Sergeant I Davinci Marchatti was born and raised in Porterville, California.
is a 27-year police officer of the San Andres Police Department. After graduation from high school, Marchatti moved to San Andreas to continue his education at the college.

In 2018, Marchatti was appointed to the San Andreas Police Department and attended the San Andreas Police Academy. Upon graduation from the Academy, Marchatti began his SAPD career working in East Beach Precinct. After completing his probationary assignment, Marchatti was joined the Special Operations Bureau and the Administrative Services Bureau. He is a member of High Speed Interception Unit and a member of Training and Recruitment Unit. After 4 months served in SAPD, he was promoted to Police Officer III. At the end of 2018, he was resigned from the San Andreas Police Department.

In 2020, Officer Marchatti was reinstated to the San Andreas Police Department as Police Officer II. Officer Marchatti was assigned to Central Area by deliberation of the High Command Team. He was joined the Air Support Unit for the Special Operations Bureau and the Training and Recruitment Unit for the Administrative Services Bureau.
