Rocco_Basilio Rocco Basilio was born on January 20, 1990, in Zacatecas, Mexico. Rocco lived with his mother, Maria Ariela, because his father, Juan Basilio, died when Rocco was five years old, leaving Maria struggling to raise him alone. Rocco was kind-hearted and always helped anyone in need. Rocco's mother always tried her best to provide for him in his education, allowing him to complete high school. However, the neighborhood where Rocco grew up was a rough one with a high crime rate. On July 27, 1990, Maria Ariela's birthday, Rocco decided to throw a party to celebrate his mother's birthday. Rocco held the party downtown in front of the local church. The party was a social event for children left without parents due to violence caused by drug cartels. While the party was initially lively, Rocco decided to retrieve some belongings he had left in his car. Moments after Rocco managed to retrieve his belongings and walk back to the church, he heard gunshots. Rocco immediately ran toward the source of the sound. Upon arrival, he was shocked to see his mother covered in blood from a mysterious gunshot. This angered Rocco, as local residents claimed the shooter was a member of a drug cartel that controlled the area. Several years after the incident, Rocco came to terms with the increasing violence in his city. He then decided to move to the United States to start a new life and leave his old life behind. Unemployed, Rocco finally decided to enlist in the police force. Remembering his mother's experience, Rocco became deeply motivated to eradicate crime. With determination and a desire to help others avoid the same fate he had, Rocco worked hard to become a member of the police force.
