak ada orang lain, tetap kita harus roleplay menggunakan /me /do. Dan masih banyak roleplay jobs/sidejobs lainnya. 6. /me slides his both hands across si A upper and lower body, conducting a full body search. /do dimana ID Card si A dapat ditemukan? Jangan sekali-kali menggunakan /me atau /do dengan singkat sekali seperti : /me meriksa si A dengan tangan kiri /do mana duit 200? /do mana id card , mari kita usahakan roleplay dengan lebih baik lagi. 7. /do berapa denyut nadi korban permenit? ( 60 - 100 bpm normal ). Jadi gini...

Any form of OOC trade, meta-discussion, or non-roleplay messages on these channels is strictly prohibited. )) Field Operations & Scene Access To maintain safety and secure public cooperation during active emergencies, LSNN field personnel carry official press credentials and follow these protocols: • Perimeter Boundaries: Respect emergency cordons established by police (LSPD/LSSD) or fire crews (LSFD). Personnel must not assist criminal groups, interfere with active law enforcement operations, or take sides in conflicts. If taken hostage during field assignments, journalists must immediately prioritize personal safety by handing over broadcasting and radio equipment and fully cooperating with captors. Nikolai_Bogdanov Nikolai Bogdanov was born and raised in Russia, hailing from a modest family rather than a wealthy family. He was a resilient, intelligent, and shrewd individual. His father was a sports car enthusiast who, from the time Nikolai was young, constantly immersed him about different models and their spareparts. His father hoped that, one day, Nikolai would become successful enough to buy him a sports car. Beyond that, his father was also an avid target shooter who would take Nikolai along for practice sessions, teaching him about various types of firearms and the specific ammunation used for each. Nikolai developed a passion for his father's hobbies, particularly target shooting. He frequently watched war or military-themed movies or series, he enjoyed the film and found the concept of war exciting, largely due to his love for shooting. He often discussed the military with his parents during dinner, expressing his desire to become a soldier, specifically, to serve his country. His parents were incredibly supportive of his interests and, above all, his ambition. Nikolai aspired to serve the Russia Armed Forces and dedicate himself to his country, Russia. Years passed, and Nikolai Bogdanov frequently participated in target shooting competitions, while he often won trophies, he also frequently came away empty-handed. Yet, this did not deter his ambition to join a major military force, specifically the Russia Armed Forces' KSSO (Special Operations Forces). He began the application process, though not directly for the KSSO, he needed to gain extensive experience as a regular soldier. Months later, having cleared all preceding stages, he entered the final phase: a combat simulation in the field. He informed his parents that he was undertaking this final step, and they prayed for his success. A few weeks after the final test, Nikolai Bogdanov was declared successful and sent home to rest and prepare for his duties as a Russian soldier. Years later, he had become something of a seasoned, tough veteran within the Russian military, alongside comrades such as Sergei Suleimanov. Eventually, the time came for elit special forces recruitment, several units were accepting applications, including the KSSO. He and Sergei decided to apply. Unexpectedly, both were accepted and proceeded to the testing phase, a grueling process known to be so lethal that not even all senior soldiers could withstand it. After more than six months, Nikolai Bogdanov and Sergei Suleimanov successfully qualified for the KSSO, they were overjoyed at the prospect of serving together in the same elite division. In 2015, their division was assigned a mission to hunt down terrorist group like ISIS, an operation that effectively constituted a military intervention ins Syria. The KSSO deployed units led by Nikolai Bogdanov and Sergei Suleimanov to the war zone. They split into two teams to fan out and eliminate the terrorists presence in the area. While they initially thought this was a sound strategy, it proved disastrous. Nikolai's team came under attack, with AK-47 rounds flying everywhere and RPGs constantly targeting their position. Five of ten men in Nikolai's team were killed and three were critically wounded. For the first time, Nikolai experienced sheer terror and trembling, until air reinforcements managed to defeat the terrorist group finally arrived to rescue and evacuate them. The mission was ultimately deemed as success, as Sergei Suleimanov's team and the reinforcements managed to defeat the terrorist group in the region. A year later, Nikolai decided to leave the KSSO and the Russian Armed Forces, unwilling to risk further injury or face such a harrowing situations agian, he retired as did Sergei. Five years later, Nikolai Bogdanov turned into business man, dealing in real estate and sports cars. He used his military earnings as startup capital. By 2025, Nikolai Bogdanov had achieved great success, generating substantial wealth through the real estate and sports car business like Lamborghini, McLaren, BMW, Ferrari, Porch. And he also have an partner named Sergei Suleimanov, his best friend, he ran the busines with Sergei. Mindful of his father's dream, Nikolai bought his father a sports car and purchased a house where his parents could live together in their golden years, enjoying life and the fruits of his success. The Rollin 100s Crips (R100) also known as the Rich Rollin 100s Crips and commonly spelled Rollin “Hunnit” Crips consist of several individual African-American sub-sets of the Crips primarily on the South Side of Los Santos. Originally, the gang had originated in the 80s with following of dire poverty, neglect and racial tension. The members often wear NY Yankees to show their significance to the gang. The Rollin 100s Crips have their origins in a region long neglected by city planner which has become congested with derelict housing and narrow but unpaved streets. The Rollin 100s Crips formed as a clique of the Underground Blocc Crips with the following of Budlong Gangster Crips after it began to occupy other neighborhoods, forcing other gangs to choose sides in the clique holding. The Rollin 100s originated as an alliance between Crip gangs stretching from 102nd Street to 120th Street. Most gangs under the original Rollin 100s are part of the Neighborhood Crips (Deuce 2X) card and are allies of most Rollin 0’s Crips. The Rollin 100s Crips have several cliques, the Trenches who are active around 103th to 105th. 106th to 108th is called the Gates but the gang members prefer to call it the eights (V8B/Veight), refers to 108th street or most often called 8 Block. Most people with tattoo's around the courts, gang member or not, they have most likely gotten their tattoo's done by someone from the eights. The police department estimates the Rollin 100 gangs had active members to be between 1,000 and 3,000 making the largest black gang in the entire Los Santos area. The Rollin 100s were very closely tied to the NHC car after the Underground Blocc Crips and the Budlong Gangster Crips decided to form alliances which the Rollin 90's, Rollin 60's, Rollin 50's, Rollin 40's and Rollin 30's. They cliqued very closely allowing the Infants to dorm with and run NHC in the jails and prisons. This still stands to present day. Cars used to get shot at driving on the Trenches, many of these reckless shootings resulted in many gang bangers of the rollin 100s lost their live. Area names within Rollin 100s territory have deeper meaning. “The Gates” was coined due to their territories being the border of South Willowfield which bordered them from Cults OMG and Bunnies Park Boys 13 gang. Due to Rollin 100s size and reputation, they were a force not to reckon with. - Hood War They had ran all of the potential blood out of their domain. The Hunnit carried out shootings against bloods for both them and their allies. They were accompanied by Bounty Hunter Bloods until a brawl cracked off in the 80s at Crenshaw High School, over a female by the name of Jeneice Bolden, which resulted in a local new member of the Bounty Hunter Bloods pulling a firearm and firing multiple times at the Rollin 100s member who were currently winning the fight. After the shooting, multiple Hunnit members went back to find out who the gunner was and demanded Bounty Hunter Bloods handed him over. They were told that they didn't know who the gunner was and immediately felt they were lying and harboring him, a rumble immediately started, after various of blows were exchanged, following the punches were gunshots. After the shoot out, where multiple Bounty Hunter Bloods were striked down and a R100s injured, It was all out war and it was still continued until the new generational of the Rollin 100s. - Modern Day Politics The Rollin 100s Crips in modern times are organized under a much more structured system than in previous generations. Older members are often referred to as “Original Members” or OGs and they help maintain influence over younger members by guiding the activities of various cliques, resolving internal conflicts and upholding long-established traditions. The current face of the group are the “youngins” the younger or newer generation. The Youngins and the older members are very different, the older members lived through the peak of street conflict and many young members grew up in a time when reputation, social influence and survival skills were the most important things. The internal dynamics of the Rollin 100s Crips are loyalty, reputation and respect. Contemporary leadership is less about endless inter-gang warfare, more about guarding turf, holding cliques together and keeping the lid on. Also, senior members act as a go-between for younger members to prevent internal problems and avoid surprises. You need good relationships inside and the ability to adapt to changing times and environments to be a long-lasting group. They are also influenced by their external relationships . Alliances and conflicts between street gang members are no longer based solely on past disputes, but also influenced by current interactions between individuals or environmental factors . The younger generation is important for the survival of the Rollin 100s Crips. They try to find a balance between the traditions of the past and trying to evolve with the street culture.
