Originally located in Alta, Hawick Ave, a historic structure of a previous law office that was transformed into the primary headquarters featuring modern interiors with subtle marble, glass, and Italian furnishings. In Ezzaro Delvecchi's possession, the Il Fondatore, previously engaged in the Logistics Affairs of the Port of Elysian Island, represents not just an office, but a symbol of transition: from the shadowy realm to the refined domain of legality. The Casa D'Essenza logo was initially integrated into the lobby walls, symbolizing the company's three core principles: elegance, vision, and organized strength. Amid an unstable social environment in the city—ranging from the minor conflict in the Vespucci Canal alleys, LSPD’s crackdown on criminals in Davis, to the economic fluctuations driven by political turmoil at City Hall—D'Essenza established himself as a savvy operator who understood when to act and when to remain out of sight.
