Gabe_Vanlouis Pada 10 November 2000 di sebuah kota di Australia bernama Adelaide,di tengah hiruk-pikuk kesibukan dunia lahir seorang anak laki-laki dari pasangan Tn. Dr. Arthur James Vanlouis dan istrinya Ny. Dr. Amelia Grace Vanlouis. Nama anak laki-laki tersebut ialah Gabe Vanlouis. Gabe tumbuh dalam keluarga dokter yang keras terhadap pendidikan. Sejak kecil, Gabe diajarkan tentang kedisiplinan dan ketelatenan dalam mengerjakan sesuatu. Semua hal ini diajarkan oleh ayahnya yang merupakan dokter spesialis penyakit dalam dan ibunya yang merupakan dokter ortopedi. Lingkungan tempat tinggalnya yang keras akan persaingan membuat Gabe menjadi pribadi yang tangguh, penuh perhitungan, dan tidak mudah menyerah. Semasa di sekolah menengah, Gabe sangat gemar membaca, khususnya buku yang menjelaskan tentang permesinan dan juga kelistrikan. Hal itu juga yang membuat Gabe terlihat menonjol dalam pemahamannya tentang mesin dan teori kelistrikan. Tak jarang, untuk mengisi waktu luang, ia memperbaiki barang elektronik yang rusak di rumah. Hobi yang dilakukan secara tidak langsung melatih tingkat ketelitian dan pikiran kritisnya dalam menyelesaikan masalah dalam situasi yang rumit. Ayah Gabe, yang mengetahui hobi dan kebiasaan anaknya, merasa tidak senang dan meminta Gabe untuk berhenti mempelajari hal yang menurutnya tidak perlu. Ayahnya membakar buku bacaan yang sering dibaca oleh Gabe, dan ia meminta Gabe belajar lebih giat serta memperdalam ilmu kedokteran agar dapat melanjutkan pendidikannya ke universitas kedokteran dan melanjutkan pekerjaan kedua orang tuanya sebagai dokter. Setelah menyelesaikan pedidikannya di sekolah menengah, Gabe sudah tidak tahan lagi dengan tekanan yang di berikan orang tuanya untuk kuliah di jurusan Kedokteran, akhirnya Gabe kabur dari rumah dan pergi ke San Fierro, hanya dengan bermodalkan uang tabungan yang ia kumpulkan semasa sekolah dan bekal pengetahuan taktis dan pemahaman tentang teknis, ia memberanikan diri untuk pergi ke sana, walaupun hanya bekerja serabutan di San Fierro ia sangat menikmati kehidupanya dan ia bermimpi akan berkuliah di universitas ternama dan menjadi seorang Engineer handal untuk membuktikan kepada ayahnya bahwa dia mampu, saat ini gabe memulai dari nol Kembali, dan siap membuka lembaran baru dalam kehidupannya.
