  1. THE FOUNDATION Marvin "Sandman" Rivera and Dale "J-Bo" Covin were slinging drugs at school and outside as their career kick-off, they formed mini dope-moving clique that consisted of the duo and a few other members. People who knew in the neighborhood always talked highly about Marvin and Dale, they didn't care about what they were selling back then, didn't care about what they got themselves into, the only thing mattered for them was their audacity to step up and cut poverty right in the throat. WELL-CONNECTED According to one of the SAPD gang enforcers holding an operation in East and South Central LS, a witness once testified about how Dale and Marvin were related to the local gang and drug dealers, and how they could earn way more money than their parents and every nine to five worker usually did altogether in a month. They made sales mostly on Monte Vista Avenue and Ganton stores, the saying was they could profit up to seven thousand dollars a week out of school and neighborhood corners. Kourtney Moss, a put on, who was also a high-ranking member of Tree Top Piru, happened to be Dale and Marvin's main plug, eventually got arrested by the SAPD, and was in fact also under the gang enforcers and the whole department's watch for over a year. END OF THE ROAD The case went much further as the SAPD targeted anyone who was proven to have contacts with Moss. Raids were everywhere around Ganton and Idlewood, names on the warrant list kept popping up, both Dale's and Marvin's lives were at stake. But on the following day, Marvin surprisingly began to depart from Dale, eschewing Los Santos along with his mother to pursue New York. No one had ever heard about the name of Sandman Rivera again ever since. On the other hand, Dale Covin was reported to have ended the operation after the departure of his partner (and of course, the never-ending waves of raids). The members were also nowhere to be seen and found after the raid. Both names and their crew's were never mentioned or found during the case of Tree Top Piru. MONEY GANG & MOB TIES Marvin's return had made a significant impact on everyone, especially his long-time dealing partner, Dale. They started pushing again like the old times and brought tons of bags on to the table of their so-called street captain, Cody Oates, who was at the time a major player in the East Los Santos narcotic game. The business got expanded to Downtown and West Los Santos, starting off the operation from scratch, as both men decided to use the drug money to fund two businesses, a gentlemen's club & music publishing company, under one umbrella: Rich Money Incorporated. Both men did realize by the time they knew Oates deeper, they weren't just the associates of ELS' biggest brick movers, but a bigger organization, something they never stumbled upon in their early steps, the reason why cities like Detroit, Atlanta, Tennesse, and even New York had their demands of narcotics, a tie to the mob-like figures, the Black Mafia Family. (( This thread aims a realistic approach to an African-American organized crime group, the Black Mafia Family. Even though it's heavily associated with BALLIN' MONEY FAMILY it will go separately from Seville Connection. Metagaming from this thread is prohibited. ))
  2. Low Tide Combat Brotherhood, also known as ONLY THE FAKKERS STAND, is an underground fight syndicate and street gang based around the industrial docks of Los Santos. The gang is mostly made up of native-born blue-collar Americans alongside working-class immigrants from Eastern Europe and Latin America. The group is dominated by local young men and ex-cons aged 18 to 26. Their primary activities revolve around conducting bare-knuckle fights and operating underground betting and book making services at the harbor. This syndicate also maintains its street activity via extortion and heavy debt collection along with the sale of drugs. Despite their illegal activities, the members all share a mutual hobby of customizing pickup trucks. PROLOGUE Before the blood money and the clandestine networks, the creators of the Low Tide Combat Brotherhood were merely desperate men who were trying to survive under the crushing influence of Los Santos deindustrialization. Starting from the late 90s, big corporations and bribed officials began eliminating any union agreements, replacing manual labor with automated freight terminals. This left thousands of native blue collar workers and recent immigrants unemployed and abandoned, like scrap iron in the docks. Having the threat of eviction hanging above them and having no other legal means to provide themselves with food, anger and hatred emerged among them. In order to vent and earn some money for rent, these men began meeting behind the shipping containers after midnight and making bets on fistfights. What was an attempt to release the tension and a source of income among miserable mechanics and dock workers developed into something bigger. THE IRONSHORE SIEGE As the underground fighting scene exploded in size and became a huge money-making venture for gambling, it could not go unnoticed by the predators. A syndicate that was active in the area decided to take advantage of the illegal betting that was taking place at the docks and imposed a fifty percent tribute fee on the money made. The dock boys, who were not used to bowing down to any corporation-style gang extortion, refused to comply. In response, the syndicate began to hijack their pickup trucks, threaten their loved ones, and paid off port security guards to keep the fighters out of their makeshift fighting grounds. The situation finally came to a boiling point during an incident called "The Ironshore Siege." It all started during the night of their underground championship when the syndicate enforcers stormed the main warehouse expecting them to easily give in. Tucker and his brawlers defended themselves to the best of their abilities using pipe wrenches, welding torches, and bare hands, while the opponents used guns. That night resulted in complete chaos and violence; however, what happened inside brought the biggest trouble. A bookie they used to work with locked the back shutters and stole all the money for the night leaving the brotherhood without a way out since the LS County Sheriff's Department had conducted a raid around the area due to an anonymous information. As a result of the battle, many people were caught and the places where the fights took place were confiscated by the police. Being left without their territory and betrayed by their own kind, the survivors went to the deepest and most deserted corners of the Los Santos industrial district. THE FOUNDRY INFERNO Consequences of the Ironshore Siege left the brotherhood wounded. With their main pit closed and a majority of the members behind bars at Twin Tower Correctional Facility cells, the gang was angry. However, their anger towards the police could not compete with the fury they felt towards the person that put them behind bars and robbed them of their money. The streets remained silent for two months, until one careless local gave up a name. One of the chief mechanics of the brotherhood, Tucker Jones, who was not shy of showing his opinion using his fists decided to take matters into his own hands. He did not organize a team and make any plans for taking revenge. He simply walked out of his mechanic shift and got himself an empty bottle of alcohol to fill it with gasoline. He heard that the traitor was using alcohol in order to cure his paranoia by consuming it in some dilapidated pub on the outskirts of the city since he felt safe that he was far enough from the dockyards. Tucker stopped a block away and just entered the pub through its front entrance. He flung the Molotov straight into the booth. The glass shattered all over the table, and before long, all of its contents, as well as what he had stolen from the rat, was consumed by a raging fire. Soon after that, there was screaming, and the bartender and a couple other patrons ran out of the bar through the main entrance in fright. Tucker wasn’t fazed one bit by this. He just stayed put at the exit. With their old fighting rings destroyed, they switched to a far more scattered and dangerous approach. They began conducting "travelling bouts" in different places each and every night, ranging from old train yards to cargo containers to back alleys at the docks which were not even visited by the harbor police force. The brutality escalated, the amounts wagered went up, and with it, the violence levels rose. NO SNITCHING POLICY / PAY IN BLOOD The gang has an extremely stringent "No Snitching" policy which is popularly known as "Pay in Blood". In this, complete loyalty and absolute silence are the two primary components demanded of each individual gang member. Characters always start off their life in the gang from the bottom level where they are considered to be completely inexperienced and have no pull whatsoever. It is up to them to prove themselves and earn their respect by indulging themselves in dangerous tasks such as distributing drugs on the streets, collecting debts in a rough manner and engaging in bare-knuckle fighting arenas. The higher-ups in the gang keep a close watch on these individuals to ensure whether or not they are capable enough to withstand the pressure and hold their tongues even during emergencies. Though characters manage to make progress and rise through the ranks in the gang, raw physical prowess takes a back seat while leadership skills and good reputation gain more importance. At first, the new members may ask themselves how necessary it is to enforce such a harsh policy as the "Pay in Blood" one, whether the use of force when punishing those who have betrayed the gang is really worth it. But after spending some time on the street and realizing how vulnerable the gang actually is, they come to appreciate its necessity as an organization at all. In a society where everyone can get caught up by the police and rivals alike, this principle is the only thing that saves them from jail.

Namun, kebutuhan RAM meningkat, Red Dead Redemption 2 misalnya, merekomendasikan RAM 12GB untuk performa optimal, sedangkan Half-Life: Alyx membutuhkan minimal 12GB. Beomnyeon (범년) - First Step This year will be the first step for Beomnyeon (범년) or can be known as Tiger Year Crew in Little Seoul. Little Seoul is one of those neighborhoods around the East Beach, Los Santos. Built up after the bitter tragedy of Los Santos Riot in 1992 which ignited by the racism acts between the law enforcement and Korean shopkeeper with the black cliques. Now beside the hard-swollen past, the district always feels busy even when the day seems quiet. The apartment blocks sit close together, the roads stay crowded with people moving in and out. There's also a street market that keeps the whole area alive with food stalls, small shops, passing cars, and constant noise from morning until night. On the outside, it may looks like a normal working neighborhood where residents are just trying to get through the day, but less people know that there is always a rougher side to it. People keep their distance when they need to, watch who is standing on which corner, and learn quickly that Little Seoul has its own way of doing things and messing around.
  6. April 18th, 2007. That's the day Chamaun Stone showed up in this world, though nobody around the block ever made a big deal out of birthdays. Raised by his grandma in Willowfield after his parents split up and disappeared for good, he learned pretty early that life wasn't gonna hand him anything for free. The streets ended up teaching him more than school ever could, and before long he found his place with the Underground Blocc Crips, a subset of the Rollin' 100s Neighborhood Crips. Most folks know him as the quiet kid who's always got a cigarette burning down to the filter. He ain't loud, ain't quick to lose his temper, and hardly ever lets people know what's going through his head. Chamaun would rather sit back, watch everything unfold, take one last drag, and keep moving like it's just another regular day in the neighborhood. When the block finally goes quiet and the sirens fade into the distance, Chamaun disappears into the only place that really feels like his own room. The ashtray fills up, FL Studio boots up, and Knocc100 comes to life. That's the name he chose for the mic, a different side of himself that speaks louder than Chamaun ever does. Drawn to the raw bounce of West Coast records and the storytelling of gangster rap, he spends countless nights chasing the perfect 808, rewriting the same sixteen bars, scrapping whole songs, then starting over like nothing happened. Nobody's waiting outside with a record deal, and nobody's promising him fame. It's just a beat-up setup, smoke hanging in the air, and a kid from Willowfield trying to leave something behind that lasts longer than another ordinary day on the block. Maybe the neighborhood will always know him as Chamaun Stone but he's hoping the world remembers the name Knocc100. (( This story will continue to unfold as the character grows )) (( Feel free to post any screen roleplay with Chamaun in this thread, as long as it's connected to his story and stays IC )) (( keep everything IC. 8. Sylvester Shevchenko Sylvester Shevchenko was born on November 12, 1997, in a penthouse overlooking Central Park, the kind of place where the marble floors echoed with every step his tiny socked feet took. His mother, Natalia, ran a hedge fund while his father, Dmitri, owned three Michelin-starred restaurants, though he was never home to eat in them. Because his parents were in Monaco that week, the nanny, a stern woman named Agnes who smelled like lavender and disappointment, was the one who taught him to tie his shoes at age four. By six, he could identify twelve types of caviar by taste alone but couldn’t name a single kid from the building’s playroom. "You’ll thank us later," Dmitri told him once after missing his piano recital, handing him a Patek Philippe watch that cost more than most people’s cars. The watch was always five minutes fast; which Sylvester never bothered to fix. By then, the breaking point came at 3:17 AM on his nineteenth birthday, when he found his father’s assistant, Marcus, half-dressed in the study with a line of cocaine on the desk blotter. That was just how it went. "Relax, kid," Marcus had laughed, wiping his nose with the back of his hand, "your old man’s done worse. " Sylvester left that night with nothing but the watch and a duffel bag, walking seventeen blocks through the rain to his childhood friend Leo’s walkup in Brooklyn. Leo’s couch smelled like stale beer and cat piss, but for the first time in his life, Sylvester slept past noon. When he woke up, his hands were shaking so badly he spilled coffee all over his only clean shirt. Leo just handed him a rag and said, "Welcome to the fucking show. " He spent the next seven years figuring out how to be a person. There was he failed attempt at community college, the month he lived in his car outside a 24-hour gym in Queens, the time he accidentally set fire to a microwave trying to make ramen at 2 AM. He met Rosa at a laundromat when she threw a sock at his head for hogging the dryers. And she became the first person he ever cried in front of. These days, he works at a bookstore in the Village, wears the same pair of scuffed Vans every day, and sends half his paycheck to a shelter for runaway teens. The watch still runs five minutes fast. Sometimes, when the light hits it just right, he almost smiles. And now he started a new life in the city of Los Santos, where he had no friends or relatives Questions Character Story Pertama: No Durasi bermain di JG:RP: 3 tahun lebih URL Namechange: https://jogjagamers.org/topic/380318-cn-danielle-victory-to-sylvester-shevchenko-samuelsam/#comment-3871694 Account UCP yang saya miliki: SamuelSam Account Forum yang saya miliki: SamuelSam Saya SamuelSam selaku pemilik account UCP SamuelSam bersedia jika Character saya yang disebut di atas (Sylvester Shevchenko) dibanned permanent jika character story yang saya buat di atas berupa plagiat dari story milik orang lain.
  9. Connor Richards Connor Richards, who was born on November 27, 1997, is an operative of the field intelligence. He participates in an undercover operation in the secluded village of Dilimore. To its inhabitants, he is nothing more than a strange man living alone, whose clothes and appearance is absolutely unsuitable for wearing. At all times, Connor wears his worn-out hoodie, his ripped trousers, goes barefooted, and partly hides his face under the gangster-style mask. A torn bag hangs on Connor's shoulders and contains some things, which make others think that this man is a scavenger searching for pieces of something valuable. However, nobody knows that every step Connor makes is a part of a long-term secret mission. Connor easily fits into life of Dilimore village and does not attract anybody's attention. It is the key to his successful work that he remains unnoticed. While people do not know anything about Connor, he continues to watch carefully every potential threat. When the night falls over Dilimore, Connor changes dramatically. After leaving the shadows of the streets, he continues fulfilling the tasks of the field intelligence operative, making sure that every mission develops according to the plan. By the morning, Connor once again dons the disguise of a homeless man, slowly going around the village as if he had nothing to do there. For people of Dilimore, Connor is just a strange masked man in poor clothes surviving on other people's mercy. His mission was not only the gathering of information but the erasing of his previous life. Since the moment when Connor came to the village, he ceased being an operative of intelligence and started living as a strange man without any family and past. Every detail of his appearance has been carefully chosen to make his disguise believable: the worn-out hoodie, the ripped trousers, the bare feet that walk around the village roads, the gangster-style mask partially covering his face, and the bag hanging always on his shoulders. In the eyes of others, this bag seemed to be filled by some pieces of rubbish that Connor collects from the streets. However, hidden between the dirty clothes and rusty things were the carefully arranged operational equipment necessary for his mission. The villagers never suspected Connor. This treatment was exactly what Connor needed. The less important Connor seemed, the easier it was for him to observe everything happening in the village without any suspicion at all. Day after day passed by in some senseless routine, but every moment had its meaning for Connor. He walked along the streets, fields, marketplace, dock of Dilimore, remembering every corner of the village. He learned about the habits of its residents, who returns back to their houses at night, who receives unknown visitors, and which houses keep burning their lights late at night. All the information was memorized by Connor without writing anything. He knew that the smallest mistake might uncover his cover. That is why he played his role flawlessly. He spoke only when it was necessary, he walked hunched slightly, and even let himself get wet with the rain to make the picture of a homeless man more convincing. Sitting at the corner of the table in the village coffee shop, Connor listened to the discussions of the locals thinking that he was not paying attention to them. From these ordinary talks, he managed to find out such information that never appeared in any official reports: about sightings of strange people, about some dubious transactions, and about the use of the village by the criminal gangs as a transit place. Nobody could have guessed that the masked man who seemed to have no future, sacrificed his identity, his family, and even his whole past life for the sake of performing some secret mission. The image of the silent, weak drifter disappeared together with the darkness. Entering calmly his shelter, which was an abandoned building, Connor unpacked the contents of his worn-out bag, revealing the operational equipment that was hidden under the pile of junk. In a few minutes, he was ready to start doing his job as a field intelligence operative. He was moving quietly along the narrow alleys, crossing the forest surrounding the village, and checking the points of observations that were carefully established before the mission. Connor never took any risks. For him, the success of his mission was determined not by the amount of criminals arrested but by the period of time during which his identity remained unknown. Several times, he interrupted smuggling missions and transmitted the important information to his superiors, leaving absolutely no trace. When the dawn appeared and the roosters of Dilimore told about the beginning of the new day, Connor once again dressed his worn-out hoodie, put the familiar mask and slowly walked along the streets of the village as if he just woke up in some abandoned building. Villagers who saw him just shook their heads, thinking that his life consisted of constant hardships. However, they never knew that this man whom they disregarded every day was actually the guarantor of the village's peaceful life. Connor Richards did not ask for any recognition and fame, and he never dreamed that somebody will know his true identity. As long as the danger was lurking in the shadows, he would stay exactly what everybody considered him to be—the forgotten masked man carrying the tattered bag on his shoulders and serving as the last guard of Dilimore village. 11. Santiago Flores January 1, 2007, fell on a Monday coinciding with the New Year's Day public holiday and marked the birth of a brave, strapping boy named Santiago Flores in the United States (USA); he was nicknamed "Santiago" by his uncle. Santiago lived with his mother, younger sibling, and uncle; his father had left when Santiago was fifteen. His mother worked as a farmer, and his younger sibling was still in school. Santiago grew up in an impoverished environment in Mexico. By the age of sixteen, he was involved in criminal activities, including robbery, drug dealing, and gang membership. By eighteen, he had conducted numerous drug deals and was known in some areas as a narcotics trafficker; he used the proceeds to support his mother and sibling, driven by an extraordinary devotion to his small family. At nineteen, he decided to join a gang in Los Santos a move made for specific reasons. Santiago already had a police record for crimes ranging from robbery to drug dealing. He soon gained a reputation among the people of Los Santos for his courage and decisiveness. After entering the gang lifestyle, he took control of several busy locations such as bars, gyms, and clothing stores not out of a desire to cause trouble, but because of his firm approach to resolving issues. Under his watch, there were no unauthorized shootings, robberies, or sales of goods without his permission. Santiago had been doing this sort of thing since childhood; by nineteen, he was highly skilled at managing finances and territory, as well as rallying the local community to oppose anything deemed inhumane especially corrupt police. He had harbored a hatred for the police since he was sixteen, when he was falsely accused of using drugs (he only sold them, never used them); that experience left him utterly disgusted, leading him to label the police as "Ruthless." 12. Julian Whitmore Julian Whitmore was born on February 3 2008 in Vancouver, Canada. He grew up in a family with lots of luxury around but also with discipline and high expectations from both parents. His dad owned real estate companies in British Columbia and his mom was a consultant. Many people thought his life was easy. He actually learned to take responsibility pretty early. He went to a school there. Of trying to get attention he liked to watch people and see how they behaved. People saw him as a very smart student. Julian wanted to make his name not just inherit things from his family. When he was a teenager he got interested in cars and business and in competitive sports. On weekends he would go to racing events with his dad and study how entrepreneurs became successful. His friends were. Using social media but Julian was different. He was learning about investing. 13. Andres_Santiago The first time Andres refused the piano was November 13, 2014. He was nine years old, sitting at the bench in their penthouse overlooking Santa Maria Beach, Los Santos, hands stiffly folded in his lap. Life works that way sometimes. His mother, Camila, stood behind him, her perfume sharp and floral. "Play," she said, voice clipped. He didn’t move. Andres had been born into the Santiago empire on February 01, 2005, the heir to a fortune built on his father’s shipping business in San Fierro. His older sister, Mariana, was already fluent in French and Spanish by then, always the golden child. Their home was a museum of marble floors and crystal chandeliers. But Andres hated the way the piano echoed in the cavernous living room. He hated the way his father, Javier, would glance at his watch during recitals, like he was timing him. By twelve, Andres could play Beethoven flawlessly (or so the story goes), but he never smiled after a performance. Not once. The breaking point came on his seventeenth birthday. His parents threw a party at the family estate in Vinewood Hills, Los Santos, complete with a string quartet and champagne towers. Andres stood by the fountain, hands in his pockets, watching his classmates gawk at the grandeur. "This is insane," his best friend, Lucas, whispered as Andres shrugged. Later, Javier pulled him aside, his tie slightly crooked from the whiskey. "You’ll take over the company in four years," he said, like it was a decree. Andres stared at his father’s Rolex, the one he always wore. That much was clear. "What if I don’t want it?" The words slipped out before he could stop them. Javier’s face darkened. "This isn’t a choice." That night, Andres packed a duffel bag with his laptop, a hoodie, and the cash he’d been saving since he was fourteen. He left a note on the piano bench: "Find someone else." For the first six months, he crashed on Lucas’s couch in a cramped apartment in Downtown Los Santos, three blocks from campus. By then, he enrolled in community college, working nights at a coffee shop called Brew Haven to pay for textbooks. His boss, a woman named Denise with a tattoo of a cat on her forearm, taught him how to make lattes. "You’re too quiet for this job," she joked once, while Andres just smiled. He failed his first economics midterm, staring at the red "42%" scrawled at the top of the page. Failure felt heavier than he expected then, but he kept going, trading the ivory keys of his childhood for the clatter of coffee cups and the hum of fluorescent lights. By twenty-one, he’d moved into his own studio apartment in San Fierro. Bare except for a secondhand couch and a small plant Lucas gave him. He didn’t call his parents. They didn’t call him. Occasionally, work brought him to Las Venturas, but San Andreas had already become the place where he chose to build a life on his own terms. 14. Ralph_Peruzzi The first time Ralph saw his father cry was over a 10,000 watch. He was eight, sitting in the backseat of the family’s black Bentley, listening to his father’s voice crack while his mother stared out the window. “It’s just money,” she said, but Ralph already knew better, then born on November 14, 1985, in Manhattan, ralph Peruzzi grew up in a penthouse overlooking Central Park. His father, Marco Peruzzi and his mother, Sophia Love, chaired charity galas. At least that was the case. Ralph’s older sister, Claudia Love, was the perfect debutante, always smiling for photos. Ralph wasn’t like that. He carried a calculator in his pocket, even as a kid. Dinner conversations were about stocks, not feelings. “Never let anyone see you bleed,” his father told him once. Ralph took it to heart. Not that it mattered much. He always chose money over everything since he know money can buy him anything that he wanted. It all fell apart in 2008. Ralph was 23, fresh out of Harvard, working at his father’s firm. The crash hit like a freight train. Marco lost everything, even the penthouse. Ralph found him in the kitchen one night, staring at a bottle of whiskey. “You think money’s everything until it’s gone,” Marco said. Ralph didn’t answer as he walked out that night, took a cab to the airport, and flew to Singapore. The old man’s words echoed in his head, but Ralph wasn’t scared. Money wasn’t everything, then it was the only thing. He spent the next five years building his own empire, one deal at a time. “You’re just like your father,” Sophia said during a rare phone call. Ralph hung up. By 2015, ralph was a millionaire again. He met Lena at a conference in Dubai, a sharp-tongued investment banker who laughed at his jokes. They married six months later, mostly for tax reasons. Ralph bought a mansion in Miami hired a chef who could cook his favorite pasta dish exactly the way he liked it. But something was missing. He lost million on a bad deal in 2019, spent three days locked in his office, not eating, not sleeping Lena left him the following year as “You’re impossible to love,” she said. Ralph didn’t argue. He just kept working. These days, he carries his father’s old watch everywhere, even though it doesn’t work anymore. It’s a reminder, he says, then of what, he won’t tell anyone. At the end of the day money stay that's what he always sitting on every years. 17. Lashawn Ortiz Lashawn Ortiz was born on March 14, 2006, in Cape Town, South Africa. He is an African-American man with mixed heritage. His father, Marcus Ortiz, worked many small jobs to support the family, while his mother, Denise Walker, worked as a cashier in a local grocery store. Lashawn grew up in a poor neighborhood where crime, gangs, and violence were common. Since he was a child, he often saw people fighting in the streets and police patrols around his area. Even though his parents tried to give him a better life, they struggled financially and could not always watch over him. During his teenage years, Lashawn started spending more time outside with older boys from the neighborhood. At first, he only joined them to feel accepted and make friends. However, these friends were involved in criminal activities such as stealing, selling stolen goods, and intimidating people for money. Lashawn slowly learned these habits and began skipping school. His grades became worse every year, and he eventually dropped out before finishing high school. While he was not a dangerous gang leader, he became known as a street thug who often got involved in trouble. Several of his friends were arrested, while others were injured or killed because of gang conflicts. These events made Lashawn realize how difficult and dangerous his life had become, but he did not know how to leave that lifestyle behind. When Lashawn became an adult, life in Cape Town became even harder. His father passed away from illness, and his mother moved to live with relatives in another city. With few opportunities and many bad influences around him, Lashawn decided that staying in Cape Town would only lead him to prison or death. Looking for a fresh start, he heard stories about the opportunities and connections that could be found in Los Santos. In early 2026, he packed his belongings, took the money he had saved from various jobs and street hustles, and traveled to Los Santos. After arriving in Los Santos, Lashawn rented a small room and began trying to build a new life. However, because of his past experiences and lack of education, he found it difficult to get stable employment. He often returned to the streets, working with small-time criminals and local troublemakers to earn money. Lashawn is now known as a tough and street-smart man who understands how life works on the streets. Although he still has criminal tendencies, deep inside he hopes to become successful one day and prove that he is more than just another thug from Cape Town. His future in Los Santos remains uncertain, and every decision he makes will determine whether he rises above his past or becomes trapped by it forever. 20. Güey This word is at the forefront of Mexican slang. Similar to “dude” in English, “güey” is commonly used for friends or acquaintances, and in some unpleasant situations, refers to strangers in a sarcastic way. Pronounced like “whey” in English. Mira güey, ¿salimos hoy o que? – Hey dude, wanna go out today? 2. Neta This is another one of those words that you will hear in movies, tv shows, or from some Mexican friends. It usually means “the truth”, but when used interrogatively, it’s understood as: ¿Neta? – For real? You can also refer to someone great by saying: ¡Eres la neta! – You rock! 3. No manches When a friend tells you about some amazing event, or something that you don’t know if it’s real or not, you would say No manches! (Really? or Are you kidding?). You can also use ¡No mames! which means the same thing, but is a little more colourful (similar to damn!). 4. ¡Órale! This word has many different purposes: amazement, approval, enthusiasm and even to complement orders. ¡Órale! ¿Y tu desde cuando trabajas tanto? – Wow, since when do you work so much? 5. ¡Aguas! As odd as this expression may seem, it has no relation to water. This expression refers to being alert or aware of your surroundings. ¡Aguas! – Watch out! 6. Pinche Typically used as an adjective to label something as ugly, terrible or of bad quality. Can also be used as a curse word to enhance an insult and its characteristics (the same way “fucking” in English is used. ¡Jajaja! pinche Ricardo, siempre sales con esas cosas – Hahahah, fucking Ricardo, you always come up with stuff like this Eres un pinche idiota, Ricardo – You’re a fucking idiot, Ricardo 7. Chido Mexicans love to use “chido” to describe something cool, or with good vibes. It can be used with people, objects or situations. Esta bien chido ese regalo, gracias wey – That gift is really cool, thanks man 8. No Hay Bronca Let’s start with “bronca”, commonly used to refer to a problem or discomfort. So as you can imagine “no hay bronca”, means that there is no problem – everything is fine. Claro, yo te puedo prestar algo de dinero, no hay bronca – Sure, I can lend you some money, no problem 9. Chavo or Chava The most commonly used words to describe children, adolescents and young people in general. Similar to “kid” in English. El chavo sigue en el colegio, debería buscarlo – The boy is still in school, I should pick him up 10. Naco Mexican slang for someone with a tacky, or poor attitude, and is considered less sophisticated than your regular member of society. Most of the time, a naco acts unpleasantly, is not well-educated and uses certain colorful slang. Close equivalent to “ghetto” in English. Naaah, te ves muy naco con eso, mejor cambiate – Nah, you look really trashy on that, go change 11. Fresa You probably recognize this word as “strawberry”, but in Mexican slang, “fresa” is used to describe a person who is a snob, stuck-up and basically, thinks that they are better than everyone else. They’ll likely speak with a distinct accent – which may or may not be fake. You know I don’t like going out with men like him, he’s way too stuck up 12. Chicano Natives use this word to describe people of Mexican origin born in the United States, or people who were born in Mexico but emigrated to the US at an early age. Hay una población bastante grande de Chicanos en Los Angeles – There is a very important Chicano population in Los Angeles 13. Cholo Commonly heard in the southwest of the United States, “cholo” is a somewhat loosely defined term, but it generally refers to Mexican gangsters, with a very specific look – big white shirts, black baggy shorts, shaved heads, religious black ink tattoos, black shades, etc. Tengo algunos primos cholos, pero prefiero no meterme en eso – I have a few cholo cousins, but I’d rather not get involved with that 14. Metiche That person who always has his/her nose in other people’s business. Not guaranteed to spread rumors, but still likes to keep tabs on everyone’s business. Ahí va el tocayo – There goes my tocayo 16. Mi amigo prieto, estuvo acá el otro día – Remember who Daniel is? My black friend, he was there the other day 17. I have to visit my mother from time to time, and give her some little present 18. Padre Similarly, this literally translates as “father”, but in Mexican slang means cool. You’ll hear common phrases such as “que padre!” (“How cool!”) or ‘más padre’ (‘very cool’). Just like “chido”, it can be used when talking about people, things or situations. – That videogame looks really cool, how’s it called? 19. Chela Chelas, or cheves are beers, and the word comes from a beer cocktail (michelada) that mixes beer with lime, chili and tomato juice. Dame dos chelas para mi y mi compadre – Give me two chelas for me and my compadre. 20. Pomo A rather short name for a bottle of any liquor that you might find, from vodka to some fine tequila. Las chelas no van a alcanzar para todo el mundo, hay que abrir un pomo – Beers aren’t going to be enough for everyone, we have to open a bottle 21. Malacopa The lightweight person who gets drunk extremely easy or extremely fast – we all know someone like that. I think the bottle wasn’t even necessary, these guys are extreme lightweights 22. Crudo The imminent future of a “malacopa” is to have a hangover. Esta mañana amaneci crudo – I woke up with a hangover today 23. Cantina Sounds similar to a canteen, and they serve a similar purpose, since this term means “bar” for Mexican folk. (A naco will probably describe a nightclub as “antros”) Hoy no tengo ganas de ir a la cantina, vayan ustedes – I don’t want to go to the bar tonight, but you guys can go 24. Pedo This word has 3 uses a) a fart b) being buzzed/drunk c) being a problem. No pensé que fuesen a volver tan pedos wey – I didn’t think you’d come home so drunk, man. 25. Chamba A difficult and demanding job, or an unpleasant situation i.e. something you don’t want to get stuck in for too long. Mañana tengo que volver a mi chamba wey, o me despiden – I have to go back to my job tomorrow man, or I’ll get fired 26. Changarro The name given to small, wholesome family businesses – like the bodega (mom and pop store) on the corner of the street. Ve al changarro ese y ve si tienen algunos dulces – Go to the store and see if they have any kind of candy 27. Chafa Something that is of very low quality, disappointing or prone to causing frustration and have you screaming “¡Que chafa!” which means “what crap!”. Esa camisa está chafa – This t-shirt is bad quality (or fake) 28. Varos Slang word for money, capable of replacing the word “pesos” since it can hold a numerical value, like “bucks”. Me pagaron esta semana, puedo poner unos cuantos varos más para la pizza – I got paid this week, I can help with a few more bucks for the pizza 29. Refresco Commonly used slang term for sodas of any kind. ¿Quieres beber refresco o te sirvo algo más? – Do you want to drink some soda or do you want me to serve you something else? 30. Paro This simply means favor, and will replace the word in most occasions. – Can you do me a favor and remind me of that? 31. Gacho This is a substitute for “feo” (ugly), though both words are used in a much wider sense than for physical ugliness i.e. just general badness. No seas gacho, déjalos ir al parque – Don’t be so boring, let them go to the park 32. Jalada A word for something that is completely unbelievable or overdone, like “The Fast and Furious” movie franchise. – That’s a ridiculous story, how do you want anyone to believe you? 33. Chorro When you have a stream of something, meaning you have large quantities of it (like “The Fast and Furious” boxset collection). We have a ton of movies to watch on vacation, we should get started 34. Ratero In Mexico, “ratero” is used instead of “ladrón”. Both words mean “thief”. Pues el teléfono me lo robó un ratero, así que no tengo – A thief robbed me off of my phone, so i don’t have one 35. Vocho Nickname for the old Volkswagen Beetle, a car you will see a lot in Mexico. – Why are there so many beetles in the capital city? 36. Chamarra In Mexico, this word is slang for jacket or coat, and acts as a replacement for “chaqueta” which is used in every other Spanish speaking country. That’s because in some parts of Mexico, “chaqueta” is a slang term for masturbation or touching yourself. So if you want to avoid an awkward (and possibly funny moment, the next time you go to buy a “jacket” in Mexico, it’s best to use the slang term. ¿Me prestas tu chamarra? – Can I have your jacket for a minute? 37. Chanclas A word for sandals and flip-flops, a common sight everywhere in the country. Deberías ponerte algo mejor que esas chanclas para salir – You should put on something better than those flip-flops to go out 38. Camión A slang word for both formal and informal route buses, even though it means “truck” in the rest of Latin America. Apúrate que no vamos a alcanzar el camión – Hurry up or we won’t catch the bus Sekian dari guide yang sempat saya share ini, mungkin saya bisa meng-share lebih banyak lagi dilain waktu dan salam patriot JGRP. 21. ‏‏‎ Los Santos Police Department - "To Protect and to Serve" "The Los Santos Police Department is committed to protecting life and property, preventing crime, and fostering a safe environment for all residents. We strive to build trust through transparency, uphold justice with integrity, and collaborate with the city’s diverse communities to create a better quality of life. With unwavering dedication, we perform our duties guided by the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Our motto, 'To Protect and To Serve,' reflects our core responsibility—to ensure every person within Los Santos can live without fear, enjoy their freedoms, and feel secure. We are accountable to the people, and it is through their trust that we continue our mission". — Chief of Police Zlyeth Stottlemeyer Official Site of the Los Santos Police Department Police Officer Employment Report A Crime Records Request Firearms Permit ‎ ABOUT THE LSPD The Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) stands as the primary law enforcement agency for the City of Los Santos, committed to safeguarding the lives and property of its residents. Governed by a Chief of Police—appointed by the Mayor of San Andreas—the LSPD has a rich history that dates back to the early 17th century. Its earliest form began with Spanish colonial troops stationed in mission compounds to shield settlers from indigenous raids and lawless threats on the frontier. Following the Mexican-American War, the Republic of San Andreas sought annexation into the United States, prompting a transformation of its security forces. By the 1840s, formalized policing began under the San Andreas State Militia through the Los Santos Rangers—an early watch force more symbolic than strategic. A shift toward a more organized structure came in the 1870s with the founding of the City Marshal’s Office, marking the start of modern law enforcement in Los Santos. Between 1879 and 1889, multiple police chiefs rotated through leadership, until the extended tenure of Chief Jim R. Door brought greater stability and institutional identity. The LSPD was officially formed in the early 20th century. It became a pioneering agency in 1910 by granting police powers to a female officer, and by 1918, welcomed the first African-American woman to serve with full authority. Throughout World War I, the department supported federal efforts by investigating espionage and internal threats. It was during this era that structured patrol zones and early "dragnet" operations were introduced. Specialized units like anti-riot squads and politically focused divisions such as the “Red Squad” emerged in response to growing urban and ideological tensions. The World War II period brought leadership challenges and resource constraints, with accelerated officer training to counter military drafts. The 1944 Zoot Suit Riots highlighted racial tensions and operational limitations. A decade later, Marine General William Baxter assumed command, serving until 1966. Under his leadership, the iconic motto "To Protect and to Serve" was introduced. Events like the Crenshaw Race Riots of 1964 tested the department’s resolve during a period of rising crime and civil unrest. In the 1970s, increased criminal sophistication led to the development of new divisions focused on investigations, licensing, community engagement, and tactical response. The integration of aerial units transformed surveillance and pursuit operations. The rise of domestic terrorism accelerated the formation of elite units, including the early foundations of what would become the S.W.A.T. team. By the 1990s, the LSPD had built a national reputation for professionalism and effective policing. However, the 1992 Los Santos Riots—sparked by public outrage over a court decision—brought significant criticism and demonstrated the limits of police control, leading to the deployment of the National Guard. Despite the chaos, LSPD maintained operational discipline during the crisis. Today, the LSPD operates through four main Bureaus and encompasses a wide range of specialized units, including the renowned Metropolitan Division and elite D Platoon (S.W.A.T.). The department remains steadfast in its mission to serve all members of the Los Santos community—regardless of background—with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to justice. Staff Officers serve as the senior leadership and executive management of the Los Santos Police Department. These individuals are seasoned professionals entrusted with overseeing specific operational or administrative divisions within the department. The Staff Officer team is composed of the Chief of Police, four Assistant Chiefs, and several Deputy Chiefs: Chief of Police — As the highest-ranking official in the department, the Chief of Police functions as the overall head and is accountable for the strategic planning, administrative efficiency, and operational effectiveness of the entire force. The Chief oversees major crime enforcement initiatives, ensures public safety throughout the city, and is ultimately responsible for maintaining law and order. Assistant Chief of Police — Acting as a key advisor and second-in-command to the Chief of Police, the Assistant Chief helps manage department operations in the Chief’s absence. This role involves close oversight of daily functions and ensures the Chief remains informed of all significant developments. Representative Positions: Chief of Staff Director of an Office Deputy Chief — Oversees the operations of one of the department’s five Bureaus, ensuring effective leadership, resource allocation, and overall performance within their assigned area. They are accountable for managing personnel, setting strategic priorities, and coordinating day-to-day activities, while reporting directly to the Chief of Police. Representative Positions: Commanding Officer, Central Bureau Commanding Officer, Counter-Terrorism and Special Operations Bureau Commanding Officer, Detective Bureau Commanding Officer, Training Bureau Command Officers hold senior management positions responsible for overseeing divisions under each Bureau. They are critical to operational planning and execution, and typically report to Deputy Chiefs. Commander — A Commander supports Bureau leadership or leads specialized departmental groups. Responsibilities include policy enforcement, auditing internal operations, and proposing initiatives to improve departmental effectiveness. 23. Shinchi_Norifumi The first time Shinchi threw a punch was at age seven, in the cramped kitchen of their Osaka apartment. His father, a truck driver who smelled like cigarettes and cheap whiskey, had just backhanded his mother across the face for burning the rice again. March 12, 1998. The date stuck in his head because it was two days before his little sister Aiko's fourth birthday. At least that was the case. He remembers how his knuckles stung when they connected with his dad's thigh, how the man laughed before shoving him into the fridge so hard the magnet collection rained down. His mom worked night shifts at a pachinko parlor while his dad gambled away her earnings; they lived on instant noodles and the bruised fruit Aiko would sneak from the market near her kindergarten. By ten, shinchi's shoulders were permanently hunched, like he was always bracing for impact. Everything changed the winter he turned fourteen as his dad came home at 3 AM reeking of perfume that wasn't his mother's, tripped over Shinchi's schoolbag in the genkan. Watch where you're going, old man," Shinchi muttered, not even looking up from his manga. The next thing he knew, his nose was bleeding onto the pages. But this time, something snapped. He grabbed the cast iron teakettle off the stove and swung. The sound it made against his father's temple still haunted him sometimes. That was just how it went. "You wanna hit me? Hit me proper," his dad slurred, wiping blood from his eyebrow. Shinchi ran that night, slept under the slides at Minami Park until his classmate Ryo found him shivering there two days later. Never went back home except to grab Aiko for good when she turned twelve. For a while, he crashed at Ryo's family's auto shop, sweeping floors in exchange for a cot in the storage room. Learned to hotwire cars from Ryo's older brother Takeshi, who'd slap the back of his head when he got cocky. There were fights, of course. A broken bottle at Club Styx left him with a scar through his left eyebrow. He got Aiko into a decent high school by threatening the principal with "information" about his weekend habits. These days, he runs a garage in Namba with two ex-yakuza mechanics who respect him more than his father ever did.. Still carries that dented teakettle in his trunk, though. Just in case.
