Joe Wasington Joe lahir pada 19 Januari 1997 di Amerika Serikat. Keluarganya termasuk keluarga biasa yang hidup pas-pasan. Sejak kecil Joe sudah melihat orang tuanya bekerja keras siang malam demi memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Ayahnya sering bekerja serabutan, sementara ibunya juga ikut membantu mencari penghasilan tambahan. Ia biasa berkeliling menggunakan motor Faggio dari Los Santos ke San Fierro. Terkadang ia menyapu jalan, mengantar barang sebagai kurir, atau mengemudikan bus. Memang melelahkan, tetapi itulah cara yang ia lakukan untuk mendapatkan tambahan penghasilan. Dari tabungan yang dikumpulkan sedikit demi sedikit selama ini, akhirnya Joe berhasil membeli sebuah truk Benson. Truk itu kini menjadi sumber penghasilan utamanya sebagai seorang trucker. Jordan Vaughn Jordan Vaughn was born on August 18, 2006, and spent his entire childhood in one of the roughest neighborhoods in the city. Growing up there wasn't easy.
